1 Peter‬ ‭4:7-10‬

“The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭4:7-10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

My friends, this scripture sends not only a warning but also instruction. To be of a sober mind is to have the mind of Christ, and what kind of mind would that be? A mind that only serves the will of God. As for the end is near warning I fully believe this is true today as we look at all the situations in the world. Today’s prayer is that we would have the mind of Christ and walk a walk filled with love for all……Be Blessed

“NOTHING CAN SEPARATE YOU from GOD’S Love. Let this divine assurance trickle through your mind and into your heart and soul. Whenever you start to feel fearful or anxious, repeat this unconditional promise: “Nothing can separate me from Your Love, Jesus.” Most of mankind’s misery stems from feeling unloved. In the midst of adverse circumstances, people tend to feel that love has been withdrawn and they have been forsaken. This feeling of abandonment is often worse than the adversity itself. Be assured that GOD never abandons any of HIS children, not even temporarily. GOD will never leave you or forsake you! The LORD’S Presence watches over you continually. The LORD has engraved you on the palms of HIS hands.”

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ROMANS 8 : 38 – 39

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you that no matter what happens in this life I know you are always with me and are ready to carry my burdens for me. I need only to surrender them to your more capable hands. I trust you Jesus. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Time for a self check? I know for myself self checks are critical. Today’s world is nipping at your heels non stop. Checking yourself daily assures that you are living a life that pleases God. “TRUST GOD in the depths of your being. It is there that GOD lives in constant communion with you. When you feel flustered and frazzled on the outside, do not get upset with yourself. You are only human, and the swirl of events going on all around you will sometimes feel overwhelming. Rather than scolding yourself for your humanness, remind yourself that GOD is both with you and within you. The LORD is with you at all times, encouraging and supportive rather than condemning. GOD knows that deep within you, where GOD lives, HIS Peace is your continual experience. Slow down your pace of living for a time. Quiet your mind in The LORD’S Presence. Then you will be able to hear The LORD bestowing the resurrection blessing: Peace be with you.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, the more I read your word, the more I get to know you. The more I know you, the more I’m in awe of your goodness and mercy. Thank you for sending your son Jesus to take my place, and for sending your Holy Spirit who lives in me and knows all things to teach me how to be more like Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are you finding yourself dabbling in sin? The reality is your sin nature was done away with when you made Jesus the Lord of your life. The world will try to convince you it’s ok, but you know that the wages of sin is death. Isn’t it nice to know that we serve a God that not only laid out the instruction manual for our lives but also gave us an internal counselor. The bible directs us on how we are to live and the Holy Spirit convicts us how we should live! Praise God!!! Are you seeking approval from man or God? The world does not know God and therefore is jealous. Seeking the approval from man will leave you empty, seeking the approval from God will leave you filled. Today’s prayer is that our encouragement comes from the Lord, for he sees our good deeds and if we get in tune with him that is where our true peace comes from……..In Jesus Name Be Blessed

There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. 1 JOHN 4 : 18

Prayer

Prayer: Search me God and know my heart. Test me and see if there is any offensive way in me. Thank you for your perfect love which drives out fear. I want to reach full maturity of love, so teach me to banish fear. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Colossians‬ ‭2:14-15

“having canceled the charge of our legal indebtedness, which stood against us and condemned us; he has taken it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” ‭‭Colossians‬ ‭2:14-15‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so!!!! This scripture is so comforting. The law of Moses required you to do good to get good, and if you do bad you get bad, thank you Lord for the cross!!! Although the law was perfect and Holy “News Flash” none of us are and God knew this therefore from the beginning Jesus was. Today’s prayer is that we receive we are righteous by the blood of the lamb and forever redeemed by the cross…….In Jesus name Be Blessed

HOPE is a golden cord connecting you to heaven. This cord helps you hold your head up high, even when multiple trials are buffeting you. GOD never leaves your side, and GOD never lets go of your hand. But without the cord of hope, your head may slump and your feet may shuffle as you journey uphill with The LORD. Hope lifts your perspective from your weary feet to the glorious view you can see from the high road. You are reminded that the road you are traveling together with GOD is ultimately a highway to heaven. When you consider this radiant destination, the roughness or smoothness of the road ahead becomes much less significant. GOD is training you to hold in your heart a dual focus: GOD’S continual Presence and the hope of heaven.”

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. ROMANS 12 : 12

But since we belong to the day, let us be self-controlled, putting on faith and love as a breastplate, and the hope of salvation as a helmet. 1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 8

God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope offered to us may be greatly encouraged. We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain. HEBREWS 6 : 18 – 19

Prayer: Lord thank you for the hope of Heaven. I know no matter what happens on this earth, because of Jesus, my true home is in Heaven. And each day I’m closer to home than before. What hope and joy despite any circumstance that gives me. Thank you sweet Jesus. Amen.
