“LEARN TO ENJOY LIFE MORE. Relax, remembering that The LORD is GOD with you. GOD crafted you with enormous capacity to know HIM and enjoy HIS Presence. When GOD’S people wear sour faces and walk through their lives with resigned rigidity, The LORD is displeased. When you walk through a day with childlike delight, savoring every blessing, you proclaim your trust in The LORD, your ever-present Shepherd. The more you focus on GOD’S Presence with you, the more fully you can enjoy life. Glorify GOD through your pleasure in HIM. Thus you proclaim The LORD’S Presence to the watching world.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to enjoy life more and walk through today with childlike delight and joy, savoring every blessing. Help me to focus more on your presence than problems. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The day you gave your heart to Jesus life truly began. The day you gave your life to the Lord you were so full of joy, so full of doing what was right in the Lord’s eyes, are you still that committed or have you changed? The Lord says he delights in following his ways and so should we. Today’s prayer is that we would all do a “once over” and check our condition. Are we more on fire or have our flames dwindled to smoke? …… Be Blessed and light that fire back up

The price JESUS CHRIST, The LORD paid for this covering was astronomical— HIS own blood. You could never purchase such a royal garment, no matter how hard you worked. Sometimes you forget that The LORD’S righteousness is a gift, and you feel ill at ease in your regal robe. GOD weeps when HE sees you squirming under the velvety fabric, as if it were made of scratchy sackcloth. GOD wants you to trust HIM enough to realize your privileged position in The LORD’S kingdom. Relax in the luxuriant folds of your magnificent robe. Keep your eyes on GOD, as you practice walking in this garment of righteousness. When your behavior is unfitting for one in GOD’S kingdom, do not try to throw off your royal robe. Instead, throw off the unrighteous behavior. Then you will be able to feel at ease in this glorious garment, enjoying the gift The LORD fashioned for you before the foundation of the world.

God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 21

You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness. EPHESIANS 4 : 22 – 24

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus, thank you. Because of Your great sacrifice, when God looks at me, he sees righteousness – not because of anything I’ve done, but because of You. And when He looks at others who have accepted You as their Lord and Savior, he sees the same righteousness. Help me to see the same righteousness in myself and in others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭12‬ :‭ 23‬ -‭ 26‬

“The crowd was amazed and asked, “Could it be that Jesus is the Son of David, the Messiah?” But when the Pharisees heard about the miracle, they said, “No wonder he can cast out demons. He gets his power from Satan, the prince of demons.” Jesus knew their thoughts and replied, “Any kingdom divided by civil war is doomed. A town or family splintered by feuding will fall apart. And if Satan is casting out Satan, he is divided and fighting against himself. His own kingdom will not survive.”

Sound familiar? Jesus spoke in Parables most of his ministry! A house can also be a Nation! Is our Nation divided? Is it USA against USA? Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for this Nation, that we would all pray that the United States would Unite! That we would all pray that the United States would be moral again! And that we would all pray God Almighty would heal this Nation…..Be Blessed

2 Corinthians 12 : 7 – 9

And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 Corinthians 12 : 7 – 9 NKJV

Do you have a thorn in your side? Or like many a whole rose bush, when trials come upon us it’s then when we go to God in prayer, Paul pleaded with The Lord to remove this from him but instead God was saying where is your faith? Don’t you understand I will deliver you from your problem?. We tend to try to fix all of our problems instead of trusting that God has us in his hand. Today rejoice when a problem comes your way, because The Lord’s promise is that he will handle it!!!! His grace will always be sufficient ………Be Blessed

‭‭Job‬ ‭10 : 12

“You gave me life and showed me your unfailing love. My life was preserved by your care.” ‭‭Job‬ ‭10 : 12‬ ‭NLT‬‬

God cares for you! When it seems like you don’t have a friend in the world, you have a friend in God. Job went through some of the most life altering trials but still knew that God was there for him. Today’s prayer is that when we go through trials we would think of Job and have the same praising attitude that he had, praise God in the sunshine and in the storms………Be Blessed

“GOD SPEAKS TO YOU from deepest heaven. You hear GOD in the depths of your being. Deep calls unto deep. You are blessed to hear GOD so directly. Never take this privilege for granted. The best response is a heart overflowing with gratitude. The LORD is training you to cultivate a thankful mind-set. This is like building your house on a firm rock, where life’s storms cannot shake you. As you learn these lessons, you are to teach them to others. GOD will open up the way before you, one step at a time.

