Remember who GOD is when you spend time with HIM. Marvel at the wonder of being able to commune with the King of the universe—any time, any place. Never take this amazing privilege for granted! Though GOD is vastly higher and greater than you, The LORD is training you to think HIS thoughts. As you spend time in The LORD’S Presence, HIS thoughts gradually form in your mind. GOD’S Holy Spirit is the Director of this process. Sometimes The Holy Spirit brings Bible verses to mind. Sometimes He enables you to hear GOD “speak” directly to you. These communications strengthen you and prepare you for whatever is before you on your life-path. Take time to listen to GOD’S voice. Through your sacrifice of precious time, The LORD blesses you far more than you dare to ask.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to spend time sitting in your presence each day. Allowing your thoughts to gradually form in my mind. Help me to prepare my heart to celebrate the birth of Jesus and anticipate the glorious day Jesus comes back again to take us home. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Luke‬ ‭23:34‬

To his last breath Jesus was pleading the case for the sinner, hanging on the cross beaten and torn; he was asking the Father to forgive them for what they had done and were doing. Is there someone that you are holding unforgiveness against? If so, think of the words of Jesus from the cross. Today’s prayer is that we would forgive as Jesus did and not condemn those who persecute us but pray to the Father to forgive them…..There is power and freedom in forgiveness……..Be Blessed

Prayer

Prayer: Lord oh how important it is for my soul to be still in your presence. I need to feel you and experience your presence to weather the storms of life. Thank you for your compassion which is new every morning. Everyday you give me a clean slate because of Jesus. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

PROBLEMS ARE PART OF LIFE. – PSALM 32 : 8, LUKE 10 : 41 – 42, PHILIPPIANS 3 : 20 – 21

“PROBLEMS ARE PART OF LIFE. They are inescapable: woven into the very fabric of this fallen world. You tend to go into problem-solving mode all too readily, acting as if you have the capacity to fix everything. This is a habitual response, so automatic that it bypasses your conscious thinking. Not only does this habit frustrate you, it also distances you from GOD. Do not let fixing things be your top priority. You are ever so limited in your capacity to correct all that is wrong in the world around you. Don’t weigh yourself down with responsibilities that are not your own. Instead, make your relationship with The LORD your primary concern. Talk with GOD about whatever is on your mind, seeking HIS perspective on the situation. Rather than trying to fix everything that comes to your attention, ask GOD to show you what is truly important. Remember that you are en route to heaven, and let your problems fade in the Light of eternity.”

Prayer: Lord no matter what is going on in my life, help me to make my relationship with you my primary concern. To linger with the Almighty each day because I know that is the very best defense against enemy attacks. No weapon formed against me will prosper as long as my eyes are fixed on Jesus. Acts ‭8‬:‭27-31‬

So he started out, and he met the treasurer of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under the Kandake, the queen of Ethiopia. The eunuch had gone to Jerusalem to worship, and he was now returning. Seated in his carriage, he was reading aloud from the book of the prophet Isaiah. The Holy Spirit said to Philip, “Go over and walk along beside the carriage.” Philip ran over and heard the man reading from the prophet Isaiah. Philip asked, “Do you understand what you are reading?” The man replied, “How can I, unless someone instructs me?” And he urged Philip to come up into the carriage and sit with him. ‭Acts ‭8‬:‭27-31‬ NLT

How many are reading the word of God but not fully understanding it? Phillip was instructed by the Holy Spirit to walk with the man and help him to understand, do you have a Phillip? The word of God is full of insight and treasure. Today I pray that we would all understand the word of God and when we don’t that the Holy Spirit would send us a Phillip……Be Blessed

However, The LORD has taken you along a path that has highlighted your need for HIM: placing you in situations where your strengths were irrelevant and your weaknesses were glaringly evident. Through the aridity of those desert marches, GOD has drawn you closer and closer to Himself. You have discovered flowers of Peace blossoming in the most desolate places. You have learned to thank The LORD for hard times and difficult journeys, trusting that through them GOD accomplishes HIS best work. You have realized that needing GOD is the key to knowing GOD intimately, which is the gift above all gifts.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord God, infuse your peace in my innermost being. As I sit quietly with you I can feel your peace growing within me. Help me to put my spiritual armor on each day, prepared for spiritual battle. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

I believe this is one of the most misunderstood scriptures in the Bible. The God we serve is a God of love. I believe this scripture speaks of God giving us all good, and the ” takes away” pertains to sorrow, bondage, addiction, pain, depression and restlessness. Today’s prayer is that we would embrace that we serve a God of love, he is a just God but a God of love that wills good for all that have called upon the name of Jesus…… Be Blessed
