Daily Devotional Video 5/21/2020 – ROMANS 8 : 31 – 32, MICAH 7 : 7
“GOD, THE CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE, is with you and for you. What more could you need? When you feel some lack, it is because you are not connecting with GOD at a deep level. GOD offers abundant Life; your part is to trust The LORD, refusing to worry about anything. It is not so much adverse events that make you anxious as it is your thoughts about those events. Your mind engages in efforts to take control of a situation, to bring about the result you desire. Your thoughts close in on the problem like ravenous wolves. Determined to make things go your way, you forget that GOD is in charge of your life. The only remedy is to switch your focus from the problem to GOD’S Presence. Stop all your striving, and watch to see what GOD will do. GOD is the Lord!”
What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ROMANS 8 : 31 – 32
But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. MICAH 7 : 7
Prayer: God I wait expectantly for what you will do next. You are my fortress and my salvation. The good Sheppard who leads me beside still waters and comforts me in my troubles. I take captive any thought that is not from you. Guard my MIND Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Psalms 19:7
The instructions of the LORD are perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple. (Psalms 19:7 NLT)
The Bible is the instruction manual that God has left for us, plain and simple. Today’s prayer is that we all would meditate on the word of God and put every spoken word in play for our lives…..Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
2 Corinthians 5:10
“For we must all appear before the judgement seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.” 2 Corinthians 5:10
As believers all of our sins were judged at the cross! But the second judgement will come before Jesus himself. That judgement will be for what we did as believers, did you just use your salvation as fire insurance? Or did you use your salvation to witness the gospel to all you could? Today’s prayer is that we would all use what God gave us to operate in a way that brings God glory…….Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
Daily Devotional Video 5/20/2020 – 1 JOHN 1 : 7, ISAIAH 61 : 10, JOHN 8 : 1
“WHEN YOUR SINS WEIGH HEAVILY upon you, come to GOD. Confess your wrongdoing, which The LORD knows all about before you say a word. Stay in the Light of GOD’S Presence, receiving forgiveness, cleansing, and healing. Remember that GOD has clothed you in HIS righteousness, so nothing can separate you from The LORD. Whenever you stumble or fall, GOD is there to help you up. Man’s tendency is to hide from his sin, seeking refuge in the darkness. There he indulges in self-pity, denial, self-righteousness, blaming, and hatred. But The LORD is the Light of the world, and HIS illumination decimates the darkness. Come close to GOD and let GOD’S Light envelop you, driving out darkness and permeating you with Peace.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 JOHN 1 : 7
I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ISAIAH 61 : 10
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 1
Prayer: Lord thank you for your amazing grace when I mess up every time. You know my desire is to obey you but I often fall short. Help me to stay close to you today and let your light envelop me, driving out any darkness and permeating me with your peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Matthew 17:18-20
“Jesus rebuked the demon, and it came out of the boy, and he was healed at that moment. Then the disciples came to Jesus in private and asked, “Why couldn’t we drive it out?” He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”” Matthew 17:18-20 NIV

Daily Devotional Video 5/19/2020 – 1 CORINTHIANS 13 : 12, PSALM 29 : 11
“GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW how safe and secure you are in HIS Presence. That is a fact, totally independent of your feelings. You are on your way to heaven; nothing can prevent you from reaching that destination. There you will see GOD face to Face, and your Joy will be off the charts by any earthly standards. Even now, you are never separated from GOD, though you must see GOD through eyes of faith. The LORD will walk with you till the end of time, and onward into eternity. Although GOD’S Presence is a guaranteed promise, that does not necessarily change your feelings. When you forget GOD is with you, you may experience loneliness or fear. It is through awareness of GOD’S Presence that Peace displaces negative feelings. Practice the discipline of walking consciously with The LORD through each day.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young
Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. 1 CORINTHIANS 13 : 12
The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace. PSALM 29 : 11
Prayer: Jesus thank you for keeping me safe and secure in your presence. Independent of my feelings that sometimes change like the wind blows. I can only imagine and look so forward to the day I will see you face to face in Heaven. Until then, you are with me always till the end of the age. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Psalms 46:1
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. (Psalms 46:1 NLT)
Are you going through a trial? Is there something coming against you or your family? The psalmist says God is our refuge, our strength. It may look impossible to you but nothing is impossible for God. Today I pray that we all would hand our trials over to God, for he is waiting to take them. “COME TO GOD with your plans held in suspension. Worship GOD in spirit and in truth, allowing The LORD’S Glory to permeate your entire being. Trust GOD enough to let HIM guide you through this day, accomplishing HIS purposes in HIS timing. Subordinate your myriad plans to GOD’S Master Plan. GOD is sovereign over every aspect of your life! The challenge continually before you is to trust The LORD and search for HIS way through each day. Do not blindly follow your habitual route, or you will miss what GOD has prepared for you. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are GOD’S ways higher than your ways and HIS thoughts than your thoughts.” para-phrased – “Jesus Calling” by Sarah Young

Ephesians 1:5-7
“he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace”
Ephesians 1:5-7 NIV
To truly understand what Jesus did for us is mind blowing! If God had not sent Jesus to the cross for all of us we would have never had the chance to get into right standing with God. When God sees us he sees us through Jesus, so therefore he sees perfection. Today I pray that we would never forget the grace that has been given to us freely and undeserved. Praise Jesus in all things and be thankful for all you have, the alternative would have been brutal……Be Blessed
