This is essentially an act of faith: believing that GOD loves you with boundless, everlasting Love. The art of receiving is also a discipline: training your mind to trust The LORD, coming close to HIM with confidence. Remember that the evil one is the father of lies. Learn to recognize his deceptive intrusions into your thoughts. One of his favorite deceptions is to undermine your confidence in GOD’S unconditional Love. Fight back against these lies! Do not let them go unchallenged. Resist the devil in The LORD’S Name, and he will slink away from you. Draw near to GOD, and HIS Presence will envelop you in Love.”

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. JOHN 8 : 44

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to recognize the schemes of the devil by putting on the armor of God each day. You have given me every spiritual weapon needed to defeat him and he is no match for you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

James 1 : 19 – 20

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. James 1 : 19 – 20 NKJV

Boy is this one needed in all of our lives, have you heard the saying “God gave you two ears and one mouth for a reason”? I believe this is the scripture it is based on. Everyone wants to jump to conclusions or assume the worst of every situation, shoot first then ask questions, this scripture is telling us to really process a situation before we come to our decision, and then when we come to that conclusion approach it in a Godly manner. Today I would pray that we all would put this approach into our lives and that the spirit of God would help us to obtain it………be blessed

When your energy fails you, do not look inward and lament the lack you find there. Look to GOD and HIS sufficiency; rejoice in GOD’s radiant riches that are abundantly available to help you. Go gently through this day, leaning on The LORD and enjoying HIS Presence. Thank The LORD for your neediness, which is building trust-bonds between you. If you look back on your journey thus far, you can see that days of extreme weakness have been some of your most precious times. Memories of these days are richly interwoven with golden strands of GOD’S intimate Presence.”

I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. PSALM 27 : 13 – 14

Prayer

Prayer: Lord when my energy is lacking help me to close my eyes and let you refuel me, even if for just a minute. Thank you for your intimate presence with me at all times. What a blessing. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭Jonah‬ ‭1:1-3‬

“The word of the Lord came to Jonah son of Amittai: “Go to the great city of Nineveh and preach against it, because its wickedness has come up before me.” But Jonah ran away from the Lord and headed for Tarshish. He went down to Joppa, where he found a ship bound for that port. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the Lord.” ‭‭Jonah‬ ‭1:1-3‬ ‭NIV

Jonah ran from the Lord because he was afraid of the people of Nineveh. The people of Nineveh were wicked and evil, even though he ran he could never get away from what God called him to do. Has God called you to take his message to a particular people but you’re too afraid? To take his message to all but you don’t have the courage? Just as God gave Jonah the words and courage he will do the same for you. Today’s prayer is when you are convicted to witness to someone that is God’s Jonah call to you! Don’t be afraid God will provide the words……..Be Blessed, Be Courageous

“COME TO GOD AND LISTEN! Attune yourself to GOD’S voice, and receive HIS richest blessings. Marvel at the wonder of communing with the Creator of the universe while sitting in the comfort of your home. Kings who reign on earth tend to make themselves inaccessible; ordinary people almost never gain an audience with them. Even dignitaries must plow through red tape and protocol in order to speak with royalty. Though GOD is King of the universe, The LORD is totally accessible to you. GOD is with you wherever you are. Nothing can separate you from GOD’S Presence! When Jesus Christ, The LORD cried out from the cross, “It is finished!” the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. This opened the way for you to meet The LORD face to Face, with no need of protocol or priests. GOD, the King of kings, is your constant Companion.

The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught. ISAIAH 50 : 4

And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook and the rocks split. Matthew 27:50-51

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus, thank you for making it possible to commune with you – the Creator of the universe – anywhere, anytime. Help me not to take that gift for granted and to commune with you often, like a child being taught. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬

“Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you find yourself running from God when you sin and miss the mark? There is no better time to run to God than when you sin. This scripture says to receive mercy and grace in our time of need, and mercy and grace are there all the time. Today’s prayer is that we would never draw away from God, but to always draw near to him to receive all the love he has waiting…….Be Blessed

“POUR ALL OF YOUR ENERGY into trusting GOD. It is through trust that you stay connected to GOD, aware of HIS Presence. Every step on your life-journey can be a step of faith. Baby steps of trust are simple for you; you can take them with almost unconscious ease. Giant steps are another matter altogether: leaping across chasms in semidarkness, scaling cliffs of uncertainty, trudging through the valley of the shadow of death. These feats require sheer concentration, as well as utter commitment to The LORD. Each of GOD’S children are a unique blend of temperament, giftedness, and life experiences. Something that is a baby step for you may be a giant step for another person, and vice versa. Only GOD knows the difficulty or ease of each segment of your journey. Beware of trying to impress others by acting as if your giant steps are only baby ones. Do not judge others who hesitate, in trembling fear, before an act that would be easy for you. If each of GOD’s children would seek to please HIM above all else, fear of others’ judgments would vanish, as would attempts to impress others. Focus your attention on the path just ahead of you and on the One who never leaves your side.”

Prayer: Lord help me to pour all of my energy into trusting you. Thank you for the gifts, talents and experiences you’ve given me. Help me to use them to serve you and serve others with excellence today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.” Colossians‬ ‭2:6-7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The day we received Jesus as Lord and savior we became a new creation; the old is gone and the new has come. The Bible teaches us the way we ought to live and most of us can see the change in our lives, if not we need some more reading. Are you feeling down, stressed, alone today? There is a great comfort in our Lord Jesus, he has given us an eternal promise that will never fail. Today’s prayer is that we would rest in the comfort of our savior and realize man will fail us but Jesus never will. He is always there for us……..Be Blessed and turn to Jesus

How’s your seed supply? This scripture says to give plenty and to do it with a cheerful heart. Helping others in need is a huge part of our daily lives, God will always provide for his children so trust and have faith.
