Prayer: Lord thank you for showing me the path of life, the path full of joy and pleasure in You. Use me, with truth and love, to help the world to see more of You and less of me. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. There are things we do that make us feel that we are unworthy to serve God. When we became Christians, that was sealed by the blood of Jesus on the Cross. God is not a changing God, he doesn’t disregard you when you miss the mark, I’m sure he is disappointed but God still has everlasting love for you when you are good or bad. Today’s prayer is that when we miss the mark we would go to God in repentance and ask by his Holy Spirit to instruct and fix that problem so that we can do bigger things for the kingdom…….Be Blessed

Dull gray rocks greet your gaze and cause your feet to ache. Yet Joy is still attainable. Search for it as a hidden treasure. Begin by remembering that GOD has created this day; it is not a chance occurrence. Recall that GOD is present with you whether you sense HIS Presence or not. Then, start talking with GOD about whatever is on your mind. Rejoice in the fact that The LORD understands you perfectly, and The LORD knows exactly what you are experiencing. As you continue communicating with GOD, your mood will gradually lighten. Awareness of GOD’S marvelous Companionship can infuse Joy into the grayest day.”

Do you sometimes feel like your assignment is fulfilled? Nope!!!! I believe our assignment is life long. Paul knew that going to Rome would be his final assignment of the Lord but he was obedient to the end. Opposition awaits us as believers but the gospel is life changing in places that we would least expect. Ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to increase your awareness of resentful feelings. Bring them boldly into the Light of GOD’S Presence, so that GOD can free you from them. The ultimate solution to rebellious tendencies is submission to GOD’S authority over you. Intellectually you rejoice in GOD’S sovereignty, without which the world would be a terrifying place. But when GOD’S sovereign will encroaches on your little domain of control, you often react with telltale resentment. The best response to losses or thwarted hopes is praise: The Lord gives and the Lord takes away. Blessed be the name of the Lord. Remember that all good things—your possessions, your family and friends, your health and abilities, your time—are gifts from The LORD. Instead of feeling entitled to all these blessings, respond to them with gratitude. Be prepared to let go of anything GOD takes from you, but never let go of The LORD’S hand!”

If you focus on the obstacle or search for a way around it, you will probably go off course. Instead, focus on The LORD, the Shepherd who is leading you along your life-journey. Before you know it, the “obstacle” will be behind you and you will hardly know how you passed through it. That is the secret of success in GOD’s kingdom. Although you remain aware of the visible world around you, your primary awareness is of The LORD. When the road before you looks rocky, you can trust GOD to get you through that rough patch. GOD’S Presence enables you to face each day with confidence.”

Are you waiting on some type of favor? Advancement? But it seems like it just won’t happen? This scripture tells us that God is always for us, that special something you are wanting may not be what God wants for you! Maybe he has something bigger and better.
