CHRIST, THE LORD IS A GOD WHO HEALS. – PSALM 103 : 3, 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 7 – 9, MATTHEW 7 : 7

“CHRIST, THE LORD IS A GOD WHO HEALS. The LORD heals broken bodies, broken minds, broken hearts, broken lives, and broken relationships. GOD’S very Presence has immense healing powers. You cannot live close to The LORD without experiencing some degree of healing. However, it is also true that you have not because you ask not. You receive the healing that flows naturally from GOD’S Presence, whether you seek it or not. But there is more— much more—available to those who ask. The first step in receiving healing is to live ever so close to GOD. The benefits of this practice are too numerous to list. As you grow more and more intimate with GOD, HE reveals HIS will to you more directly. When the time is right, The LORD prompts you to ask for healing of some brokenness in you or in another person. The healing may be instantaneous, or it may be a process. That is up to GOD. Your part is to trust GOD fully and to thank HIM for the restoration that has begun. GOD rarely heals all the brokenness in a person’s life. Even The LORD’S servant Paul was told, “My grace is sufficient for you,” when he sought healing for the thorn in his flesh. Nonetheless, much healing is available to those whose lives are intimately interwoven with The LORD’S. Ask, and you will receive.”

. . . who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases . . . PSALM 103 : 3

To keep me from becoming conceited because of these surpassingly great revelations, there was given me a thorn in my flesh, a messenger of Satan, to torment me. Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 7 – 9

“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” MATTHEW 7 : 7

Prayer: Lord help me to grow more and more intimate with you. To learn your voice and hear your will for me more clearly. I want my life to be tightly interwoven with yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

How’s your fruit? Are you yielding a crop? Jesus speaks this parable in regards to are we rooted in him or the world? Those who are rooted in the Lord do things of the Lord, those who are rooted in the world do things opposite of the Lord. “GOD CONTINUALLY CALLS YOU to closeness with HIM. GOD knows the depth and breadth of your need for HIM. The LORD can read the emptiness of your thoughts when they wander away from HIM. GOD offers rest for your soul, as well as refreshment for your mind and body. As you increasingly find fulfillment in The LORD, other pleasures become less important. Knowing GOD intimately is like having a private wellspring of Joy within you. This spring flows freely from The LORD’S throne of grace, so your Joy is independent of circumstances. Waiting in The LORD’S Presence keeps you connected to GOD, aware of all that HE offers you. If you feel any deficiency, you need to refocus your attention on GOD. This is how you trust The LORD in the moments of your life.”

But I have stilled and quieted my soul; like a weaned child with its mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me. PSALM 131 : 2

Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. PSALM 21 : 6

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. PSALM 37 : 7

Prayer: God thank you for providing rest for my soul and refreshment for my mind and body as I spend time with you. Today if I feel any deficiency, help me refocus my attention on you and ask for your help. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

John‬ ‭2:19

“Jesus answered them, “Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭2:19‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Jesus made this statement and no one had a clue what he was saying, Jesus spoke in parables throughout his whole ministry and yet no one was listening with spiritual ears. I believe today the same happens when the word of God is read and that is why there is so many options and interpretations. “EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER ADVERSITY in your life, remembering that you live in a deeply fallen world. Stop trying to find a way that circumvents difficulties. The main problem with an easy life is that it masks your need for GOD. When you became a Christian, GOD infused HIS very Life into you, empowering you to live on a supernatural plane by depending on HIM. Anticipate coming face to face with impossibilities: situations totally beyond your ability to handle. This awareness of your inadequacy is not something you should try to evade. It is precisely where GOD wants you—the best place to encounter The LORD in HIS Glory and Power. When you see armies of problems marching toward you, cry out to GOD! Allow The LORD to fight for you. Watch GOD working on your behalf, as you rest in the shadow of GOD’S Almighty Presence.”

After this I heard what sounded like the roar of a great multitude in heaven shouting: “Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God, . . .” REVELATION 19 : 1

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. PSALM 91 : 1

Prayer: Lord help me to expect adversity beyond what I can handle in this life and allow you to fight my battles for me while I rest in your peaceful shadow. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:5-6

If we are distressed, it is for your comfort and salvation; if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which produces in you patient endurance of the same sufferings we suffer.”‭‭ 2 Corinthians‬ ‭1:5-6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Are you suffering? Is there something that has created a massive amount of stress? Well take heart it’s temporary. Have you ever wondered why God would let us suffer? Maybe because it gives us clear thinking and makes us stronger? God sent his Son to the cross but that did not hold him down, he overcame the grave and that same person lives on the inside of each one of us! “FIND GOD in the midst of the maelstrom. Sometimes events whirl around you so quickly that they become a blur. Whisper The LORD’S Name in recognition that GOD is still with you. Without skipping a beat in the activities that occupy you, you find strength and Peace through praying GOD’S Name. Later, when the happenings have run their course, you can talk with GOD more fully. Accept each day just as it comes to you. Do not waste your time and energy wishing for a different set of circumstances. Instead, trust GOD enough to yield to HIS design and purposes. Remember that nothing can separate you from GOD’S loving Presence; you are The LORD’S.”

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. PHILIPPIANS 2 : 9 – 11

But now, this is what the LORD says— he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. ISAIAH 43 : 1

Prayer: God when life gets hectic, help me to whisper your name, reminding me you are still with me and you are still on the throne. Help me to trust you enough to accept any circumstances you allow in my life today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭24:9-14

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭24:9-14‬ ‭NIV‬‬

There is ONE gospel!!! Not a watered down sugar coated version. Today there are so many versions of the gospel no wonder there is so much confusion. The Bible is a direct reflection of who we are to be, we are in the end times and more important than ever we need to be bold and accurate of the gospel. MEET GOD in early morning splendor. – ISAIAH 40 : 31, PSALM 27 : 4, PHILIPPIANS 4 : 8

“MEET GOD in early morning splendor. GOD eagerly awaits you there. In the stillness of this holy time with The LORD, HE renews your strength and saturates you with Peace. While others turn over for extra sleep or anxiously tune in to the latest news, you commune with the Creator of the universe. GOD has awakened in your heart a strong desire to know HIM. This longing originated in GOD, though it now burns brightly in you. When you seek The LORD’S Face in response to HIS Love-call, both of you are blessed. This is a deep mystery, designed more for your enjoyment than for your understanding. GOD am not a dour God who discourages pleasure. GOD delights in your enjoyment of everything that is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable. Think on these things, and GOD’S Light in you will shine brighter day by day.”

But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ISAIAH 40 : 31

One thing I ask of the LORD, this is what I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze upon the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple. PSALM 27 : 4

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable— if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 8

Prayer: Lord as I spend quiet time with you, give me just enough strength and joy and peace for today. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you regardless of what the week brings. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
