“GOD IS THE CULMINATION of all your hopes and desires. GOD is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last: who is and was and is to come. Before you knew GOD, you expressed your longing for HIM in hurtful ways. You were ever so vulnerable to the evil around you in the world. But now The LORD’S Presence safely shields you, enfolding you in GOD’S loving arms. The LORD has lifted you out of darkness into HIS marvelous Light. Though GOD has brought many pleasures into your life, not one of them is essential. Receive The LORD’S blessings with open hands. Enjoy GOD’S good gifts, but do not cling to them. Turn your attention to the Giver of all good things, and rest in the knowledge that you are complete in The LORD. The one thing you absolutely need is the one thing you can never lose: GOD’S Presence with you.”

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. JAMES 1 : 17

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, thank you for your presence with me at all times. You never leave me therefore I am never alone. You are my rock and my salvation. My hope is in you alone. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Reality check WE ARE SINNERS!!!!! Even though we are saved we are sinners. To sin is to do something against God, gossip, anger, worry, curse, lie, etc. The Cross redeemed us from damnation but we bring our own condemnation on by these actions !!!! Today’s prayer is that we would all look to the Cross anytime these temptations come upon us and thank Jesus for the freedom we truly have…….. Be Blessed and always look to the Cross

“TRUST GOD ENOUGH to let things happen without striving to predict or control them. Relax, and refresh yourself in the Light of GOD’S everlasting Love. GOD’S Love-Light never dims, yet you are often unaware of HIS radiant Presence. When you project yourself into the future, rehearsing what you will do or say, you are seeking to be self-sufficient: to be adequate without The LORD’S help. This is a subtle sin—so common that it usually slips by unnoticed. The alternative is to live fully in the present, depending on The LORD each moment. Rather than fearing your inadequacy, rejoice in GOD’S abundant supply. Train your mind to seek GOD’s help continually, even when you feel competent to handle something by yourself. Don’t divide your life into things you can do by yourself and things that require The LORD’s help. Instead, learn to rely on GOD in every situation. This discipline will enable you to enjoy life more and to face each day confidently.”

Scripture

Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. PSALM 37 : 3 – 6

And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 19 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to refresh myself in your presence and walk hand in hand with you through the day, depending on you each moment. You are my rock, my shield, my comforter. In you I have all I need. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

To have a joyful heart is to know how blessed you are, to pray in all circumstances is to acknowledge that Jesus is in control, to give thanks in all circumstances is our reasonable service for what God has done for us… Today I pray that all would be joyful, thankful, and pray through all situations……Be Blessed

“IN ORDER TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE, you must release all your worries into GOD’S care. Entrust to GOD everything that concerns you. This clears the way for you to seek The LORD’s Face unhindered. Let The LORD free you from fear that is hiding deep inside you. Sit quietly in GOD’S Presence, allowing The LORD’s Light to soak into you and drive out any darkness lodged within you. Accept each day just as it comes to you, remembering that GOD is sovereign over your life. Rejoice in this day that The LORD has made, trusting that GOD is abundantly present in it. Instead of regretting or resenting the way things are, thank The LORD in all circumstances. Trust GOD and don’t be fearful; thank GOD and rest in HIS sovereignty.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I long to hear your voice. Help me to release all my worries to you so I can free up my heart to hear your still small voice. Your presence is far greater than anything you give me. Help me to sit quietly with you, experiencing all of you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Is prayer your first choice or your last resort? Are you looking for help everywhere and when it doesn’t show up you say ” well all I can do now is pray” you have it totally backwards!!!!!! The bible says Pray without ceasing, in everything give thanksgiving and prayer. Well today I pray that our response to everything would be in prayer and thanksgiving ……. Be Blessed and Pray Hard

“I have given them the glory you gave me, so they may be one as we are one. I am in them and you are in me. May they experience such perfect unity that the world will know that you sent me and that you love them as much as you love me. ‭John‬ ‭17‬:‭22-23‬ NLT

Jesus said he gave us perfect unity so that our witness will be different from the world, how is your witness working out? Do you respond to situations like someone who doesn’t know Jesus? Or do you respond with the values of the promise he gave us? Today I pray that our responses would be filled with faith and on the foundation of God’s living word and promise…..Be Blessed

“BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. Follow GOD wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead, GOD knows; and that is enough! Some of GOD’S richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith-—not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul. Sometimes The LORD leads you up a high mountain with only HIS hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of GOD’s Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. GOD will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let The LORD’s Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.”

Prayer

Prayer: God, teach me how to be in your presence, to have face-to-face, spirit to spirit connection with you. To rest in you, to be refreshed by you, and to have joy unending in your presence. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Acts ‭9‬:‭1-6‬

Meanwhile, Saul was uttering threats with every breath and was eager to kill the Lord’s followers. So he went to the high priest. He requested letters addressed to the synagogues in Damascus, asking for their cooperation in the arrest of any followers of the Way he found there. He wanted to bring them—both men and women—back to Jerusalem in chains. As he was approaching Damascus on this mission, a light from heaven suddenly shone down around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul! Saul! Why are you persecuting me?” “Who are you, lord?” Saul asked. And the voice replied, “I am Jesus, the one you are persecuting! Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” ‭Acts ‭9‬:‭1-6‬ NLT

Saul was one of the most dangerous threats to the Christians of all times, but God had a major plan for him. The transformation from Saul to Paul was amazing and God is still transforming people in the same way today. Paul went on to write more than half of the New Testament and is considered one of the greatest apostles of Christ. Today’s prayer is that God would work that same miracle in the ones that persecute the Christians today and that they would see the Lord for who he is……Be Blessed
