A professional athlete is always training, always working to get rid of problem areas, always looking to be more consistent. God is doing the same thing to us everyday! Prayer: Lord thank you for the problems in front of me. They are opportunities to trust You more and to ask you how you want me to handle them, and surrender control into your capable hands. God your word says when my first priority is you, then you will give me everything I need. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Let GOD’S Love envelop your outreach to other people. Many of The LORD’S precious children have fallen prey to burnout. A better description of their condition might be “drain out.” Countless interactions with needy people have drained them, without their conscious awareness. You are among these weary ones, who are like wounded soldiers needing R&R. Take time to rest in the Love-Light of GOD’S Presence. GOD will gradually restore to you the energy that you have lost over the years. Come to GOD, all you who are weary and burdened, and you will find rest for your souls.”

Prayer: Lord help me to make time to rest in the love-light of your presence. Thank you for restoring my energy day by day. May I rely on and tap into your strength, love, and power to accomplish all you have in store for me today, for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“THANK GOD FOR YOUR PROBLEMS. As soon as your mind gets snagged on a difficulty, bring it to The LORD with thanksgiving. Then ask GOD to show you HIS way to handle the situation. The very act of thanking GOD releases your mind from its negative focus. As you turn your attention to The LORD instead, the problem fades in significance and loses its power to trip you up. Together with GOD you can deal with the situation, either facing it head-on or putting it aside for later consideration. Most of the situations that entangle your mind are not today’s concerns; you have borrowed them from tomorrow. In this case, GOD lifts the problem out of today and deposits it in the future, where it is veiled from your eyes. In its place GOD gives you HIS Peace, which flows freely from HIS Presence.”

Prayer: Lord when my mind gets snagged on a difficulty, remind me to thank you for the opportunity to listen for your direction. When you start to feel stressed, let those feelings alert you to your need for GOD. Thus, your needs become doorways to deep dependence on Christ and increasing intimacy between you and GOD. Although self-sufficiency is acclaimed in the world, reliance on The LORD produces abundant living in HIS kingdom. Thank GOD for the difficulties in your life, since they provide protection from the idolatry of self-reliance.”

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lord’s return is eternal….. Look to GOD in trust, anticipating that HIS infinite creativity can weave both good choices and bad into a lovely design. Because you are human, you will continue to make mistakes. Thinking that you should live an error-free life is symptomatic of pride. Your failures can be a source of blessing, humbling you and giving you empathy for other people in their weaknesses. Best of all, failure highlights your dependence on GOD. GOD is able to bring beauty out of the morass of your mistakes. Trust GOD, and watch to see what HE will do.”
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. ROMANS 8 : 28

Prayer: Lord thank you for bringing good out of my mistakes. Thank you for your grace and mercy that’s new everyday. I know I will continue to make mistakes, but those mistakes don’t define me, you do. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, help me to love like you love. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
