Job‬ ‭1:21

“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked I will depart. The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.”” Job‬ ‭1:21‬ ‭NIV‬‬

I believe this is one of the most misunderstood scriptures in the Bible. The God we serve is a God of love. I believe this scripture speaks of God giving us all good, and the “takes away” pertains to sorrow, bondage, addiction, pain, depression and restlessness. Today’s prayer is that we would embrace that we serve a God of love, he is a just God but a God of love that will’s good for all that have called upon the name of Jesus…… Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

LOOK TO GOD CONTINUALLY for help, comfort, and companionship. – PSALM 34 : 4 – 6, PSALM 105 : 4, 2 CORINTHIANS 1 : 3 – 4

“LOOK TO GOD CONTINUALLY for help, comfort, and companionship. Because GOD is always by your side, the briefest glance can connect you with The LORD. When you look to GOD for help, it flows freely from HIS Presence. This recognition of your need for The LORD, in small matters as well as in large ones, keeps you spiritually alive. When you need comfort, GOD loves to enfold you in HIS arms. GOD enables you not only to feel comforted but also to be a channel through whom HE comforts others. Thus you are doubly blessed, because a living channel absorbs some of whatever flows through it. GOD’S constant Companionship is the pièce de résistance: the summit of salvation blessings. No matter what losses you experience in your life, no one can take away this glorious gift.”

I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. PSALM 34 : 4 – 6

Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always. PSALM 105 : 4

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 2 CORINTHIANS 1 : 3 – 4

Prayer: God I’m so grateful for your constant companionship. When I feel alone I know I never am because you are always with me, comforting me. Use me to comfort others today Lord, just as you have comforted me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Acts‬ ‭23:11‬

“The following night the Lord stood near Paul and said, “Take courage! As you have testified about me in Jerusalem, so you must also testify in Rome.”” ‭‭Acts‬ ‭23:11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you sometimes feel like your assignment is fulfilled? Nope!!!! I believe our assignment is life long. Paul knew that going to Rome would be his final assignment of the Lord but was obedient to the end. Opposition awaits us as believers but the gospel is life changing in places that we would least expect. Today’s prayer is that we against our fears would be obedient to our assignments and pray up before heading into them……..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭39

No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭39‬ NLT

Do you ever feel like you’re just not loved? Like you’re all alone in the world? Well you’re not! At all times you have the love of God with you. Today’s prayer is that when we feel down that we look to the cross and the never ending love that was displayed on it…..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14‬

“For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1:13-14‬ ‭NASB‬‬

Remember when you didn’t belong to Jesus? Your life had a very trivial meaning. The life you lived in sin was destined for an eternity of doom!! But now you have a life of eternity in heaven. Today’s prayer is that we would always give thanks to God for the precious gift that he has given us…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

TAKE TIME TO BE STILL in GOD’S Presence. – PSALM 46 : 10, NUMBERS 6 : 25 – 26

“TAKE TIME TO BE STILL in GOD’S Presence. The more hassled you feel, the more you need this sacred space of communion with The LORD. Breathe slowly and deeply. Relax in GOD’S holy Presence while HIS Face shines upon you. This is how you receive The LORD’S Peace, which GOD always proffer to you. Imagine the pain GOD feels when HIS children tie themselves up in anxious knots, ignoring HIS gift of Peace. The LORD died a criminal’s death to secure this blessing for you. Receive it gratefully; hide it in your heart. GOD’S Peace is an inner treasure, growing within you as you trust in HIM. Therefore, circumstances cannot touch it. Be still, enjoying Peace in The LORD’S Presence.”

Scripture

“Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.” PSALM 46 : 10

“The LORD make his face shine upon you
and be gracious to you; the LORD
turn his face toward you and give you peace.” NUMBERS 6 : 25 – 26

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to take time to be still in your presence. To breathe deeply and slowly as you fill me with your joy and peace. And as John did at the last supper, may I lay my head on your chest and rest. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

LUKE‬ ‭11:28

“But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.”” ‭‭LUKE‬ ‭11:28‬ ‭NASB‬‬

It’s so important to not only hear the word but live the word. Day to day life is full of struggle but the promise and solution is there in the word.
Today’s prayer is that we would live the word to the best of our ability, and know that the promise is there…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

BEWARE OF SEEING YOURSELF through other people’s eyes. – HEBREWS 11 : 6, JOHN 4 : 23 – 24

“BEWARE OF SEEING YOURSELF through other people’s eyes. There are several dangers to this practice. First of all, it is nearly impossible to discern what others actually think of you. Moreover, their views of you are variable: subject to each viewer’s spiritual, emotional, and physical condition. The major problem with letting others define you is that it borders on idolatry. Your concern to please others dampens your desire to please GOD, your Creator. It is much more real to see yourself through GOD’S eyes. GOD’s gaze upon you is steady and sure, untainted by sin. Through The LORD’s eyes you can see yourself as one who is deeply, eternally loved. Rest in GOD’s loving gaze, and you will receive deep Peace. Respond to The LORD’s loving Presence by worshiping GOD in spirit and in truth.”

Scripture

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. HEBREWS 11 : 6

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth.” JOHN 4 : 23 – 24

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to seek your approval above anyone else. Thank you for your steady, deep, eternal love. Help me to rest in you – and receive your deep peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ephesians‬ ‭5:7-8‬

“Therefore do not be partners with them. For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light” Ephesians‬ ‭5:7-8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

It’s so easy to get caught up in the ways of the world on a daily basis but that is not who we are. This scripture tells us that we once were doomed but now we are saved!!!! Let’s act like it. Today’s prayer is that we would live a life that is pleasing to God and guard against our old ways……. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

GOD IS THE CULMINATION of all your hopes and desires. – PSALM 62 : 5 – 8, 1 PETER 2 : 9

“GOD IS THE CULMINATION of all your hopes and desires. GOD is the Alpha and the Omega, the first and the last: who is and was and is to come. Before you knew GOD, you expressed your longing for HIM in hurtful ways. You were ever so vulnerable to the evil around you in the world. But now The LORD’S Presence safely shields you, enfolding you in GOD’S loving arms. The LORD has lifted you out of darkness into HIS marvelous Light. Though GOD has brought many pleasures into your life, not one of them is essential. Receive The LORD’S blessings with open hands. Enjoy GOD’S good gifts, but do not cling to them. Turn your attention to the Giver of all good things, and rest in the knowledge that you are complete in The LORD. The one thing you absolutely need is the one thing you can never lose: GOD’S Presence with you.”

Scripture

Find rest, O my soul, in God alone;
my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation;
he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God;
he is my mighty rock, my refuge. Trust in him at all times, O people;
pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge. PSALM 62 : 5 – 8

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 1 PETER 2 : 9 (NKJV)

Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows. JAMES 1 : 17

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, thank you for your presence with me at all times. You never leave me therefore I am never alone. You are my rock and my salvation. My hope is in you alone. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