Deep calls unto deep at the noise of Your waterfalls; All Your waves and billows have gone over me. PSALM 42 : 7 (NKJV)

Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. PSALM 95 : 1 – 2

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because it had its foundation on the rock.” MATTHEW 7 : 24 – 25

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I want to build the foundation of my life on you, my rock. Help me to start each day with a grateful spirit. Thank you for another day to love you and love others – our purpose in this life. Equip me to do them well for your glory. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Galatians‬ ‭4 : 4 – 5‬

“But when the set time had fully come, God sent his Son, born of a woman, born under the law, to redeem those under the law, that we might receive adoption to sonship.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭4 : 4 – 5‬ ‭

God the Father knew the time to send the savior of the world, the messiah, God himself in the form of man. God brought forth the law because that is what was asked for knowing that man could not keep it, only one could keep it God! Jesus was born into the world to redeem us from the sin of the world and bring us into sonship with the father. Isn’t grace and mercy a wonderful thing? Today’s prayer is that we would understand that all that call upon the name of Jesus are God’s family, Sons and Daughters of God almighty………Be Blessed

UNDERSTANDING will never bring you Peace. – PROVERBS 3 : 5 – 6, ROMANS 5 : 1, 2 THESSALONIANS 3 : 16

“UNDERSTANDING will never bring you Peace. That’s why GOD has instructed you to trust in HIM, not in your understanding. Human beings have a voracious appetite for trying to figure things out, in order to gain a sense of mastery over their lives. But the world presents you with an endless series of problems. As soon as you master one set, another pops up to challenge you. The relief you had anticipated is short-lived. Soon your mind is gearing up again: searching for understanding (mastery), instead of seeking GOD (your Master). The wisest of all men, Solomon, could never think his way through to Peace. His vast understanding resulted in feelings of futility, rather than in fulfillment. Finally, he lost his way and succumbed to the will of his wives by worshiping idols. GOD’S Peace is not an elusive goal, hidden at the center of some complicated maze. Actually, you are always enveloped in Peace, which is inherent in GOD’S Presence. As you look to GOD, you gain awareness of this precious Peace.”

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. PROVERBS 3 : 5 – 6

Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. ROMANS 5 : 1

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. 2 THESSALONIANS 3 : 16

Personal Note

PS: Earlier this week on social media I saw a friend’s post about many of the various political / world issues going on in today’s world and this “world news” is something that many people get wrapped up in or stressed out about. Today’s message should remind us that GOD has a plan for this world and ours is NOT to understand or judge or “fix it” but to have Faith that GOD has it well in hand on HIS terms. Relax in the Peace brought on by knowing the world is in GOD’S hands.

Prayer

Prayer: God thank you for your peace and your presence with me all the time. Help me to gain more awareness of your precious peace you freely give. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

James‬ ‭3 : 2 – 5

“We all stumble in many ways. Anyone who is never at fault in what they say is perfect, able to keep their whole body in check. When we put bits into the mouths of horses to make them obey us, we can turn the whole animal. Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go. Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark.”

Are the words you’re speaking into people’s lives edifying or damning? From the ” good morning” to the “what’s wrong with you idiot”. James speaks clearly about the power of the tongue in this scripture just how powerful one little word can affect someone. Today’s prayer is that we would all let God put a bit in our mouths or a rudder on our tongue, that we would edify people no matter how we feel. When someone wrongs you hand it over to God and bite down on that bit……..Be Blessed and tell someone “Good Morning”
