Colossians 2 : 12 – 15

buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead. And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:12-15 NKJV

It’s hard for us to understand that Jesus took all the sin, sickness, poverty, ugliness at the cross!!!!! Although we struggle daily with sin, do not be sin conscious, be God conscious. In Christ we have all things, it has been deposited in our spirit forever more. Be blessed all and be a blessing

“SEEK GOD’S FACE at the beginning of your day. This practice enables you to “put GOD on” and “wear GOD” throughout the day. Most people put on clothes soon after arising from bed. Similarly, the sooner you “put GOD on” by communicating with HIM, the better prepared you are for whatever comes your way. To “wear GOD” is essentially to have HIS mind: to think HIS thoughts. Ask the Holy Spirit to control your thinking; be transformed by this renewal within you. Thus you are well equipped to face whatever people and situations The LORD brings your way. Clothing your mind in GOD is your best preparation for each day. This discipline brings Joy and Peace to you and those around you.”

Scripture

When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.” PSALM 27 : 8 (NKJV)

Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the sinful nature. ROMANS 13 : 14

Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. COLOSSIANS 3 : 12

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to clothe myself with you each morning which is the best preparation for each day. Only you know the triumphs and challenges I’ll face up ahead. No matter what happens today, I know you are with me and you are for me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬ : ‭12 – 18‬

Therefore, since we have such a hope, we are very bold. We are not like Moses, who would put a veil over his face to prevent the Israelites from seeing the end of what was passing away. But their minds were made dull, for to this day the same veil remains when the old covenant is read. It has not been removed, because only in Christ is it taken away. Even to this day when Moses is read, a veil covers their hearts. But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭3‬:‭12-18‬ NIV

It’s nice to know that we have the right to boldly go to God with anything, wherever we are, in whatever setting, we can have a conversation with him. Under the Law the priest could not go before God unless they were covered. Jesus tore the veil from top to bottom for us that we could have a personal relationship with God. Today I pray that we all would always approach God with boldness in all things and give all the glory to him for sending his Son to set us free……..Be Blessed

“BRING GOD YOUR MIND for rest and renewal. Let GOD infuse HIS Presence into your thoughts. As your mind stops racing, your body relaxes and you regain awareness of The LORD. This awareness is vital to your spiritual well-being; it is your lifeline, spiritually speaking. There are actually more than four dimensions in this world where you live. In addition to the three dimensions of space and the one of time, there is the dimension of openness to GOD’S Presence. This dimension transcends the others, giving you glimpses of heaven while you still reside on earth. This was part of GOD’S original design for mankind. Adam and Eve used to walk with GOD in the garden, before their expulsion from Eden. GOD wants you to walk with HIM in the garden of your heart, where HE has taken up permanent residence.”

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Prayer

Prayer: God I bring you my mind for rest and renewal. I want to walk with you in the garden of my heart all day long. Whether trials or triumphs you are with me. Help me to walk in step with your Holy Spirit as He leads the way. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭Galatians‬ ‭5 ‬: ‭16 – 17‬

So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. ‭Galatians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-17‬ NLT

Need direction? Always trying to do better but seem to stay the same? This scripture says to let the Holy Spirit direct you and then you won’t be caught in the sinful nature. Today I pray we all would let the spirit direct our paths and see how life becomes more fulfilling…….Be Blessed

John‬ ‭16‬:‭8‬

And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. John‬ ‭16‬:‭8‬ NLT

The Holy Spirit came to convict the world of its sin, before we were believers the Spirit worked on us in the same way. As believers the Holy Spirit does not convict us of our sin but of our righteousness!!! He tells us that’s not who we are when we sin, as The Spirit convicts the non-believers of their sin and shows them the way. Today I pray that we would be used as a instrument of the spirit to win souls for the Lord…..Be Blessed

Genesis‬ ‭3‬:‭1

Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” ‭Genesis‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬ NIV

Do you ever have situations where “just a little won’t hurt” or “it’s OK every now and then”? The same serpent is roaming the world today full of deception. God’s word is clear on how we are to live and just a little will turn into “the norm”. Today I pray that we would be so full of God’s word that we would be able to resist the Devil’s lies……Be Blessed

“APPROACH EACH NEW DAY with desire to find GOD. Before you get out of bed, GOD has already been working to prepare the path that will get you through this day. There are hidden treasures strategically placed along the way. Some of the treasures are trials, designed to shake you free from earth-shackles. Others are blessings that reveal The LORD’S Presence: sunshine, flowers, birds, friendships, answered prayer. GOD has not abandoned this sin-wracked world; HE is still richly present in it. Search for deep treasure as you go through this day. You will find The LORD all along the way.”

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. COLOSSIANS 2 : 2 – 3

He will be the sure foundation for your times, a rich store of salvation and wisdom and knowledge; the fear of the LORD is the key to this treasure. ISAIAH 33 : 6

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to approach this new day with a desire to find you and your hidden treasures along the way. I know some are trials, meant to teach me to depend on you more. Freedom in the world means independence, but Godly true freedom means total dependence on you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, 2 Peter 1:2 – 3 NKJV

How could we ever be worried about anything ? The knowledge and the promise of God should bring us the biggest feeling of peace. Today I pray that all would rest in the promises of The Lord and sit back and trust that all things work for the greater in those who love The Lord

Remember that GOD is sovereign over your circumstances, and humble yourself under GOD’S mighty hand. Rejoice in what The LORD is doing in your life, even though it is beyond your understanding. GOD is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. In GOD you have everything you need, both for this life and for the life yet to come. Don’t let the impact of the world shatter your thinking or draw you away from focusing on The LORD. The ultimate challenge is to keep fixing your eyes on GOD, no matter what is going on around you. When The LORD is central in your thinking, you are able to view circumstances from HIS perspective.”

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus thank you that in you I have everything I need. I surrender my circumstances to you Lord, into your much more capable hands. Help me to let go and let you fight my battles. I will put on the garment of praise while I wait expectantly to see what good you will do. Thank you for always taking care of me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
