“THERE IS A MIGHTY BATTLE going on for control of your mind. Heaven and earth intersect in your mind; the tugs of both spheres influence your thinking. GOD created you with the capacity to experience foretastes of heaven. When you shut out the world and focus on GOD’S Presence, you can enjoy sitting with GOD in heavenly realms. This is an incredible privilege reserved for precious ones who belong to The LORD and seek HIS Face. Your greatest strength is your desire to spend time communing with The LORD. As you concentrate on GOD, HIS Holy Spirit fills your mind with Life and Peace. The world exerts a downward pull on your thoughts. Media bombard you with greed, lust, and cynicism. When you face these things, pray for protection and discernment. Stay in continual communication with GOD whenever you walk through the wastelands of this world. Refuse to worry, because this form of worldliness will weigh you down and block awareness of The LORD’S Presence. Stay alert, recognizing the battle being waged against your mind. Look forward to an eternity of strife-free living, reserved for you in heaven.”

My heart says of you, “Seek his face!” Your face, LORD, I will seek. PSALM 27 : 8

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. 1 JOHN 2 : 15 – 17

Prayer: Jesus, thank you allowing me to feel foretastes of Heaven here on earth. Holy Spirit control my mind today, help me to pay attention to what I let in my mind and how it impacts me. I look so forward to strife-free living in Heaven. Thank you Jesus for making that possible. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Life is full of choices and sadly we make bad choices a lot of the time. God has set a path for us to follow so how do we know what path to follow? God’s word is a GPS for us to read, read, read, pray, pray & pray. Today’s prayer is that we would know in our hearts and spirit what the right thing to do is and do it!!! I was told a long time ago that all of my prized possessions belong to God and I am just a shepherd of them. We like to think that we earned everything we have but if you really take a reality check if not for what Jesus did on the Cross we would not have anything including life!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would all understand that all we have belongs to God and it is up to us to manage it the way he wants us to…..Be Blessed

“He renews my strength. He guides me along right paths, bringing honor to his name. Even when I walk through the darkest valley, I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me. Your rod and your staff protect and comfort me.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭23:3-4‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Everyday is a new day to thank God!!! We will fail, we will do things that are so out of line with God’s word, etc. The Holy Spirit is always there with us convicting is of our righteousness not our sin. Today’s prayer is we would understand our commission as Christians and know that God is right there in the midst……Be Blessed

The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed! The New Testament is the Old Testament Revealed! This is what Jesus went through to save us! Do you doubt it? Today’s prayer is that when we feel like we are going through the toughest times in our life that we realize that it is only us! Not what Jesus did for every breathing being on earth!!!!!….. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

Prayer: Lord, I know I find my deepest fulfillment in living close to you and in yielding to your purposes for my life. Lead me and guide me today Lord and walk hand in hand with me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

GOD SAYS “REST IN ME, MY CHILD”. This time devoted to GOD is meant to be peaceful, not stressful. You don’t have to perform in order to receive GOD’S Love. GOD has boundless, unconditional Love for you. How it grieves The LORD to see HIS children working for Love: trying harder and harder, yet never feeling good enough to be loved. Be careful that your devotion to GOD does not become another form of works. GOD wants you to come into HIS Presence joyfully and confidently. You have nothing to fear, for you wear The LORD’S own righteousness. Gaze into The LORD’S eyes, and you will see no condemnation, only Love and delight in the one GOD sees. Be blessed as The LORD’S Face shines radiantly upon you, giving you Peace.”

Prayer: Lord thank you for encouraging me to slow down each day and rest in you. You want me to have peace and joy and a good night’s sleep – show me how in living a life close to you I can enjoy all those gifts. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Everyday we have is a blessing! Why? Because we have breath in our lungs. Sometimes circumstances can steal our joy, but the reality is we are blessed. Today’s prayer is we would all give thanks to God everyday for just being alive! The rest will correct its self…….Be Blessed

“WORSHIP GOD by living close to HIM. This was GOD’S original design for man, into whom GOD breathed HIS very breath of Life. This is The LORD’S desire for you: that you stay near HIM as you walk along your life-path. Each day is an important part of that journey. Although you may feel as if you are going nowhere in this world, your spiritual journey is another matter altogether, taking you along steep, treacherous paths of adventure. That is why walking in the Light of GOD’S Presence is essential to keep you from stumbling. By staying close to GOD, you present yourself as a living sacrifice. Even the most routine part of your day can be a spiritual act of worship, holy and pleasing to The LORD.”

The LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. GENESIS 2 : 7

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. ROMANS 12 : 1 – 2

Prayer: Lord without you I can do nothing of eternal significance. I surrender my will for yours today Lord and ask you to align my heart with yours. Help me to walk closely with you on life’s journey to love you and love others well. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
