This scripture breaks it down in such simple terms it’s amazing. If someone asked you if you love God what would your response be? Of course it would be YES so if you love God don’t you want to try to please him at all times? To live like Jesus is to live a life that is pleasing to God, to have the heart of a servant. Today’s prayer is that we would wake up daily and start our day out by praying “Heavenly Father let me not serve myself today, but serve only you” let your will be done throughout my day and make this day not mine but yours” I believe this confession will help us all live more like Jesus……..Be Blessed

Others have voluntarily learned the discipline of spending time alone with GOD. The secret of being thankful is learning to see everything from HIS perspective. The LORD’S world is your classroom. GOD’S Word is a lamp to your feet and a light for your path.”
Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” HEBREWS 12 : 28 – 29

Prayer: Lord all that I am and all that I have belongs to you. My life is not my own. I surrender to you. Show me how you want me to spend my time, talents, and treasures. Living in the world today makes it tough to not conform to the ways of the world. It was never meant for the Christian to live like the world. In this scripture it says if you live by the flesh you will do things of the flesh such as lust, corruption, bad attitude, etc….. But the spirit within us is the spirit of Jesus and that spirit is perfect. Today’s prayer is to listen to what the spirit is telling you and confess with your mouth that you are perfected by the spirit that lives within you!!!! Trust GOD to supply what you need when you need it.”
Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. LAMENTATIONS 3 : 22 – 26
Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! PSALM 34 : 8 (NKJV)
Prayer: Lord as I slow down and sit in your presence, reorient my mind to focus on you and not the myriad of choice-points that lie ahead. Thank you that your mercy is new every morning. You are my daily bread, my portion, my rock. And you are all I need. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. This is good and pleases God our Savior, who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth. For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus. He gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time. 1 Timothy 2:1-6 NLT
Are you praying for someone you love? Are you praying for a casual friend? Are you praying for someone with a different belief other than Jesus? Are you praying for the leaders of the world? All of these should be on the prayer list. Paul was in prison in Rome yet he says pray for all because there is one God for all. Today I pray that we would all put aside any thought that someone does not need prayer, don’t just pray for friends and loved ones, pray for the non believer and the nations………Be Blessed

Trials are sometimes our best times!! Why? They draw us nearer to God!! We complain but we should rejoice! Why ? Because the Holy Spirit has us right where we should be. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. ISAIAH 40 : 29 – 31
Prayer: God I come to you with empty hands and an open heart. Align the desires of my heart to yours. May every word that comes out of my mouth be a pleasing aroma to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
“WELCOME PROBLEMS as perspective-lifters. GOD’S children tend to sleepwalk through their days until they bump into an obstacle that stymies them. If you encounter a problem with no immediate solution, your response to that situation will take you either up or down. You can lash out at the difficulty, resenting it and feeling sorry for yourself. This will take you down into a pit of self-pity. Alternatively, the problem can be a ladder, enabling you to climb up and see your life from GOD’S perspective. Viewed from above, the obstacle that frustrated you is only a light and momentary trouble. Once your perspective has been heightened, you can look away from the problem altogether. Turn toward GOD, and see the Light of The LORD’S Presence shining upon you.”
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 18
Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15
Prayer: God help me to see problems as opportunities to see things from your perspective. Jesus told us in this life we will have trouble so prepare my heart for future trouble, Lord. I know when I spend time with you, I’m storing up credits to be used when trouble comes. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
