Romans 12:1-2

beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:1-2 NKJV

Paul says I bring to you, by the mercies of God. Too many Christians are going to God trying to make him perform by their works, we should be thanking him for his mercy…… Today I pray that we all would renew our minds daily, and embrace God’s mercy for us….. Be Blessed

Your future looks uncertain and feels flimsy – even precarious. That is how it should be. Secret things belong to the Lord, and future things are secret things. When you try to figure out the future, you are grasping at things that are GOD’S. This, like all forms of worry, is an act of rebellion: doubting GOD’S promises to care for you. Whenever you find yourself worrying about the future, repent and return to GOD. The LORD will show you the next step forward, and the one after that, and the one after that. Relax and enjoy the journey in GOD’S Presence, trusting HIM to open up the way before you as you go.”

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. PSALM 32 : 8

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, when I try to figure out the future, gently remind me that it is yours to know and for me to trust. When the time is right, you will reveal one step at a time. I trust you have a good plan for my future because you are a good God. Show me the next step you want me to take, Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

It’s so important to not only hear the word but live the word. Day to day life is full of struggle but the promise and solution are there in the Word.
Today’s prayer is that we would live the word to the best of our ability, and know that the promise is there…….Be Blessed

1 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬

The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬ NIV

Isn’t it nice to know that you are forgiven? And not only forgiven but unconditionally loved. God loved us so much that he sent Jesus for everyone who declares him Lord and savior. When we miss the mark the devil jumps for joy knowing that condemnation will show up and pull us away from God, but when you truly understand Grace you will know that it empowers us to overcome our shortcomings and draw nearer to God. Today’s prayer is that we would truly understand Grace in its full measure, it’s not only unmerited favor it’s the power to overcome sin………Be Blessed

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lord’s return is eternal….. Today I pray that we all will not lose sight of the return of Jesus, nice things are great but nothing compared to the eternal promise of Heaven…..Be Blessed & Be A Blessing

BE ON GUARD against the pit of self-pity. – PSALM 89 : 15 – 16, HEBREWS 12 : 1 – 2

“BE ON GUARD against the pit of self-pity. When you are weary or unwell, this demonic trap is the greatest danger you face. Don’t even go near the edge of the pit. Its edges crumble easily, and before you know it, you are on the way down. It is ever so much harder to get out of the pit than to keep a safe distance from it. That is why GOD tells you to be on guard. There are several ways to protect yourself from self-pity. When you are occupied with praising and thanking GOD, it is impossible to feel sorry for yourself. Also, the closer you live to The LORD, the more distance there is between you and the pit. Live in the Light of GOD’S Presence by fixing your eyes on HIM. Then you will be able to run with endurance the race that is set before you, without stumbling or falling.”

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. In Your name they rejoice all day long, And in Your righteousness they are exalted. PSALM 89 : 15 – 16

Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.. Prayer

Prayer: God help me to be on guard against the pit of self-pity by praising and thanking you for all you have done, are currently doing, and will do in the future. Help me to stay close to you today, and to talk with you often. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Jesus commanded the disciples to go out into the world and preach the gospel and they did. The disciples operated under the Divine power of the Lord are you? Are you not a disciple? Are you seeing the signs, wonders, and miracles? Today’s prayer is that we would be as obedient as the disciples that walked with Jesus because we have been given the same power……Be Blessed

“YOU NEED GOD EVERY MOMENT. Your awareness of your constant need for GOD is your greatest strength. Your neediness, properly handled, is a link to The LORD’S Presence. However, there are pitfalls that you must be on guard against: self-pity, self-preoccupation, giving up. Your inadequacy presents you with a continual choice—deep dependence on GOD, or despair. The emptiness you feel within will be filled either with problems or with GOD’S Presence. Make GOD central in your consciousness by praying continually: simple, short prayers flowing out of the present moment. Use The LORD’S Name liberally, to remind you of HIS Presence. Keep on asking and you will receive, so that your gladness may be full and complete.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I need you every moment of every day. Help me to have a deeper dependence on you and to bring you into every detail of my life. I surrender to your will. You are my best friend and the great I Am. Thank you Jesus for making a way. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Are you living a life with no sin? Didn’t think so. We all sin so why do we judge and condemn others when they sin? Hasn’t the judging been done at the cross? Then why do we play God with our judgment? Today’s prayer is that when a brother or sister is struggling, that we would lift them up and help!! not keep them down……Be Blessed

“TRUST AND THANKFULNESS WILL get you safely through this day. Trust protects you from worrying and obsessing. Thankfulness keeps you from criticizing and complaining: those “sister sins” that so easily entangle you. Keeping your eyes on GOD is the same thing as trusting GOD. It is a free choice that you must make thousands of times daily. The more you choose to trust The LORD, the easier it becomes. Thought patterns of trust become etched into your brain. Relegate troubles to the periphery of your mind, so that GOD can be central in your thoughts. Thus you focus on The LORD, entrusting your concerns into HIS care.”

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, you know just what I need at just the right time. Thank you for reminding me when I feel a spirit of heaviness, to put on a garment of praise. When I focus on thanking you, on praising you, you change my perspective and outlook entirely. Thank you for never giving up on me Lord. Help me to do the same for those you’ve placed in my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
