GOD is All you need, just when you need it. Your deepest desires find fulfillment in CHRIST, The LORD alone. This is the age of self-help. Bookstores abound with books about “taking care of number one,” making oneself the center of all things. The main goal of these methodologies is to become self-sufficient and confident. You, however, have been called to take a “road less traveled”: continual dependence on GOD. True confidence comes from knowing you are complete in The LORD’S Presence. Everything you need has its counterpart in GOD.”

Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. JAMES 1 : 4

Prayer

Prayer: God teach me you are all I need, just when I need it. My deepest desires find fulfillment in you alone. And in you alone I find true rest. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. ‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭13‬:‭12‬ ESV

Do you have an identity crisis? Are you searching for who you truly are? Do you see a reflection of the things of Jesus or the world? This scripture explains that we see a dim image, as Christians we are the righteousness of Jesus, we may not appear that way in the natural but spiritually we are. Today I pray that we would all know our identity, that one day we will stand face to face with our Lord and truly see who we are…..Be Blessed

Prayer

Prayer: God help me never to let the familiarity of Jesus’ sacrifice numb its impact. We love you because you first loved us. You proved it by sending your one and only son to die for my sins, to pay a debt I could never repay, so I could live with you here and now and for eternity. Thank you Jesus. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Galatians‬ ‭5:13

“For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.” Galatians‬ ‭5:13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

The definition of Liberty is “Freedom”. This scripture speaks of freedom and says do not use it as a free pass to sin. Grace brings freedom by the Cross, and all things are made new by Jesus Christ. Today’s prayer is we would all embrace our freedom in Christ and strive to be more like him in every way. I pray we do not use our freedom to satisfy ourselves, but to do a good work in Jesus name…….Be Blessed

“LIE DOWN IN GREEN PASTURES of Peace. Learn to unwind whenever possible, resting in the Presence of your Shepherd. This electronic age keeps GOD’S children “wired” much of the time, too tense to find GOD in the midst of their moments. GOD built into your very being the need for rest. How twisted the world has become when people feel guilty about meeting this basic need! How much time and energy they waste by being always on the go, rather than taking time to seek The LORD’s direction for their lives. GOD has called you to walk with HIM down paths of Peace. GOD wants you to blaze a trail for others who desire to live in HIS peaceful Presence. The LORD has chosen you less for your strengths than for your weaknesses, which amplify your need for HIM. Prayer

Prayer: Lord teach me to lie down in green pastures of peace. To rest in your presence, often. To be still and know that you are God. To listen for your direction before taking a step. Quiet my spirit Lord, make your voice louder than any other. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:18-19‬

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:18-19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Life is full of ups and downs but as believers we have a hope in Jesus. Paul writes about our “present” sufferings and how awesome it will be in heaven someday. Heaven will have no more suffering, no more pain, no more tears. Today’s prayer is that we would all stay in hope of our life when we truly get home and realize this is all just temporary……..Be Blessed

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for showing me the path of life, the path full of joy and pleasure in You. Use me, with truth and love, to help the world to see more of You and less of me. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14

Remember when you didn’t belong to Jesus? Your life had a very trivial meaning. The life you lived in sin was destined for a eternity of doom!! But now you have a life of eternity in heaven. Today’s prayer is that we would always give thanks to God for the precious gift that he has given us…….Be Blessed

It’s so easy to get caught up in the ways of the world in a daily basis but that is not who we are. This scripture tells us that we once were doomed but now we are saved!!!! Let’s act like it.

Even the most superb athlete cannot maintain his fitness over many decades. Lasting abundant life can be found in GOD alone. Do not be anxious about the weakness of your body. Instead, view it as the prelude to GOD infusing energy into your being. As you identify more and more fully with GOD, HIS Life becomes increasingly intertwined with yours. Though the process of aging continues, inwardly you grow stronger with the passing years. Those who live close to GOD develop an inner aliveness that makes them seem youthful in spite of their years. Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you that even though my outward body is getting older each year, inwardly I am being renewed day by day as I spend time with you. The more I get to know you, the more fully alive I feel. Thank you Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
