Matthew ‭7 ‬ :‭13 – 14‬

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. ‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭13-14‬ NIV

There are so many that have chosen the broad gate, in their mind it is easier living a life of quote “freedom, no rules, being their own person”. Jesus speaks of that road leading to destruction. Today’s prayer is that all would understand that the narrow road gives you the true meaning of freedom! The total lack of condemnation. The road to heaven is the easy road, there will be test and trials but we have the ultimate tour guide when we choose this path……..Be Blessed

Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19‬

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭19‬ NIV

God’s promise, all of your worries cast upon the Lord, all your sickness cast upon the Lord, all needs in everything cast upon the Lord. This scripture says” He Will” ! Not he might, or he will if you are a certain way, it says he will supply. When Jesus went to the cross he took all the sin of the world, as Christians we have to believe that! Today’s prayer is that when a trial rises up that we would lay it down at the cross and give thanks for all Jesus did…….Be Blessed

Prayer:  Lord no matter what gaping uncertainty lies ahead, help me to draw close to you, the only source of perfect peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Proverbs 23:12

Apply your heart to instruction, And your ears to words of knowledge. Proverbs 23:12 NKJV

Have you ever heard that small voice tell you “don’t do that” that’s the Holy Spirit trying to guide you. Have you heard something that you know is right but you do the complete opposite? This scripture is telling us to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit, he was given to us as a guide and protector. Today I pray we all would listen to that small voice, even if we don’t understand it…..Be Blessed

“GOD IS WITH YOU, watching over you constantly. The LORD is Emmanuel (God with you); GOD’S Presence enfolds you in radiant Love. Nothing, including the brightest blessings and the darkest trials, can separate you from The LORD. Some of GOD’S children find HIM more readily during dark times, when difficulties force them to depend on GOD. Others feel closer to The LORD when their lives are filled with good things. They respond with thanksgiving and praise, thus opening wide the door to GOD’S Presence. GOD knows precisely what you need to draw nearer to HIM. Go through each day looking for what The LORD has prepared for you. Accept every event as GOD’S hand-tailored provision for your needs. When you view your life this way, the most reasonable response is to be thankful. Do not reject any of GOD’S gifts; find GOD in every situation.”

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I overflow with thankfulness for all you have done, are doing, and going to do in my life. And when trials come, help me to be rooted and built up in Christ, strengthened in my faith, and overflowing with thankfulness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Acts 20 : 35

I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ” Acts 20:35 NKJV

In today’s times it seems like people expect things, that they are owed something. As Christians we should never expect anything, but know that we are blessed in everything, doing for others produces blessings because God is faithful, we should expect blessings for doing for others it’s just the way God works. Today, do for someone that is in need of something, maybe just a kind word………….

Prayer: Lord may your presence envelop me and overwhelm me. Help me to speak of the mighty ways you have worked in my life to the next generation. To tell of your power and awesome works and proclaim your good deeds. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Colossians 2 : 12 – 15

buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:12-15 NKJV

It’s hard for us to understand that Jesus took all the sin, sickness, poverty, ugliness at the cross!!!!! Although we struggle daily with sin, do not be sin conscious, be God conscious. In Christ we have all things, it has been deposited in our spirit forever more. Be blessed all and be a blessing

SEEK GOD’S FACE at the beginning of your day. – PSALM 27 : 8, ROMANS 13 : 14, COLOSSIANS 3 : 12

“SEEK GOD’S FACE at the beginning of your day. This practice enables you to “put GOD on” and “wear GOD” throughout the day. Most people put on clothes soon after arising from bed. Similarly, the sooner you “put GOD on” by communicating with HIM, the better prepared you are for whatever comes your way. To “wear GOD” is essentially to have HIS mind: to think HIS thoughts. Ask the Holy Spirit to control your thinking; be transformed by this renewal within you. Thus you are well equipped to face whatever people and situations The LORD brings your way. Clothing your mind in GOD is your best preparation for each day. This discipline brings Joy and Peace to you and those around you.”

Scripture

When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.” PSALM 27 : 8 (NKJV)

Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature. ROMANS 13 : 14

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. COLOSSIANS 3 : 12

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to clothe myself with you each morning which is the best preparation for each day. Only you know the triumphs and challenges I’ll face up ahead. No matter what happens today, I know you are with me and you are for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬ : ‭12 – 18‬

Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away. But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭12-18‬ NIV

It’s nice to know that we have the right to boldly go to God with anything, wherever we are, in whatever setting, we can have a conversation with him. Under the Law the priest could not go before God unless they were covered. Jesus tore the veil from top to bottom for us that we could have a personal relationship with God. Today I pray that we all would always approach God with boldness in all things and give all the glory to him for sending his Son to set us free……..Be Blessed
