“Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.” Luke 23:34 NIV
To his last breath Jesus was pleading the case for the sinner, hanging on the cross beaten and torn; he was asking the Father to forgive them for what they had done and were doing. Is there someone that you are withholding forgiveness from? If so, think of the words of Jesus from the cross. Today’s prayer is that we would forgive as Jesus did and not condemn those who persecute us but pray to the Father to forgive them…..There is power and freedom in forgiveness……..Be Blessed
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
“BE WILLING to go out on a limb with GOD. If that is where GOD is leading you, it is the safest place to be. Your desire to live a risk-free life is a form of unbelief. Your longing to live close to GOD is at odds with your attempts to minimize risk. You are approaching a crossroads in your journey. In order to follow The LORD wholeheartedly, you must relinquish your tendency to play it safe. Let CHRIST, The LORD lead you step by step through this day. If your primary focus is on The LORD, you can walk along perilous paths without being afraid. Eventually, you will learn to relax and enjoy the adventure of our journey together. As long as you stay close to GOD, HIS sovereign Presence protects you wherever you go.”
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. PSALM 23 : 4
Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. PSALM 9 : 10
Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me. JOHN 12 : 26
Prayer: Lord help me to follow you wholeheartedly, and surrender my ways for your ways. You know what’s best for me, I trust you Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us? Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else? Romans 8:31-32 NLT
Are you waiting on some type of favor? Advancement? But it seems like it just won’t happen? This scripture tells us that God is always for us, that special something you are wanting may not be what God wants for you! Maybe he has something bigger and better. Today I pray that we would all wait patiently on God’s will for our lives no matter how much we want something…..Be Blessed

“YOUR NEEDS AND GOD’S RICHES are a perfect fit. GOD never meant for you to be self-sufficient. Instead, GOD designed you to need HIM not only for daily bread but also for fulfillment of deep yearnings. GOD carefully crafted your longings and feelings of incompleteness, to point you to HIM. Therefore, do not try to bury or deny these feelings. Beware also of trying to pacify these longings with lesser gods: people, possessions, power. Come to The LORD in all your neediness, with defenses down and with desire to be blessed. As you spend time in The LORD’S Presence, your deepest longings are fulfilled. Rejoice in your neediness, which enables you to find intimate completion in GOD.”
And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 19
My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. COLOSSIANS 2 : 2 – 3
Prayer: Lord, I need you for my daily bread and to fulfill my deepest longings. Thank you for my neediness Lord because it points me to you and in you I find completion, peace, and fullness of joy. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. Psalms 46:1 NLT
When the going gets tough, God gets going. Trials come and go, some days seem to be filled with them and others do not. God is faithful through every situation are you? Today I pray that we would trust in the Lord in good times and bad, when things are great praise the Lord, when trials are at the worst, praise the Lord for the help that’s coming…….Be Blessed

“GOD IS WITH YOU IN ALL THAT YOU DO, even in the most menial task. GOD is always aware of you, concerned with every detail of your life. Nothing escapes The LORD’S notice-—not even the number of hairs on your head. However, your awareness of GOD’S Presence falters and flickers; as a result, your life experience feels fragmented. When your focus is broad enough to include GOD in your thoughts, you feel safe and complete. When your perception narrows so that problems or details fill your consciousness, you feel empty and incomplete. Learn to look steadily at GOD in all your moments and all your circumstances. Though the world is unstable and in flux, you can experience continuity through your uninterrupted awareness of Christ The LORD’S Presence. Fix your gaze on what is unseen, even as the visible world parades before your eyes.”
“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.” MATTHEW 10 : 29 – 31
By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the king’s anger; he persevered because he saw him who is invisible. HEBREWS 11 : 27
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18
Prayer: God thank you for caring about every detail of my life and being with me every second of every day. Help me to focus more on you and others this Christmas season. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
“Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.” James 4:8 NKJV
To draw near to God is to seek him in all you do. God draws near to those who seek to be more like his son in all they do. Being a double minded person is to say one thing and do another, who are you? Today’s prayer is that we would seek God’s ways in all we do, say, and are……..Be Blessed

“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 3:14
Do you find yourself striving for greatness? And to what measure are you striving for? God has called us to live a life that is pleasing to him, pressing forward to the goal of bringing heaven to earth. Today’s prayer is that we would strive for greatness in God’s eyes not the worlds, that we would be seeking approval from God not man. In Jesus name be blessed

“STAY EVER SO CLOSE TO GOD, and you will not deviate from the path GOD has prepared for you. This is the most efficient way to stay on track; it is also the most enjoyable way. Men tend to multiply duties in their observance of religion. This practice enables them to give GOD money, time, and work without yielding up to The LORD what HE desires the most—their hearts. Rules can be observed mechanically. Once they become habitual, they can be followed with minimal effort and almost no thought. These habit-forming rules provide a false sense of security, lulling the soul into a comatose condition. What GOD searches for in HIS children is an awakened soul that thrills to the Joy of HIS Presence! GOD created mankind to glorify HIM and enjoy HIM forever. The LORD provides the Joy; your part is to glorify CHRIST The LORD by living close to HIM.”
Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. DEUTERONOMY 6 : 5
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men. COLOSSIANS 3 : 23
You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. PSALM 16 : 11
Prayer: Lord help me to have an awakened soul that gets excited about being in your presence. This advent season help me to think about Christmas being the start of God’s redemptive plan to get his children back by sending Jesus. Thank you Jesus for your willingness to come down from Heaven for me. In your name I pray. Amen.
But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what GOD is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously— take God seriously. Micah 6:8 MSG
I love the way this translation explains it, basically be nice to all and put God first in everything!!!!! The Bible has laid out instructions for our lives, it is so easy to get tangled up in the things of the world, but when God is first it becomes clear on how to handle circumstances. Today I pray that it would be this simple to translate for us – treat all equally, love with all you have, don’t be so hard on yourself, and most important PUT GOD FIRST…….Be Blessed
