‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13 : 24 – 30

“Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. “The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ “ ‘An enemy did this,’ he replied. “The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ “ ‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’ ””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13 : 24 – 30‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This parable has always ministered to me in a eye opening way. This relates to choice, The choice to believe or not believe. To live among the weeds can be a negative or a positive, if we take the opportunity to witness the Gospel it’s a positive, if we choose to let them affect us then it becomes a negative. Today’s prayer is that we would understand that God leaves the weeds until his time comes, God wants not one to Be lost but all to be saved……. Take the opportunity to witness and Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

THERE IS NO PLACE so desolate that you cannot find GOD there. – GENESIS 16 : 7 – 14

“THERE IS NO PLACE so desolate that you cannot find GOD there. When Hagar fled from her mistress, Sarah, into the wilderness, she thought she was utterly alone and forsaken. But Hagar encountered GOD in that desolate place. There she addressed GOD as the Living One who sees her. Through that encounter with GOD’S Presence, she gained courage to return to her mistress. No set of circumstances could ever isolate you from The LORD’S loving Presence. Not only does GOD see you always; The LORD sees you as a redeemed saint, gloriously radiant in HIS righteousness. That is why GOD takes great delight in you and rejoices over you with singing!”

Scripture

The angel of the LORD found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, the spring on the way to Shur. And he said, Hagar, servant of Sarai, where have you come from and where are you going? She said, I am fleeing from my mistress Sarai. The angel of the LORD said to her, Return to your mistress and submit to her. The angel of the LORD also said to her, I will surely multiply your offspring so that they cannot be numbered for multitude. And the angel of the LORD said to her, Behold, you are pregnant and shall bear a son. You shall call his name Ishmael, because the LORD has listened to your affliction. He shall be a wild donkey of a man, his hand against everyone
and everyone’s hand against him, and he shall dwell over against all his kinsmen. So she called the name of the LORD who spoke to her, You are a God of seeing, for she said, Truly here I have seen him who looks after me. Therefore the well was called Beer-lahai-roi; it lies between Kadesh and Bered. GENESIS 16 : 7 – 14

Prayer

Prayer: God, thank You for being the Living One who sees me, even in the most desolate places. Just as You found Hagar in the wilderness, I trust Your presence is always with me. Help me remember You delight in me and rejoice over me with singing, guiding me through every moment. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

John‬ ‭3 ‬: ‭16

It’s so easy to get caught up in the ways of the world on a daily basis but that is not who we are. This scripture tells us that we once were doomed but now we are saved!!!! Let’s act like it.Today’s prayer is that we would live a life that is pleasing to God and guard against our old ways……. Be Blessed

DEMONSTRATE YOUR TRUST IN GOD by sitting quietly in HIS Presence. – LUKE 12 : 22 – 26, EPHESIANS 6 : 12, PROVERBS 16 : 3

“DEMONSTRATE YOUR TRUST IN GOD by sitting quietly in HIS Presence. Put aside all that is waiting to be done, and refuse to worry about anything. This sacred time together strengthens you and prepares you to face whatever the day will bring. By waiting with The LORD before you begin the day’s activities, you proclaim the reality of HIS living Presence. This act of faith—waiting before working — is noted in the spirit world, where your demonstration of trust weakens principalities and powers of darkness. The most effective way to resist evil is to draw near to GOD. When you need to take action, GOD will guide you clearly through HIS Holy Spirit and HIS Word. The world is so complex and overstimulating that you can easily lose your sense of direction. Doing countless unnecessary activities will dissipate your energy. When you spend time with GOD, HE restores your sense of direction. As you look to GOD for guidance, The LORD enables you to do less but accomplish more.”

Scripture

Then Jesus said to his disciples: “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?” LUKE 12 : 22 – 26

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. EPHESIANS 6 : 12

Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. PROVERBS 16 : 3

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to make time each day to sit quietly in your presence, putting aside all that is waiting to be done and refusing to worry. To wait before working – allowing you to strengthen and prepare me to face whatever you have for me today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭7 : 17

“Nevertheless, each person should live as a believer in whatever situation the Lord has assigned to them, just as God has called them. This is the rule I lay down in all the churches.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭7 : 17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you ever wonder what your purpose is? Have you ever seen the worship leader and said “I wish that was me”? Do you not understand that the little old lady handing out the pamphlets at the door is just as important in God’s eyes. God has given each one of us an individual gift, how we choose to use it is up to us. The body works together and one finger is as important as one hand. Today I pray that whatever gift you have been given by God that you would use it to please and glorify the Lord not man………..Be Blessed

GROW STRONG in the Light of GOD’S Presence. – PSALM 4 : 6 – 8, REVELATION 21 : 23

“GROW STRONG in the Light of GOD’S Presence. As GOD’S Face shines upon you, you receive nutrients that enhance your growth in grace. GOD designed you to commune with HIM face to Face, and this interaction strengthens your soul. Such communion provides a tiny glimpse of what awaits you in heaven, where all barriers between you and The LORD’S Glory will be removed. This meditative time with GOD blesses you doubly: You experience The LORD’S Presence here and now, and you are refreshed by the hope of heaven, where you will know GOD in ecstatic Joy.”

Scripture

Many are asking, “Who can show us any good?” Let the light of your face shine upon us, O LORD. You have filled my heart with greater joy than when their grain and new wine abound. I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety. PSALM 4 : 6 – 8

The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp. REVELATION 21 : 23

Prayer

Prayer: Lord you have filled my heart with greater joy than words can express. Help me to grow strong in the light of your presence. Thank you for your presence now and for the hope of Heaven eternal. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Isaiah‬ ‭64 : 4

“Since ancient times no one has heard, no ear has perceived, no eye has seen any God besides you, who acts on behalf of those who wait for him.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭64 : 4‬ ‭

Patience seems to be a thing of the past! In society today people want it NOW. This scripture says God acts on those who wait for him, are you waiting on God in all the areas of your life? Your decisions for your family, finances, job? Today’s prayer is that in this microwave society that we would wait on God in all the decisions of our life, I believe if we wait on his timing the best will come……..In Jesus name Be Blessed

SPEND TIME WITH GOD for the pure pleasure of being in HIS company. – PSALM 63 : 7 – 8, PSALM 119 : 105

“SPEND TIME WITH GOD for the pure pleasure of being in HIS company. GOD can brighten up the dullest of gray days; GOD can add sparkle to the routines of daily life. You have to repeat so many tasks day after day. This monotony can dull your thinking until your mind slips into neutral. A mind that is unfocused is vulnerable to “the world, the flesh, and the devil,” all of which exert a downward pull on your thoughts. As your thinking processes deteriorate, you become increasingly confused and directionless. The best remedy is to refocus your mind and heart on GOD, your constant Companion. Even the most confusing day opens up before you as you go step by step with GOD. HIS Presence goes with you wherever you go, providing Light for your path.”

Scripture

Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me. PSALM 63 : 7 – 8

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. PSALM 119 : 105

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to spend time with you for the pure pleasure of being in your company. Thank you for brightening up the dullest of gray days and helping me to refocus my mind and heart on you today, my constant companion. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Titus 2 : 11 – 14

For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. Titus 2 : 11 – 14 NKJV

Does your heart want to do good? Of course but we are surrounded by corruption, the grace that Jesus has for us lets us move through the mistakes we make and into the glory of God. Today I pray that we all would shed the condemnation!!!!! And thank God for his Son……remember when you sin you don’t fall from grace, you fall INTO grace……..Be Blessed
