Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans‬ ‭12‬ :‭ 12‬ NIV

This scripture lays out a great foundation to live by. To be joyful in hope is to look to our end results in Jesus, to be patient in affliction is to know that without a doubt Jesus will show up to correct the situation, and to be faithful in prayer means to always have an open line of communication with Jesus. GOD IS WITH YOU. GOD IS WITH YOU. GOD IS WITH YOU. | JEREMIAH 29 : 12 – 13, JOHN 10 : 14, 27 – 28

“GOD IS WITH YOU. GOD IS WITH YOU. GOD IS WITH YOU. Heaven’s bells continually peal with that promise of GOD’S Presence. Some people never hear those bells because their minds are earthbound and their hearts are closed to GOD. Others hear the bells only once or twice in their lifetimes, in rare moments of seeking The LORD above all else. GOD’S desire is that HIS “sheep” hear HIS voice continually, for The LORD is the ever-present Shepherd. Quietness is the classroom where you learn to hear HIS voice. Beginners need a quiet place in order to still their minds. As you advance in this discipline, you gradually learn to carry the stillness with you wherever you go. When you step back into the mainstream of life, strain to hear those glorious bells: GOD is with you. GOD is with you. GOD is with you.”

Prayer

Prayer:  God set my mind on eternal things. Help me quiet my heart to hear Your voice amid the noise of life, and teach me to carry that stillness with me wherever I go. Amen.

“LINGER IN GOD’S PRESENCE A WHILE. Rein in your impulses to plunge into the day’s activities. Beginning your day alone with GOD is essential preparation for success. A great athlete takes time to prepare himself mentally for the feat ahead of him before he moves a muscle. Similarly, your time of being still in GOD’S Presence equips you for the day ahead of you. Only The LORD knows what will happen to you this day. GOD has arranged the events you will encounter as you go along your way. If you are not adequately equipped for the journey, you will grow weary and lose heart. Relax with GOD while HE readies you for action.” 

Scripture

For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. EPHESIANS 2 : 10 

Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. HEBREWS 12 : 3

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to linger in your presence for a while. Reining in my impulse to plunge into my to-do list. Help me to begin my day alone with you, letting you fill me with your peace and joy and strength to do your will today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Do you ever feel like you’re just not loved? Like you’re all alone in the world? Well you’re not! At all times you have the love of God with you. Today’s prayer is that when we feel down that we look to The Cross and the never ending love that was displayed on it ….. Be Blessed

DO NOT EXPECT to be treated fairly in this life.  | COLOSSIANS 3 : 13, ISAIAH 61 : 10, EPHESIANS 1 : 7 – 8, ROMANS 5 : 5

“DO NOT EXPECT to be treated fairly in this life. People will say and do hurtful things to you, things that you don’t deserve. When someone mistreats you, try to view it as an opportunity to grow in grace. See how quickly you can forgive the one who has wounded you. Don’t be concerned about setting the record straight. Instead of obsessing about other people’s opinions of you, keep your focus on GOD. Ultimately, it is GOD’S view of you that counts. As you concentrate on relating to The LORD, remember that GOD has clothed you in HIS righteousness and holiness. The LORD sees you attired in these radiant garments, which JESUS CHRIST, The LORD bought for you with HIS blood. This also is not fair; it is a pure gift. When others treat you unfairly, remember that GOD’S ways with you are much better than fair. GOD’S ways are Peace and Love, which HE has poured out into your heart by HIS Holy  Spirit.”

Scripture

Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. COLOSSIANS 3 : 13 

I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ISAIAH 61 : 10 

In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us with all wisdom and understanding. EPHESIANS 1 : 7 – 8 

And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us. ROMANS 5 : 5

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, when I’m treated unfairly, help me respond with grace and forgiveness instead of bitterness. Remind me that Your view of me is what truly matters, and fill my heart with Your peace and love that rise above the noise of the world. Amen.

Everything that happens in this world happens at the time God chooses. ‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬ : ‭1‬ GNT

Are you waiting for something to happen? Praying for something new ? Are you wondering “Is God listening” ? In this scripture it says in God’s timing. Sometimes  something we are wanting or praying for shows up. It is always at the right time – GOD’s time. Jesus always prayed if it be Your Will Father, so should we. Today I pray that we would understand that GOD has us where we are for a reason, and in HIS timing HE will give us the desires of our hearts, there is a reason for the season you’re in ….. “AS YOU BECOME increasingly aware of GOD’S Presence, you find it easier to discern the way you should go. This is one of the practical benefits of living close to GOD. Instead of wondering about what is on the road ahead or worrying about what you should do if or when something happens, you can concentrate on staying in communication with The LORD. When you actually arrive at a choice-point, GOD will show you which direction to go. Many people are so preoccupied with future plans and decisions that they fail to see choices they need to make today. Without any conscious awareness, they make their habitual responses. People who live this way find a dullness creeping into their lives. They sleepwalk through their days, following well-worn paths of routine. GOD, the Creator of the universe, is the most creative Being imaginable. GOD will not leave you circling in deeply rutted paths. Instead, The LORD will lead you along fresh trails of adventure, revealing to you things you did not know. Stay in communication with GOD. Follow HIS guiding Presence.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord I’m so thankful you are the most creative being imaginable. So when I don’t see a way out or a way through I can ask You to show me the way step by step. Keep me from getting lost in worry or routine, and lead me along fresh, faith-filled paths of joy and trust. Amen.

Is it hard for you to ask for help? Do you feel like you are weak if you do ask for help? GOD is waiting with open arms to help us through any situation or struggle, weakness comes from those who are proud, strength comes to those who humble themselves at the foot of The Cross. “LIE DOWN IN GREEN PASTURES of Peace. Learn to unwind whenever possible, resting in the Presence of your Shepherd. This electronic age keeps GOD’S children “wired” much of the time, too tense to find GOD in the midst of their moments. GOD built into your very being the need for rest. How twisted the world has become when people feel guilty about meeting this basic need! How much time and energy they waste by being always on the go, rather than taking time to seek GOD’S direction for their lives. The LORD has called you to walk with HIM down paths of Peace. GOD wants you to blaze a trail for others who desire to live in HIS peaceful Presence. GOD has chosen you less for your strengths than for your weaknesses, which amplify your need for HIM. Depend on The LORD more and more, and GOD will shower Peace on all your paths.”

The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. PSALM 23 : 1 – 3

Prayer

Prayer: Lord teach me to lie down in green pastures of peace. To rest in your presence. To be still and know that you are God. To listen for your direction before taking a step. Quiet my spirit Lord, make your voice louder than any other. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
