COME AWAY WITH GOD for a while. – SONG OF SONGS 2 : 13, LUKE 10 : 42

“COME AWAY WITH GOD for a while. The world, with its nonstop demands, can be put on hold. Most people put GOD on hold, rationalizing that someday they will find time to focus on The LORD. But the longer people push GOD into the background of their lives, the harder it is for them to find HIM. You live among people who glorify busyness; they have made time a tyrant that controls their lives. Even those who know The LORD as Savior tend to march to the tempo of the world. They have bought into the illusion that more is always better: more meetings, more programs, more activity. GOD has called you to follow HIM on a solitary path, making time alone with GOD your highest priority and deepest Joy. It is a pathway largely unappreciated and often despised. However, you have chosen the better thing, which will never be taken away from you. Moreover, as you walk close to GOD, HE can bless others through you.”

“The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.” SONG OF SONGS 2 : 13

“But only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” LUKE 10 : 42

Prayer: Lord help me to make time alone with you and let that be my highest priority and deepest joy each day. Don’t let anything stand in the way of this precious time with you. Fill me with all peace and joy today by the power of the Holy Spirit. Use me to be a blessing to others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

James‬ ‭4:17

“If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.” ‭‭James‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭

Do you find yourself doing things you know you should not be doing but you do them anyway with the attitude “a little won’t hurt” well that is the plan of the devil, a little at a time. When you received Jesus you became a new creation, the old passed away and although your sin is covered never use salvation as an insurance policy, Repent and ask the Lord to change your doings. Today’s prayer is that we would try to live as Jesus did Sin free and when we miss the mark (as we all do) Repent and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your ways…..In Jesus name be blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

1 John‬ ‭2:5-6‬

“But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:5-6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This scripture breaks it down in such simple terms it’s amazing. If someone asked you “Do you love God” what would your response be? Of course it would be YES so if you love God don’t you want to try to please him at all times? To live like Jesus is to live a life that is pleasing to God, to have the heart of a servant. Today’s prayer is that we would wake up daily and start our day out by praying “Heavenly Father let me not serve myself today, but serve only you” let your will be done throughout my day and make this day not mine but yours” I believe this confession will help us all live more like Jesus……..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Matthew‬ ‭25‬:‭21‬

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’ ‭Matthew‬ ‭25‬:‭21‬ NIV

How are you doing with what the Lord has given you? Are you faithful with your gift?. When the Lord returns the most important words I would like to hear are “well done my good and faithful servant” Today’s prayer is that we would do all that we can for serving the Lord by sharing our gifts and the gospel while we are here on earth…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

KEEP WALKING with GOD along the path HE has chosen for you. – PSALM 37 : 23 – 24, PSALM 16 : 11

“KEEP WALKING with GOD along the path HE has chosen for you. Your desire to live close to The LORD is a delight to HIS heart. GOD could instantly grant you the spiritual riches you desire, but that is not HIS way for you. Together you will forge a pathway up the high mountain. The journey is arduous at times, and you are weak. Someday you will dance light footed on the high peaks; but for now, your walk is often plodding and heavy. All GOD requires of you is to take the next step, clinging to HIS hand for strength and direction. Though the path is difficult and the scenery dull at the moment, there are sparkling surprises just around the bend. Stay on the path GOD has selected for you. It is truly the path of Life.”

If the LORD delights in a man’s way, he makes his steps firm; though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand. PSALM 37 : 23 – 24

You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. PSALM 16 : 11 (NKJV)

Prayer: Lord help me to cling to your hand for strength and direction all the days of my life. May reading your Word cause me to fall more and more in love with you. The closer I am to you, the more my soul is at peace, regardless. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭13

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit. ‭Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭13‬ NLT

Are you feeling anxious about something? Praying for change in your life? In this scripture Paul writes about hope through the power of the spirit. As human nature is, we always want to try to figure out WHY!!!! And I believe sometimes it benefits us not to know. Today I pray that we would seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit and trust in the hope that God has given us…..Be Blessed

GOD WANTS YOU TO EXPERIENCE the riches of your salvation: the Joy of being loved constantly and perfectly. – EPHESIANS 2 : 7 – 8, HEBREWS 3 : 1, PSALM 34 : 5

“GOD WANTS YOU TO EXPERIENCE the riches of your salvation: the Joy of being loved constantly and perfectly. You make a practice of judging yourself, based on how you look or behave or feel. If you like what you see in the mirror, you feel a bit more worthy of GOD’S Love. When things are going smoothly and your performance seems adequate, you find it easier to believe you are GOD’S beloved child. When you feel discouraged, you tend to look inward so you can correct whatever is wrong. Instead of trying to “fix” yourself, fix your gaze on The LORD, the Lover of your soul. Rather than using your energy to judge yourself, redirect it to praising The LORD. Remember that GOD sees you clothed in The LORD’S righteousness, radiant in HIS perfect Love.”

. . . in order that in the coming ages he might show the incomparable riches of his grace, expressed in his kindness to us in Christ Jesus. For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. EPHESIANS 2 : 7 – 8

Therefore, holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess. HEBREWS 3 : 1

Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. PSALM 34 : 5

Prayer: Jesus thank you for loving me constantly and perfectly. Help me to abide in you so I can be filled each day with your joy and peace and then can overflow that joy and peace onto others, for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Psalms 37:4 – 5

Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. Psalms 37:4 – 5 NKJV

Life gets so busy we make JUST enough time for The Lord. This scripture tells us to delight yourself, the meaning of delight is ” something that brings you extreme pleasure, happiness” we as believers should put Jesus before anything else, he is our BFF, The Lord takes pleasure when we consult him in everything…… Today I pray we would all get alone with God and have a personal conversation with him……..be blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

WHENEVER YOU FEEL DISTANT from GOD, whisper HIS Name in loving trust. – ACTS 4 : 12, JOHN 16 : 24

“WHENEVER YOU FEEL DISTANT from GOD, whisper HIS Name in loving trust. This simple prayer can restore your awareness of GOD’S Presence. GOD’S Name is constantly abused in the world, where people use it as a curse word. This verbal assault reaches all the way to heaven; every word is heard and recorded. When you trustingly whisper GOD’S Name, HIS aching ears are soothed. The grating rancor of the world’s blasphemies cannot compete with a trusting child’s utterance: “Jesus.” The power of The LORD’S Name to bless both you and The LORD is beyond your understanding.”

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.” ACTS 4 : 12

Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete. JOHN 16 : 24

Prayer: Jesus, help me to whisper your name when I feel distant or whenever I need you. To pray bold prayers in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

‭Proverbs‬ ‭21‬:‭2‬

People may be right in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their heart. ‭Proverbs‬ ‭21‬:‭2‬

Are we being the kind of Christian that Jesus longs for us to be or just a Christian on the outside? God sees our heart and knows the true us. Today I pray that we would search ourselves and see if we are being the person that Jesus wants, as Christians we not only have to have a fancy cover but depth to our pages……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
