2 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬ : ‭6 – 7

Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭9‬ : ‭6 – 7‬ NLT

How’s your seed supply? This scripture says to give plenty and to do it with a cheerful heart. Helping others in need is a huge part of our daily lives, God will always provide for his children so trust and have faith. Today I pray that all would be generous, and with a happy heart, and remember giving is not just money, it may be a word of encouragement……..Be Blessed

“TRUST GOD and don’t be afraid, for GOD is your Strength and Song. Do not let fear dissipate your energy. Instead, invest your energy in trusting The LORD and singing HIS Song. The battle for control of your mind is fierce, and years of worry have made you vulnerable to the enemy. Therefore, you need to be vigilant in guarding your thoughts. Do not despise this weakness in yourself, since GOD is using it to draw you closer to HIM. Your constant need for GOD creates an intimacy that is well worth all the effort. You are not alone in this struggle for your mind. GOD’S Holy Spirit living within you is ever ready to help in this striving. Ask The LORD’S Holy Spirit to control your mind; The LORD will bless you with Life and Peace.”

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to invest my energy in trusting you and singing your song. Help me to be vigilant to guard my thoughts. Holy Spirit, control my mind and fill me with life and peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭13 : 24 – 30‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. “The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ “ ‘An enemy did this,’ he replied. “The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ “ ‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’ ”” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13 : 24 – 30‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This parable has always ministered to me in a eye opening way. This relates to choice, The choice to believe or not believe. To live among the weeds can be a negative or a positive, if we take the opportunity to witness the Gospel it’s a positive, if we choose to let them affect us then it becomes a negative. Today’s prayer is that we would understand that God leaves the weeds until his time comes, God wants not one to Be lost but all to be saved……. Take the opportunity to witness and Be Blessed

Prayer: Holy Spirit, take charge of the details of my day today. Help me to rest in you, knowing you have every detail covered. No matter what lies ahead, we will face it together, and you will fight my battles for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The condition of the world makes us think there is no hope! But in reality there is nothing but hope, God has done a great work in the land and in us. Today’s prayer is that no matter how bad, it looks remember God has blessed us with all that we need and our great hope is in Jesus…….Be Blessed

GOD IS ALL AROUND YOU, like a cocoon of Light. – LUKE 12 : 22 – 31, JOHN 16 : 33

“GOD IS ALL AROUND YOU, like a cocoon of Light. GOD’S Presence with you is a promise, independent of your awareness of HIM. Many things can block this awareness, but the major culprit is worry. GOD’S children tend to accept worry as an inescapable fact of life. However, worry is a form of unbelief; it is anathema to The LORD. Who is in charge of your life? If it is you, then you have good reason to worry. But if it is GOD, then worry is both unnecessary and counterproductive. When you start to feel anxious about something, relinquish the situation to GOD. Back off a bit, redirecting your focus to The LORD. HE will either take care of the problem Himself or show you how to handle it. In this world you will have problems, but you need not lose sight of GOD.”

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” JOHN 16 : 33

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for surrounding me with your light and love. Help me to remember when I get anxious or worry to step back and hand the situation to you. You want me to give you my problems and in return you give me peace and joy. What a good Father you are. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

It’s time for America to wake up!!! We see all the horrible things daily on the news and maybe even with our own eyes, could it be because America has turned away from God? I believe so. Forgiveness is one of the hardest things in the world to do when you are not in constant communication with God, when you are not meditating daily in his word. When you are in continual prayer forgiveness becomes much easier, just think if God would not have sent his Son in the place of our sin!!! Devastating. Today’s prayer is that we would never end our day with anger in our hearts or anything against someone, forgive as you have been forgiven……..Be Blessed

Jude‬ ‭1 : 24 – 25

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.” ‭‭Jude‬ ‭1 : 24 – 25‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We tend to take all the glory when we achieve something, Jesus gave us the chance to live through his loving sacrifice so how can we not give him the glory? To be self righteous is to be distant from God. Today’s prayer is that we would give glory to God in all situations, even though we play a big part in our achievements, Jesus played a bigger part by laying his life down for us so that we may live…….Be Blessed

“SEEK GOD’S FACE, and you will find fulfillment of your deepest longings. GOD’S world is filled with beautiful things; they are meant to be pointers to The LORD, reminders of HIS abiding Presence. The earth still declares GOD’S Glory to those who have eyes that see and ears that hear. You had a darkened mind before you sought The LORD wholeheartedly. GOD chooses to pour HIS Light into you, so that you can be a beacon to others. There is no room for pride in this position. Your part is to reflect GOD’S Glory. HE is The Lord!”

See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. ISAIAH 60 : 2

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I seek your face today and find fulfillment for my deepest longings. Open my eyes to see the beauty of your world – sunrises, the moon and stars, and each animal I see and hear as reminders of you and your abiding presence. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
