“The LORD is my strength and my shield; My heart trusted in Him, and I am helped; Therefore my heart greatly rejoices, And with my song I will praise Him.” Psalms 28:7
Where does your strength come from? Who do you put your trust in? Today’s prayer is that we all would turn to Jesus for our strength to overcome the daily trials and to trust and praise him for all daily……..Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“GIVE UP THE ILLUSION that you deserve a problem-free life. Part of you is still hungering for the resolution of all difficulties. This is a false hope! As JESUS CHRIST told HIS disciples, in the world you will have trouble. Link your hope not to problem solving in this life but to the promise of an eternity of problem-free life in heaven. Instead of seeking perfection in this fallen world, pour your energy into seeking CHRIST The LORD: the Perfect One. It is possible to enjoy GOD and glorify HIM in the midst of adverse circumstances. In fact, The LORD’S Light shines most brightly through believers who trust GOD in the dark. That kind of trust is supernatural: a production of GOD’S indwelling Spirit. When things seem all wrong, trust GOD anyway. The LORD is much less interested in right circumstances than in right responses to whatever comes your way.”
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” JOHN 16 : 33
Even in darkness light dawns for the upright, for the gracious and compassionate and righteous man. . . . He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD. PSALM 112 : 4, 7
Prayer: Lord help me to seek you more than a problem-free life. You told us in this life we will have trouble. My job is to trust you regardless of my circumstances by the power of your Holy Spirit in me. I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” 2 Corinthians 9:6-7 NLT
How’s your seed supply? This scripture says to give plenty and to do it with a cheerful heart. Helping others in need is a huge part of our daily lives, God will always provide for his children so trust and have faith. Today I pray that all would be generous, and with a happy heart, and remember giving is not just money, it may be a word of encouragement……..Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“LET GOD’S LOVE ENFOLD YOU in the radiance of HIS Glory. Sit still in the Light of GOD’S Presence, and receive HIS Peace. These quiet moments with GOD transcend time, accomplishing far more than you can imagine. Bring The LORD the sacrifice of your time, and watch to see how abundantly HE will bless you and your loved ones. Through the intimacy of your relationship, you are being transformed from the inside out. As you keep your focus on GOD, HE forms you into the one GOD desires you to be. Your part is to yield to GOD’S creative work in you, neither resisting it nor trying to speed it up. Enjoy the tempo of a God-breathed life by letting The LORD set the pace. Hold GOD’S hand in childlike trust, and the way before you will open up step by step.”
Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that confess his name. HEBREWS 13 : 15
And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 18
Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. PSALM 73 : 23 – 24
Prayer: Lord while I sit still with you, fill me with your peace. Bless my loved ones and I beyond anything we could ask or imagine as I bring you the sacrifice of my time. Help me to yield to your creative work in me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. Isaiah 53:4-5 NLT
Reality check! We sometimes think life is unfair, we complain about the most trivial things, we exchange our thankfulness of life in general for what? Today I pray that we would all remember the gift we were given when Jesus so graciously went to the cross in our place, that gift was Love and Life…….Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“GOD’S PEACE is the treasure of treasures: the pearl of great price. It is an exquisitely costly gift, both for the Giver and the receiver. JESUS CHRIST, The LORD purchased this Peace for you with HIS blood. You receive this gift by trusting The LORD in the midst of life’s storms. If you have the world’s peace—everything going your way—you don’t seek GOD’S unfathomable Peace. Thank GOD when things do not go your way, because spiritual blessings come wrapped in trials. Adverse circumstances are normal in a fallen world. Expect them each day. Rejoice in the face of hardship, for The LORD has overcome the world.”
. . . who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it. MATTHEW 13 : 46 (NKJV)
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds. JAMES 1 : 2
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” JOHN 16 : 33
Prayer: Lord cover me with your peace, the pearl you bought with your very life for me. For the spirit of heaviness – Put on the garment of praise. This is how I fight my battles – It may look like I’m surrounded but I’m surrounded by you. This is how I fight my battles. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
There is a path before each person that seems right, but it ends in death. Proverbs 14:12 NLT
What path are you following? Is the path you’re following in line with God’s word? Today I pray that we would all take a long look at the life we are living and ask God to fix any areas that are displeasing to him…….Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“IT’S ALRIGHT TO BE HUMAN. When your mind wanders while you are praying, don’t be surprised or upset. Simply return your attention to GOD. Share a secret smile with GOD, knowing that HE understands. Rejoice in The LORD’S Love for you, which has no limits or conditions. Whisper GOD’S Name in loving contentment, assured that The LORD will never leave you or forsake you. Intersperse these peaceful interludes abundantly throughout your day. This practice will enable you to attain a quiet and gentle spirit, which is pleasing to GOD. As you live in close contact with GOD, the Light of HIS Presence filters through you to bless others. Your weakness and roundness are the openings through which the Light of the knowledge of GOD’S Glory shines forth. GOD’S strength and power show themselves most effectively in your weakness.”
“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” DEUTERONOMY 31 : 6
Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. 1 PETER 3 : 4
For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 6 – 7
But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9
Prayer: Pitch a tent over and dwell upon me Lord. Your grace is enough for me. Even when problems arise, I will rely on your power and your strength through Christ in me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NLT
To have a joyful heart is to know how blessed you are, to pray in all circumstances is to acknowledge that Jesus is in control, to give thanks in all circumstances is our reasonable service for what God has done for us… Today I pray that all would be joyful, thankful, and pray through all situations……Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“If only you would prepare your heart and lift up your hands to him in prayer! Get rid of your sins, and leave all iniquity behind you. Then your face will brighten with innocence. You will be strong and free of fear. Job 11:13-15 NLT
Is there a stronghold in your life that you just can’t seem to get rid of? Here’s a hint SURRENDER!!!!! Surrender all to God and let his grace see you out of the stronghold. Today’s prayer is that we would surrender all of our strongholds to God, for we as flesh cannot overcome them on our own…..Be Blessed
