Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-17‬

So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. ‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-17‬ NLT

Need direction? Always trying to do better but seem to stay the same? This scripture says to let the Holy Spirit direct you and then you won’t be caught in the sinful nature. Today I pray we all would let the spirit direct our paths and see how life becomes more fulfilling…….Be Blessed

James‬ ‭2‬:‭14-17‬

What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone? Suppose you see a brother or sister who has no food or clothing, and you say, “Good-bye and have a good day; stay warm and eat well”—but then you don’t give that person any food or clothing. What good does that do? So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless. ‭James‬ ‭2‬:‭14-17‬ NLT

What do you do when you see someone in need? What is your first response? Do you feel the need to help or to just move on? The prompting of the Holy Spirit is always right there telling you what to do…… Today I pray that we would all take the time to help someone in need, Don’t be the judge whether or not they truly need it, just follow your heart….. Remember the true condition of a person’s heart is defined by their actions……Be Blessed

Ephesians‬ ‭1:5-7‬

“he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will— to the praise of his glorious grace, which he has freely given us in the One he loves. In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace” Ephesians‬ ‭1:5-7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

To truly understand what Jesus did for us is mind blowing! If God had not sent Jesus to the cross for all of us we would have never had the chance to get into right standing with God. When God sees us he sees us through Jesus, so therefore he sees perfection. Today I pray that we would never forget the grace that has been given to us freely and undeserved. Praise Jesus in all things and be thankful for all you have, the alternative would have been brutal……Be Blessed

“LET GOD PREPARE YOU for the day that stretches out before you. GOD knows exactly what this day will contain, whereas you have only vague ideas about it. You would like to see a map, showing all the twists and turns of your journey. You’d feel more prepared if you could somehow visualize what is on the road ahead. However, there is a better way to be prepared for whatever you will encounter today: Spend quality time with GOD. The LORD will not show you what is on the road ahead, but The LORD will thoroughly equip you for the journey. GOD’S living Presence is your Companion each step of the way. Stay in continual communication with GOD, whispering HIS Name whenever you need to redirect your thoughts. Thus, you can walk through this day with your focus on The LORD. GOD’S abiding Presence is the best road map available.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to spend quality time with you so you can equip me for whatever is on the road ahead. Your presence is all I need. Help me to stay more aware of your presence with me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 2 Peter 1 : 2 – 3 NKJV

How could we ever be worried about anything ? The knowledge and the promise of God should bring us the biggest feeling of peace. Today I pray that all would rest in the promises of The Lord and sit back and trust that all things work for the greater in those who love The Lord

“TRUST GOD by relinquishing control into HIS hands. Let go, and recognize that The LORD is God. This is GOD’S world: HE made it and HE controls it. Yours is a responsive part in the litany of Love. The LORD searches among HIS children for receptivity to HIM. Guard well this gift that GOD has planted in your heart. Nurture it with the Light of GOD’S Presence. When you bring The LORD your prayer requests, lay out your concerns before HIM. Speak to GOD candidly; pour out your heart. Then thank The LORD for the answers that HE has set into motion long before you can discern results. When your requests come to mind again, continue to thank The LORD for the answers that are on the way. If you keep on expressing your concerns to GOD, you will live in a state of tension. When you thank GOD for how HE is answering your prayers, your mind-set becomes much more positive. Thankful prayers keep your focus on GOD’S Presence and GOD’S promises.”

Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. 2 PETER 1 : 3 – 4

Prayer

Prayer: Lord show me any area of my life I’m holding onto control and help me relinquish control into your far more capable hands. Thank you for the answers you have already set in motion. I look forward to seeing your mighty hand at work. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“O my son, give me your heart. May your eyes take delight in following my ways.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭23:26‬ ‭NLT‬‬

The day you gave your heart to Jesus life truly began. The day you gave your life to the Lord you were so full of joy, so full of doing what was right in the Lord’s eyes, are you still that committed or have you changed? The Lord says he delights in following his ways and so should we. Today’s prayer is that we would all do a “once over” and check our condition. Are we more on fire or have our flames dwindled to smoke…… Be Blessed and light that fire back up

“EVERY TIME YOU AFFIRM YOUR TRUST IN GOD, you put a coin into HIS treasury. Thus you build up equity in preparation for days of trouble. The LORD keeps safely in HIS heart all trust invested in HIM, with interest compounded continuously. The more you trust GOD, the more HE empowers you to do so. Practice trusting The LORD during quiet days, when nothing much seems to be happening. Then when storms come, your trust balance will be sufficient to see you through. Store up for yourself treasure in heaven, through placing your trust in GOD. This practice will keep you in The LORD’S Peace.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I declare my trust in you. Though winds and storms may come I will stand firm on your good and trustworthy promises. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are you feeling defeated today? Do you feel like you are in a hole so deep you will never get out? God’s promise is that he has the situation, we may not see a way but God has all the ways. Today I pray that we would put our trust in the Lord and understand that his ways are not our ways most of the time……….. Be Blessed and Trust in the Lord

“GOD IS WITH YOU AND FOR YOU. When you decide on a course of action that is in line with GOD’S will, nothing in heaven or on earth can stop you. You may encounter many obstacles as you move toward your goal, but don’t be discouraged—never give up! With GOD’S help, you can overcome any obstacle. Do not expect an easy path as you journey hand in hand with The LORD, but do remember that GOD, your very-present Helper, is omnipotent. Much, much stress results from your wanting to make things happen before their times have come. One of the main ways The LORD asserts HIS sovereignty is in the timing of events. If you want to stay close to GOD and do things HIS way, ask The LORD to show you the path forward moment by moment. Instead of dashing headlong toward your goal, let GOD set the pace. Slow down, and enjoy the journey in The LORD’S Presence.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for reminding me when the desires of my heart are in line with your will, nothing in heaven or on earth can stop it from happening. Show me the path forward, moment by moment. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
