Philippians 3 : 13 – 14

Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Philippians 3 : 13 – 14 NKJV

Yesterday is gone and today is here, memory is a powerful thing but look, you made it to today. The circumstances that hinder you need to be forgotten, the promise of Jesus Christ needs to be remembered, Paul says “press forward” meaning through every trial keep moving towards The Lord for HE is our strength. Today I pray we would all have peace in the promise that Jesus Christ gives us and we would all press forward to the ultimate prize in Heaven ……….. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

Psalm 68 : 19

Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens. Psalm 68 : 19 NIV

Short and sweet, today I pray that we all would grasp the purpose of The Cross and understand that Jesus Christ took and did it all ……… Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

‭‭James‬ ‭1 : 14 – 15‬

“Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.” ‭‭James‬ ‭1 : 14 – 15‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Temptation is not the sin, what giving into the temptation produces is sin. We are tempted in many different ways daily and I believe our closeness to GOD determines how we react to temptation. Today’s prayer is that our relationship would be so strong with GOD that temptation has no impact ……. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

John‬ ‭8 : 54

“Jesus answered, “If I glorify Myself, My glory is nothing; it is My Father who glorifies Me, of whom you say, ‘He is our God’;” ‭‭John‬ ‭8 : 54‬ ‭NASB‬‬

Do you take credit for all you do? Do you boast about your accomplishments? Well this is the definition of self worth!!! Jesus Christ himself never boasted about what HE did in HIS whole ministry. Why should we? Are we greater than Jesus Christ ? Uhhhh NO!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would glorify GOD when we get a small paycheck, when we fall short of our goal, when we miss the mark (which we do everyday), when we think we did it!!!! Be Blessed and thank God in everything good and bad

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

GOD LOVES YOU with an everlasting Love. | JEREMIAH 31 : 3, EXODUS 15 : 13, HEBREWS 13 : 8

GOD LOVES YOU with an everlasting Love. The human mind cannot comprehend GOD’S constancy. Your emotions flicker and falter in the face of varying circumstances, and you tend to project your fickle feelings onto GOD. Thus, you do not benefit fully from The LORD’S unfailing Love. You need to look beyond the flux of circumstances and discover GOD gazing lovingly back at you. This awareness of GOD’S Presence strengthens you, as you receive and respond to HIS Love. GOD is the same yesterday, today, and forever! Let GOD’S Love flow into you continually. Your need for The LORD is as constant as the outflow of HIS Love to you.”

Scripture

The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” JEREMIAH 31 : 3

“In your unfailing love you will lead the people you have redeemed. In your strength you will guide them to your holy dwelling.” EXODUS 15 : 13

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. HEBREWS 13 : 8

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, thank You for loving me with an everlasting, unchanging love. Help me look beyond my shifting emotions and circumstances to see Your steady gaze of love upon me, and let that love fill and strengthen me every day. Amen.

Psalms‬ ‭56‬ :‭ 3 – 4‬

But when I am afraid, I will put my trust in you. I praise God for what he has promised. I trust in God, so why should I be afraid? What can mere mortals do to me?  Psalms‬ ‭56‬ :‭ 3 – 4‬ NLT

What are you afraid of ? What is it that worries you? What makes you fret? Today’s prayer is that you will put all your trust in GoOD HE always has your back in all situations. ….. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

IN ORDER TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE, you must release all your worries into HIS care. | 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7, PSALM 118 : 24,  1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 18

“IN ORDER TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE, you must release all your worries into HIS care. Entrust to GOD everything that concerns you. This clears the way for you to seek GOD’S Face unhindered. Let The LORD free you from fear that is hiding deep inside you. Sit quietly in GOD’S Presence, allowing HIS Light to soak into you and drive out any darkness lodged within you. Accept each day just as it comes to you, remembering that GOD is sovereign over your life. Rejoice in this day that HE have made, trusting that GOD is abundantly present in it. Instead of regretting or resenting the way things are, thank The LORD in all circumstances. Trust GOD and don’t be fearful; thank The LORD and rest in HIS sovereignty.”

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7

This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. PSALM 118 : 24

Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 18

Prayer: Lord I want to hear your voice – help me to release all my worries into your care. Free me from any fear hiding in me. As I spend time with you, may your light drive out all darkness in me and when others look at me may they see you.  In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 16

“That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 16‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As we get older the mind says it’s easy to give up! But as Christians we should know these vessels are just temporary. The daily renewing of the spirit is what we should bank on! And the only way too renew is to stay in The Word. Today I pray that all would start their day by at least spending 30 minutes in GOD’S Word and see if the difference not only applies to your attitude but also your health and well being …… Be Blessed.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. | 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7, PSALM 96 : 6, JOHN 8 : 12, PSALM 36 : 9

“BE WILLING TO FOLLOW wherever GOD leads. Follow GOD wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead, GOD knows; and that is enough! Some of The LORD’S richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith -— not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul. Sometimes GOD leads you up a high mountain with only HIS hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of GOD’S Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. The LORD will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let GOD’S Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.”

Scripture

We live by faith, not by sight. 2 CORINTHIANS 5 : 7

Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary. PSALM 96 : 6

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 12

For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. PSALM 36 : 9

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, give me a willing heart to follow wherever You lead, even when I can’t see what’s ahead. Help me walk by faith, savor the joy of Your Presence on the mountaintops, and let Your light shine through me when I return to community with others. Amen.

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5 : 1

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.” ‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5 : 1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Before we knew Jesus Christ we were prisoners to the world, after Jesus Christ we are set free from all the strongholds we once had. This scripture tells us to stand firm and know that we are free!!! Today’s prayer is that when we feel weak don’t turn away SEEK the love of Jesus Christ and HE will always remind us of our freedom in HIM ……. Be Blessed
