Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬

“So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭NLT

Where do you turn to for help? Are you turning to the temporary help of the world or the everlasting help of the Lord. The world condemns when you make a mistake, the Lord councils by his Holy Spirit. Today’s prayer is that when we miss the mark run to the Lord, not run away from him, his grace is there waiting and the council of the Holy Spirit is there to correct……Be Blessed

“STAY CALMLY conscious of GOD today, no matter what. Remember that GOD goes before you as well as with you into the day. Nothing takes The LORD by surprise. GOD will not allow circumstances to overwhelm you, so long as you look to HIM. GOD will help you cope with whatever the moment presents. Collaborating with The LORD brings blessings that far outweigh all your troubles. Awareness of GOD’S Presence contains Joy that can endure all eventualities.”

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. PSALM 23 : 1 – 4 (NKJV)

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 17

Prayer: Lord when circumstances threaten to overwhelm me, help me to fix my eyes on you Jesus. To rely on your strength and not my own. You are with me every step of the way and will show me the way, one step at a time. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Exodus‬ ‭19:3-6

“Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel.”” Exodus‬ ‭19:3-6‬ ‭NASB

Meditate when you read this passage, what exactly does it mean to you and me? What this scripture says to me is that we are the property of God almighty, that we are considered Holy and redeemed in God’s eyes, that we are his children for eternity. Today’s prayer is that when we read scripture we truly understand that God is speaking directly to us and about us………Be Blessed

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lords return is eternal….. Today I pray that we all would not loose sight of the return of Jesus, nice things are great but nothing compared to the eternal promise of Heaven…..Be Blessed & Be A Blessing

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. ‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28-29‬ NLT

Do you ever feel like you’re not good enough? Somehow you seem to fall short? God knew the direction of your life before you were born, he knew every up and down along the way. His plan is for all that love him to rise above, not fall beneath….Today I pray that we would all feel the love of God in our lives, it may look like that test is never going to end, but God will shape that test into your Testimony……Be Blessed

“LET GOD’S LOVE STREAM THROUGH YOU, washing away fear and distrust. A trusting response includes GOD in your thoughts as you consider strategies to deal with a situation. The LORD’S continual Presence is a promise, guaranteeing that you never have to face anything alone. GOD’S children teethe on the truth that HE is always with them, yet they stumble around in a stupor, unaware of HIS loving Presence all around them. How that grieves The LORD! When you walk through a day in trusting dependence on GOD, HIS aching heart is soothed. Gently bring your attention back to The LORD whenever it wanders away. GOD looks for persistence— rather than perfection—in your walk with HIM.”

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. EPHESIANS 4 : 30

Prayer: God help me to be more aware of your presence with me throughout the day today. To talk with you and depend on you more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again—rejoice! ‭Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬ NLT

Has someone or something taken your joy? Well it’s temporary. Joy in things of the world will at some point leave you wanting something more, something bigger, but joy in the Lord our one true hope will never leave us craving more. Today I pray that whatever brings you joy would be put aside and your true joy would come from the Lord…..Be Blessed

THANK GOD for the very things that are troubling you. – PSALM 116 : 17, PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4 – 6

“THANK GOD for the very things that are troubling you. You are on the brink of rebellion, precariously close to shaking your fist in GOD’S Face. You are tempted to indulge in just a little complaining about The LORD’S treatment of you. But once you step over that line, torrents of rage and self-pity can sweep you away. The best protection against this indulgence is thanksgiving. It is impossible to thank GOD and curse GOD at the same time. Thanking GOD for trials will feel awkward and contrived at first. But if you persist, your thankful words, prayed in faith, will eventually make a difference in your heart. Thankfulness awakens you to GOD’S Presence, which overshadows all your problems.”

I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD. PSALM 116 : 17 (NKJV)

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4 – 6

Prayer: Lord teach me to thank you in the highs and the lows of life. Jesus you told us in this life we will have trouble, but you also promise to use everything for the good of those who love you. So no matter what happens in the future, I will love and trust you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

““All this I have told you so that you will not fall away. They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.” John‬ ‭16:1-3‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you ever wonder why as a believer you endure persecution? When you became a Christian were you under the impression that life was going perfect? Well the Bible tells us the complete opposite of that. Jesus said you will be persecuted in my name and that is what will happen in this broken Godless world. Today’s prayer is that we would take joy when we are persecuted in our Lords name!! Jesus is there with us at all times, lean on him and all will be good…….Be Blessed

WAIT PATIENTLY WITH GOD while HE blesses you. – MICAH 7 : 7, REVELATION 1 : 8, NUMBERS 6 : 24 – 26

“WAIT PATIENTLY WITH GOD while HE blesses you. Don’t rush into The LORD’S Presence with time-consciousness gnawing at your mind. GOD dwells in timelessness: GOD is, GOD was, GOD will always be. For you, time is a protection; you’re a frail creature who can handle only twenty-four-hour segments of life. Time can also be a tyrant, ticking away relentlessly in your mind. Learn to master time, or it will be your master. Though you are a time-bound creature, seek to meet The LORD in timelessness. As you focus on GOD’S Presence, the demands of time and tasks will diminish. The LORD will bless you and keep you, making HIS Face shine upon you graciously, giving you Peace.”

But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me. MICAH 7 : 7

“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” REVELATION 1 : 8

“The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make his face shine upon you and be gracious to you; the LORD turn his face toward you and give you peace.” NUMBERS 6 : 24 – 26

Personal Note: Sitting quietly with GOD is something I struggle with at times. Each morning I wake up early to spend time in prayer and The Bible before the demands of this world kick in (family, work, etc ). However there are days when that doesn’t go as planned and it is more difficult to focus on time with GOD. On those days I ask GOD to help me focus on HIM or accept that I need to “put a bookmark” in it and come back when I can give my full attention to GOD.

Prayer: Lord help me not to rush into your presence. To enjoy just sitting with you as you fill me with peace. Thank you for your goodness and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
