For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.” Luke‬ ‭14‬:‭11‬ NLT

How are you conducting yourself? Do you always have to be right? Do you always have to have the right answer? Or do you act humble in all situations? Today I pray that we would humble ourselves before the cross, realize that without the sacrifice of Jesus our sin would have condemned us to a life of death…….Be Blessed

“TRUST GOD in the depths of your being. It is there that GOD lives in constant communion with you. When you feel flustered and frazzled on the outside, do not get upset with yourself. You are only human, and the swirl of events going on all around you will sometimes feel overwhelming. Rather than scolding yourself for your humanness, remind yourself that GOD is both with you and within you. GOD is with you at all times, encouraging and supportive rather than condemning. GOD knows that deep within you, where HE lives, HIS Peace is your continual experience. Slow down your pace of living for a time. Quiet your mind in GOD’S Presence. Then you will be able to hear The LORD bestowing the resurrection blessing: Peace be with you.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, the more I read your word, the more I get to know you. The more I know you, the more I’m in awe of your goodness and mercy. Thank you for sending your son Jesus to take my place, and for sending your Holy Spirit who lives in me and knows all things to teach me how to be more like Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Remember this—a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop. You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭9 ‬: ‭6 – 7‬ NLT

How’s your seed supply? This scripture says to give plenty and to do it with a cheerful heart. Helping others in need is a huge part of our daily lives, God will always provide for his children so trust and have faith. Today I pray that all would be generous, and with a happy heart, and remember giving is not just money, it may be a word of encouragement……..Be Blessed

“WORSHIP GOD in the beauty of holiness. GOD created beauty to declare the existence of HIS Holy Being. A magnificent rose, a hauntingly glorious sunset, oceanic splendor— all these things were meant to proclaim GOD’S Presence in the world. Most people rush past these proclamations without giving them a second thought. Some people use beauty, especially feminine loveliness, to sell their products. How precious are GOD’S children who are awed by nature’s beauty; this opens them up to GOD’S Holy Presence. Even before you knew The LORD personally, you responded to HIS creation with wonder. This is a gift, and it carries responsibility with it. Declare GOD’S glorious Being to the world. The whole earth is full of The LORD’S radiant beauty—GOD’S Glory!”

Scripture

Give unto the LORD the glory due to His name; Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. PSALM 29 : 2 (NKJV)

And they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.” ISAIAH 6 : 3

Prayer

Prayer: God thank you for the beauty in the world that displays your holiness and splendor. Help me to slow down to appreciate the beauty all around me – proclaiming your presence and tenderness and love to the world. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Acts 2 : 19 – 21

I will show wonders in heaven above And signs in the earth beneath: Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved.’ Acts 2 : 19 – 21 NKJV

Wow, the promises of The Lord. As Christians we are called to spread the gospel. There are so many lost people in this world and one of the ways The Lord brings souls to himself is through us. When we have the opportunity to witness to someone who is non believer what are we doing? Are we telling them what The Lord has done for us? Are we witnessing The Lord by our words and actions? I know we all run off course with our actions and words but be quick to get back on course because that also shows the power of God’s love. Today I pray that condemnation will exit your existence!!!!!! It is so important that we witness for The Lord so that none will perish on that great day of The Lord Jesus. Be blessed and tell someone how awesome God is

COME TO GOD CONTINUALLY. – HEBREWS 6 : 19, 1 JOHN 2 : 28, MATTHEW 22 : 37

“COME TO GOD CONTINUALLY. GOD is meant to be the Center of your consciousness, the Anchor of your soul. Your mind will wander from The LORD, but the question is how far you allow it to wander. An anchor on a short rope lets a boat drift only slightly before the taut line tugs the boat back toward the center. Similarly, as you drift away from GOD, HIS Holy Spirit within you gives a tug, prompting you to return to The LORD. As you become increasingly attuned to GOD’S Presence, the length of rope on your soul’s Anchor is shortened. You wander only a short distance before feeling that inner tug— telling you to return to your true Center in GOD.”

Scripture

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain. HEBREWS 6 : 19

And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. 1 JOHN 2 : 28

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’” MATTHEW 22 : 37

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to be attuned to the gentle tug of The Holy Spirit when I drift from you. Shorten the line between you and I so I can remain in you and you in me more often. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

It’s easy to have unforgiveness in your heart if you are living by the world’s standard, if we have the love of God within us forgiveness becomes easy. Today’s prayer is that we would be so full of God’s word the we cannot help but show love and compassion to all regardless of what the circumstances……..Be Blessed

“RELAX AND LET GOD LEAD YOU through this day. GOD has everything under control: HIS control. You tend to peer anxiously into the day that is before you, trying to figure out what to do, and when. Meanwhile, the phone or the doorbell rings, and you have to reshuffle your plans. All that planning ties you up in knots and distracts you from GOD. Attentiveness to The LORD is not only for your quiet time, but for all your time. As you look to THE LORD, GOD shows you what to do now and next. Vast quantities of time and energy are wasted in obsessive planning. When you let GOD direct your steps, you are set free to enjoy The LORD and to find what HE has prepared for you this day.”

Direct me in the path of your commands, for there I find delight. PSALM 119 : 35

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. PSALM 143 : 8

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to be more attentive to your leading. I surrender my plans to you. Direct my steps because your plans are always best. Attune my heart to yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Do you find yourself striving for greatness? And to what measure are you striving for? God has called us to live a life that is pleasing to him, pressing forward to the goal of bringing heaven to earth. Today’s prayer is that we would strive for greatness in God’s eyes not the world’s, that we would be seeking approval from God not man In Jesus name be blessed

“God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the called” ever felt like Jeremiah? Scared? Not worthy? Well God has called you to a certain ministry, whether it’s Pastor, missions, or just to be an encourager. Today’s prayer is that you would trust God and just step into your calling He is right there by your side……Be Blessed
