2 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-7‬

“Endure suffering along with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. Soldiers don’t get tied up in the affairs of civilian life, for then they cannot please the officer who enlisted them. And athletes cannot win the prize unless they follow the rules. And hardworking farmers should be the first to enjoy the fruit of their labor. Think about what I am saying. The Lord will help you understand all these things.” ‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭2:3-7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Paul speaks of relying on Jesus for strength and knowledge. Are you trying to follow the rules of the world standard or the knowledgeable ways of the Lord to win your race? Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for the knowledge to run our race in a way that will please God………Be Blessed

When pride comes, then comes dishonor, But with the humble is wisdom. ‭Proverbs‬ ‭11‬:‭2‬ NASB

How are you viewed as a person? Do you humble yourself? or have to always give the right answer? Do you sometimes agree when you are wrong? Do you walk away from an argument or do you stay and try to prove you are right? Do you brag about all of your accomplishments or do you just say thank you? Today’s prayer is that we would always humble ourselves, for there is a time and reason for everything God blesses the humble ……Be Blessed and always be humble

Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden. But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?” GENESIS 3 : 8 – 9

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 12

Prayer: How I long to walk with you in the cool of the morning and evening in the garden Lord. One fine day. Until then, help me to commune with you in the garden of my heart. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hebrews‬ ‭13:16

“And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” Hebrews‬ ‭13:16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you view yourself as a giver? Do you put the needs of others before yourself? Can you imagine if Jesus would have said “You know what I’ve changed my mind. I have never sinned so why should I die for everyone else’s sins?”. This scripture should remind us that we are in so many ways blessed beyond words! We have air in our lungs and that is more than we deserve. Today’s prayer is that we would always help others in their time of need and realize that God sees our sacrifice and continues to bless us abundantly…….Be Blessed

Acts‬ ‭4:12

The definition of salvation is preservation or deliverance from harm, ruin, or loss. This is the dictionary definition, as Christians we identify with our salvation as putting our faith in Jesus Christ as our personal Lord and Savior. This scripture says “salvation is found in no other name than Jesus! Our greatest gift we will ever receive is the gift of salvation. Today’s prayer is that we would witness the joy and peace that comes from a personal relationship with Jesus, knowing that our salvation is not ” fire insurance” but our salvation is a beautiful gift of grace and mercy………Be Blessed and truly take hold of the meaning of salvation

Matthew 7:24-27

“Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27 NKJV

Foundation is the key to everything, foundation supports your marriage, attitude, thoughts, job, and the list goes on and on. The key to a peaceful life is building everything you have on a solid foundation, and that starts with your relationship with Jesus. In this scripture Jesus says whoever hears is wise and whoever does not is foolish!!!! We have all heard his words so what is your foundation built on? Today I pray that all will return to the everlasting foundation in Jesus, he is the solid rock and the cornerstone to all in our lives……..Be Blessed

“SEEK GOD with your whole being. GOD desires to be found by you, and The LORD orchestrates the events of your life with that purpose in mind. When things go well and you are blessed, you can feel The LORD smiling on you. When you encounter rough patches along your life-journey, trust that GOD’S Light is still shining upon you. The LORD’S reasons for allowing these adversities may be shrouded in mystery, but HIS continual Presence with you is an absolute promise. Seek GOD in good times; seek GOD in hard times. “Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,” 1 Timothy‬ ‭4:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Everybody has their own opinion but is that the gospel? The world is full of lies of the Father of lies – Satan!!!! Do you want to follow deceit or truth ? Today’s prayer is that opinions mean nothing, truth is truth!!!!! You have a choice to follow truth or deceit!!!! Which do you choose? Be Blessed and follow the right path………

“GROW STRONG IN YOUR WEAKNESS. Some of GOD’S children HE has gifted with abundant strength and stamina. Others, like you, have received the humble gift of frailty. Your fragility is not a punishment, nor does it indicate lack of faith. On the contrary, weak ones like you must live by faith, depending on The LORD to get you through the day. GOD is developing your ability to trust HIM, to lean on HIM, rather than on your understanding. Your natural preference is to plan out your day, knowing what will happen when. GOD’S preference is for you to depend on HIM continually, trusting The LORD to guide you and strengthen you as needed. This is how you grow strong in your weakness.”

Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” JAMES 4 : 13 – 15

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. PROVERBS 3 : 5

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ISAIAH 40 : 28 – 31

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to depend on you continually, trusting you to guide me and strengthen me with the exact portion I need for today. You know what’s up ahead, and that’s enough for me. I trust you with my life, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
