“WELCOME PROBLEMS as perspective-lifters. GOD’S children tend to sleepwalk through their days until they bump into an obstacle that stymies them. If you encounter a problem with no immediate solution, your response to that situation will take you either up or down. You can lash out at the difficulty, resenting it and feeling sorry for yourself. This will take you down into a pit of self-pity. Alternatively, the problem can be a ladder, enabling you to climb up and see your life from GOD’S perspective. Viewed from above, the obstacle that frustrated you is only a light and momentary trouble. Once your perspective has been heightened, you can look away from the problem altogether. Turn toward GOD, and see the Light of The LORD’S Presence shining upon you.”

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 18

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Prayer: God help me to see problems as opportunities to see things from your perspective. Jesus told us in this life we will have trouble so prepare my heart for future trouble, Lord. I know when I spend time with you, I’m storing up credits to be used when trouble comes. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

There are not only people with different opinions of the gospel but also churches!!!! The Gospel is crystal clear and should never be perverted. “MAKE GOD YOUR FOCAL POINT as you move through this day. Just as a spinning ballerina must keep returning her eyes to a given point to maintain her balance, so you must keep returning your focus to GOD. Circumstances are in flux, and the world seems to be whirling around you. The only way to keep your balance is to fix your eyes on GOD, the One who never changes. If you gaze too long at your circumstances, you will become dizzy and confused. Look to GOD, refreshing yourself in HIS Presence, and your steps will be steady and sure.”

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. HEBREWS 1 2 : 2

But you remain the same, and your years will never end. PSALM 102 : 27

Prayer: Lord, help me to spend time in your presence each day to refresh me, to fill me, to renew me, and transform me to look a little more like you. Help me to fix my eyes on you and you alone Jesus. In your name I pray. Amen.

Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen. 2 Timothy‬ ‭4‬:‭18‬ NLT

Sometimes it seems like the attacks are never ending, we are surrounded by evil all day every day, but in this scripture Paul writes take heart God will deliver us from all evil. Gods plan for us is not to suffer but to have peace and joy knowing what awaits us when this life is done. Today I pray that we would all meditate on this scripture and know that we serve an all loving, caring, and protecting God…….Be Blessed

Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4:1-3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Paul was such an extraordinary example of what it means to be a soldier of Christ. This scripture speaks about upholding your brothers and sisters in Christ not beating them down. Today’s prayer is that we would lift each other up over our faults and help and love one another. If Jesus forgave any and all of our sin what gives us the right to not? Be Blessed and be a encourager

“LISTEN TO GOD CONTINUALLY. GOD has much to communicate to you, so many people and situations in need of prayer. GOD is training you to set your mind on HIM more and more, tuning out distractions through the help of HIS Holy Spirit. Walk with The LORD in holy trust, responding to The LORD’S initiatives rather than trying to make things fit your plans. JESUS CHRIST died to set you free, and that includes freedom from compulsive planning. When your mind spins with a multitude of thoughts, you cannot hear GOD’S voice. A mind preoccupied with planning pays homage to the idol of control. Turn from this idolatry back to The LORD. Listen to GOD and live abundantly!”

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. JOHN 8 : 36

Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails. PROVERBS 19 : 21

Prayer: Lord thank you that you are a speaking God. Even now, you speak to me through your word and your Holy Spirit and through Godly people. Who am I that the God of the universe would talk with me and care about every detail of my life? My God does. Thank you sweet Jesus for making it all possible. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

We tend to take all the glory when we achieve something, Jesus gave us the chance to live through his loving sacrifice so how can we not give him the glory? To be self righteous is to be distant from God. Today’s prayer is that we would give glory to God in all situations, even though we play a big part in our achievements, Jesus played a bigger part by laying his life down for us so that we may live…….Be Blessed

As I read this scripture the song “Waiting on the dock of a bay” strikes me. We all are waiting for something in this life. Is it our permanent home or something else? “LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. The mind is the most restless, unruly part of mankind. Long after you have learned the discipline of holding your tongue, your thoughts defy your will and set themselves up against GOD. Man is the pinnacle of GOD’S creation, and the human mind is wondrously complex. GOD risked all by granting you freedom to think for yourself. This is a godlike privilege, forever setting you apart from animals and robots. GOD made you in HIS image, precariously close to deity. Though CHRIST, The LORD’s blood has fully redeemed you, your mind is the last bastion of rebellion. Open yourself to GOD’S radiant Presence, letting HIS Light permeate your thinking. When GOD’S Holy Spirit is controlling your mind, you are filled with Life and Peace.”

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit, control my mind and teach me the discipline of holding my tongue. Fill me with thoughts that align with your word and with life and peace only you can provide. And when my thoughts wander from truth, help me to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen.
