John 13 : 5 – 9

After that, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet, and to wipe them with the towel with which He was girded. Then He came to Simon Peter. And Peter said to Him, “Lord, are You washing my feet?” Jesus answered and said to him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this.” Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet!” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.” Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, not my feet only, but also my hands and my head!” John 13 : 5 – 9 NKJV

In this scripture we see The Lord of Lords, King of Kings, God almighty washing his disciples feet. Jesus was showing his need to serve yet the disciples did not understand. Servant hood is a great way to show God;s love for others, do something nice for someone today and when they ask why did you do that? Respond because The LORD, Jesus Christ loves you ……… Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

LISTEN TO GOD CONTINUALLY. – JOHN 8 : 36, PROVERBS 19 : 21, JOHN 10 : 27

“LISTEN TO GOD CONTINUALLY. The LORD has much to communicate to you, so many people and situations in need of prayer. GOD is training you to set your mind on HIM more and more, tuning out distractions through the help of HIS Holy Spirit. Walk with GOD in holy trust, responding to HIS initiatives rather than trying to make things fit your plans. The LORD died to set you free, and that includes freedom from compulsive planning. When your mind spins with a multitude of thoughts, you cannot hear The LORD’S voice. A mind preoccupied with planning pays homage to the idol of control. Turn from this idolatry back to GOD. Listen to GOD and live abundantly!”

Scripture

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. JOHN 8 : 36

Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails. PROVERBS 19 : 21

“My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.” JOHN 10 : 27

Prayer

Prayer: Lord train me to set my mind on you more and more, tuning out distractions by the help of your Holy Spirit. Thank you for dying to set me free. Help me to live like I am free indeed. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 16

“That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 16‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As we get older the mind says it’s easy to give up! But as Christians we should know these vessels are just temporary. The daily renewing of the spirit is what we should bank on! And the only way to renew is to stay in The Word. Today I pray that all would start their day by at least spending 30 minutes in GOD’S word and see how the difference not only applies to your attitude but also your health and well being …… Be Blessed and read.

LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND – GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27, ROMANS 8 : 6

“LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. The mind is the most restless, unruly part of mankind. Long after you have learned the discipline of holding your tongue, your thoughts defy your will and set themselves up against GOD. Man is the pinnacle of GOD’S creation, and the human mind is wondrously complex. GOD risked all by granting you freedom to think for yourself. This is a godlike privilege, forever setting you apart from animals. The LORD made you in HIS image, precariously close to deity. Though The LORD’S blood has fully redeemed you, your mind is the last bastion of rebellion. Open yourself to GOD’S radiant Presence, letting HIS Light permeate your thinking. When The LORD’S Holy Spirit is controlling your mind, you are filled with Life and Peace.”

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit, control my mind, fill it with Godly desires and thoughts, with life and peace. What a privilege to be made in your image Lord. Help me to be a good steward of this powerful gift by surrendering my thoughts to you each day, my Lord and Savior. In your name I pray. Amen.

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28 ‬: ‭6‬

“He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28 ‬: ‭6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

He has Risen!!!! Yesterday we celebrated the Resurrection of Jesus. He has gone to be with the Father and He “IS” going to return. Today’s prayer is that we would start the day by thanking God for sending his one and only Son to save mankind!!! Have a Blessed Easter all ……

TRUST GOD, and don’t be afraid. – ISAIAH 12 : 2, PSALM 61 : 2 – 4, 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 18

“TRUST GOD, and don’t be afraid. Many things feel out of control. Your routines are not running smoothly. You tend to feel more secure when your life is predictable. Let GOD lead you to the rock that is higher than you and your circumstances. Take refuge in the shelter of The LORD’S wings, where you are absolutely secure. When you are shaken out of your comfortable routines, grip The LORD’S hand tightly and look for growth opportunities. Instead of bemoaning the loss of your comfort, accept the challenge of something new. GOD leads you on from glory to glory, making you fit for HIS kingdom. Say yes to the ways GOD works in your life. Trust GOD, and don’t be afraid.”

Scripture

“Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.” ISAIAH 12 : 2

From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I. For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe. I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. PSALM 61 : 2 – 4

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 18 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, when life feels unpredictable and unsteady, help me to grip Your hand tightly and find security in Your Presence. Teach me to trust You fully, even when routines fall apart, and to see change not as a threat but as an invitation to grow closer to You. I choose to say yes to Your ways today.

John‬ ‭14‬ :‭ 27

“I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid. John‬ ‭14‬ :‭ 27‬ NLT

What are you worried about? Do you trust Jesus? This scripture talks about the gift that Jesus gave us, peace! Total peace. The troubles of the world will consume our life if we let it, but the eternal promise of Jesus Christ will see us through anything. Today I pray we all will give it to God, let go and trust his promise …….. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

‭‭Exodus‬ ‭19 : 3 – 6‬

“Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel.”” ‭‭Exodus‬ ‭19 : 3 – 6‬ ‭NASB

Meditate when you read this passage, what exactly does it mean to you and me? What this scripture says to me is that we are the property of God Almighty, that we are considered Holy and redeemed in God’s eyes, that we are his children for eternity. Today’s prayer is that when we read scripture we truly understand that God is speaking directly to us and about us ……… Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬ :‭ 1

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: ‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬ :‭ 1‬ NIV

Are you at a point in life where you think How did I get here, why am I here, am I ever going to get it turned around? My friends, this scripture says there is a time and reason for everything. In life circumstances may look like they’re impossible, but God knows right where you are and why you’re there. Today I pray that whatever circumstance you are in that you trust God will bring you out …. May your tests be your testimony ……. Be Blessed

PEACE IS GOD’S CONTINUAL GIFT TO YOU. – EXODUS 16 : 15 – 20, PHILIPPIANS 4 : 6 – 7, 19, HEBREWS 4 : 16

“PEACE IS GOD’S CONTINUAL GIFT TO YOU. It flows abundantly from GOD’S throne of grace. Just as the Israelites could not store up manna for the future but had to gather it daily, so it is with GOD’S Peace. The day-by-day collecting of manna kept GOD’S people aware of their dependence on HIM. Similarly, The LORD gives you sufficient Peace for the present, when you come to HIM by prayer and petition with thanksgiving. If The LORD gave you permanent Peace, independent of HIS Presence, you might fall into the trap of self-sufficiency. May that never be! GOD has designed you to need HIM moment by moment. As your awareness of your neediness increases, so does your realization of GOD’S abundant sufficiency. The LORD can meet every one of your needs without draining HIS resources at all. Approach The LORD’S throne of grace with bold confidence, receiving GOD’S Peace with a thankful heart.”

Scripture

Moses said to them, “It is the bread the LORD has given you to eat. This is what the LORD has commanded: ‘Each one is to gather as much as he needs. Take an omer for each person you have in your tent.’” The Israelites did as they were told; some gathered much, some little. . . . Each one gathered as much as he needed. Then Moses said to them, “No one is to keep any of it until morning.” However, some of them paid no attention to Moses; they kept part of it until morning, but it was full of maggots and began to smell. So Moses was angry with them. EXODUS 16 : 15 – 20

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. . . . And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 6 – 7, 19

Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. HEBREWS 4 : 16

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for the gift of Your Peace that flows fresh each day from Your throne of grace. Help me come to You moment by moment, aware of how much I need You and how faithful You are to provide. Teach me to rest in Your sufficiency with a heart full of gratitude.
