We tend to take all the glory when we achieve something, Jesus gave us the chance to live through his loving sacrifice so how can we not give him the glory? To be self righteous is to be distant from God. Today’s prayer is that we would give glory to God in all situations, even though we play a big part in our achievements, Jesus played a bigger part by laying his life down for us so that we may live…….Be Blessed

Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. GALATIANS 5 : 25

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to depend on your Holy Spirit more today than I did yesterday. To pause to consult with Him before making a decision so I can do your will. Holy Spirit, control my thoughts, my words, and my actions today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Have you ever noticed how most things finish better than they start if we have patience? Do you ever get the “I want it now attitude”? Well I know I have fallen into this trap and made a mess of many things. This scripture paints a clear picture that good things come to those who wait. The best we have to look forward to is the Lord’s return. Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for patience and in the process be humble ……. Be Blessed

Prayer: God you are amazing. You go before me and behind me and beside me and you live in me. Nothing can separate me from your great love. As I spend time with you, fill me with all joy and peace as I trust in you and overflow with hope by the power of The Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

John 14 : 6

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14 : 6 NKJV

Jesus said “I am the way” the way to eternal life is through salvation in Jesus which is a gift!!! Not of man’s effort. Jesus said ” I am the truth” this means that every spoken word from Him is absolute!!!! We should strive to be like Him. He said ” I am the life” – there is no life worth living aside from Jesus !!!! He is our comfort, counselor, best friend, our everything. Today meditate on the gift of salvation and give thanks for that unconditional love ……. Be Blessed

“THIS IS A TIME OF ABUNDANCE in your life. Your cup runs over with blessings. After plodding uphill for many weeks, you are now traipsing through lush meadows drenched in warm sunshine. GOD wants you to enjoy to the fullest this time of ease and refreshment. GOD delights in providing it for you. Sometimes GOD’S children hesitate to receive HIS good gifts with open hands. Feelings of false guilt creep in, telling them they don’t deserve to be so richly blessed. This is nonsense-thinking, because no one deserves anything from The LORD. GOD’S kingdom is not about earning and deserving; it’s about believing and receiving. When a child of GOD balks at accepting The LORD’S gifts, HE is deeply grieved. When you receive GOD’S abundant blessings with a grateful heart, The LORD rejoices. GOD’S pleasure in giving and your pleasure in receiving flow together in joyous harmony.”

Prayer: Jesus your grace removes my old identity and replaces it with a brand-new identity – a child of God. Thank you for adopting me into your family and lavishing me with blessings and a home for eternity. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭10 : 4 – 5‬

“The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭10 : 4 – 5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

As Christians we know what is in line with God’s word, we know the difference between wrong and right in God’s eyes. Are we rewriting his words to fit our needs? The Bible gives us instruction on how to be the example of Christ, although temptation is all around from the worldly standard our spirit knows how to combat that temptation. Today’s prayer is that we would be so strong in God’s word that there would be no chance to twist it in any way ……… Be Blessed and Pray hard

“DO NOT LET any set of circumstances intimidate you. The more challenging your day, the more of GOD’S Power HE places at your disposal. You seem to think that GOD empowers you equally each day, but this is not so. Your tendency upon awakening is to assess the difficulties ahead of you, measuring them against your average strength. This is an exercise in unreality. GOD knows what each of your days will contain, and HE empowers you accordingly. The degree to which The LORD strengthens you on a given day is based mainly on two variables: the difficulty of your circumstances, and your willingness to depend on GOD for help. Try to view challenging days as opportunities to receive more of The LORD’S Power than usual. Look to GOD for all that you need, and watch to see what The LORD will do. As your day, so shall your strength be.”

I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. Prayer

Prayer: God you know what challenges and triumphs are up ahead today. When challenges come, help me to view them as opportunities to receive more of your power and strength than usual. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

But he’s already made it plain how to live, what to do, what GOD is looking for in men and women. It’s quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor, be compassionate and loyal in your love, And don’t take yourself too seriously— take God seriously. ‭Micah‬ ‭6‬ : ‭8‬ MSG

I love the way this translation explains it, basically be nice to all and put God first in everything!!!!! The Bible has laid out instructions for our lives, it is so easy to get tangled up in the things of the world, but when God’s first it becomes clear on how to handle circumstances. Today I pray that it would be this simple to translate for us, treat all equally, love with all you have, don’t be so hard on yourself, and most important PUT GOD FIRST…….Be Blessed

“LEARN TO APPRECIATE difficult days. Be stimulated by the challenges you encounter along your way. As you journey through rough terrain with GOD, gain confidence from your knowledge that together The LORD and you can handle anything. This knowledge consists of three parts: your relationship with GOD, promises in The Bible, and past experiences of coping successfully during hard times. Look back on your life, and see how GOD has helped you through difficult days. If you are tempted to think, “Yes, but that was then, and this is now, ” remember who GOD IS! Although you and your circumstances may change dramatically, GOD remains the same throughout time and eternity. This is the basis of your confidence. In GOD’S Presence you live and move and have your being.”

Prayer: Lord on days and seasons of rough terrain, help me to gain confidence in your presence with me, your unshakable promises, and your unfailing love and presence with me. Great is your faithfulness, Lord unto me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
