Do you ever feel like everything you do becomes a disaster? Do you feel like when you try to do good it seems it turns out bad? Well that is the work of the devil. This scripture reminds us that God always has our back when we are doing things that show his love, and that is when the devil shows up the most. Don’t be discouraged by the difficulty of achieving this goal. GOD monitors all your efforts and is blessed by each of your attempts to seek HIS Face.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to create a quiet space where you and I can meet. Where my soul can be still. Where you can refresh me and restore me and I can find rest for my soul. Be still my soul. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew 16:24

Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. Matthew 16:24 NKJV

What does it mean to take up your cross? In the 1st century the Romans used a cross as death, the person being put to death would have to carry their own cross to the place of execution. Jesus made this statement meaning to be willing to be put to death to follow him is to die to yourself and have absolute surrender. Today we wear the cross as a symbol of Jesus’s love and grace for us, let’s also view the cross as absolute surrender to Jesus……be blessed

It is impossible for you to have a need that GOD cannot meet. After all, GOD created you and everything that is. The world is still at The LORD’S beck and call, though it often appears otherwise. Do not be fooled by appearances. Things that are visible are brief and fleeting, while things that are invisible are everlasting.”

as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 18

Prayer

Prayer: Lord continue to remove the debris and clutter from my heart so that my desires melt into yours and eventually your desires become my desires. It amazes me the creator of the stars and everything under them is abundantly accessible to me?! What an honor and a privilege. Help me to take advantage of this most precious gift. In Jesus’ name. I have seen this scripture all over lately, it’s very simple “put God first in everything” in the world today we live in a “Me” mentality and I believe that is the cause of the epic failure we see in society. When you sit quietly with GOD, HE shines the Light of HIS Presence directly into your heart. In this heavenly Light, Peace grows abundantly and weeds shrivel up. Prayer

Prayer: Lord, shine the light of your presence in my heart. Tend the garden of my heart and pull up anything that is not of you – pride, worry, selfishness, unbelief. May peace grow and rule in my heart instead as I surrender more areas of my life to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

As a believer the personal relationship with the Lord is priceless. This Psalm speaks of spending one day with the Lord rather than a thousand elsewhere. When you have a personal relationship with Jesus and don’t spend time with him in fellowship, prayer would be like not talking to your husband or wife while they’re sitting right next to you, sooner or later the question will come up ” what’s wrong”. Today’s prayer is that we would take every opportunity to have lines of communication with Jesus for he is there waiting…….Be blessed

You yearn for a simplified lifestyle, so that your communication with The LORD can be uninterrupted. But GOD challenges you to relinquish the fantasy of an uncluttered world. Accept each day just as it comes, and find GOD in the midst of it all. Talk with The LORD about every aspect of your day, including your feelings. Remember that your ultimate goal is not to control or fix everything around you; it is to keep communing with GOD. A successful day is one in which you have stayed in touch with GOD, even if many things remain undone at the end of the day. Do not let your to-do list (written or mental) become an idol directing your life. Instead, ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to guide you moment by moment. GOD will keep you close to HIM.”

Pray continually. 1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 17

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. PROVERBS 3 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit, guide me moment by moment today. Help me to accept each day just as it comes. Teach me to live with you above my circumstances and communicate with you throughout the day more and more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hebrews 12:1-3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:1-3 NIV

What an awesome promise we have!!!! Jesus did it all, and he sits at the right hand of the father interceding for us. Today I pray that we all will stand on the promise, run the race knowing that even if we trip or get behind the end result is we WIN!!!!!! Luke 15:1-7

Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Luke 15:1-7 NIV

Jesus knew the hearts of his sheep, he also knew the reason he was sent to earth. The Bible says he did not come to condemn the world, but to save the world. Jesus knew the sinners needed to be near to see the miracles that he was to perform. Today I pray that we can show the same love to the sinner and win souls for Jesus……tell someone who is a non believer your awesome testimony ……..Be Blessed
