Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ : ‭5‬

Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things. Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ : ‭5‬ NLT

I’m not sure we can ever figure out why things happen the way they do, but I am certain that God has our best interest in mind. The Bible says God works all things for good for those who are in Christ Jesus so I stand on that!!!!! Today I pray that we would trust God’s promise and leave the figuring to him……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

YOU WILL NOT FIND GOD’S PEACE by engaging in excessive planning: attempting to control what will happen to you in the future. – 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7, PROVERBS 16 : 9, PSALM 37 : 5

“YOU WILL NOT FIND GOD’S PEACE by engaging in excessive planning: attempting to control what will happen to you in the future. That is a commonly practiced form of unbelief. When your mind spins with multiple plans, Peace may sometimes seem to be within your grasp; yet it always eludes you. Just when you think you have prepared for all possibilities, something unexpected pops up and throws things into confusion. GOD did not design the human mind to figure out the future. That is beyond your capability. GOD crafted your mind for continual communication with HIM. Bring The LORD all your needs, your hopes and fears. Commit everything into GOD’S care. Turn from the path of planning to the path of Peace.”

Scripture

Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 6 – 7

In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. PROVERBS 16 : 9

Commit your way to the LORD, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass. PSALM 37 : 5 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: God I bring you all my needs, my hopes, and my fears. I lay them at the cross. I commit them into your care. Help me to turn from the path of excessive planning to excessive peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭7 ‬: ‭7 – 8‬

“Keep on asking, and you will receive what you ask for. Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew‬ ‭7 ‬: ‭7 – 8‬ NLT

What are you asking for ? What door are you knocking on? What are you seeking? This is a scripture that has always hit home with me to make me check out what am I focused on. Today’s prayer is that we all would self check what we are focused on, material things or things of righteousness…….Be Blessed

GOD DESIGNED YOU to live in union with HIM. – MARK 8 : 36, PSALM 139 : 13 – 16, 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

“GOD DESIGNED YOU to live in union with HIM. This union does not negate who you are; it actually makes you more fully yourself. When you try to live independently of GOD, you experience emptiness and dissatisfaction. You may gain the whole world and yet lose everything that really counts. Find fulfillment through living close to GOD, yielding to HIS purposes for you. Though The LORD may lead you along paths that feel alien to you, trust that The LORD knows what HE is doing. If you follow GOD wholeheartedly, you will discover facets of yourself that were previously hidden. GOD knows you intimately — far better than you know yourself. In union with The LORD, you are complete. In closeness to The LORD, you are transformed more and more into the one GOD designed you to be.”

Scripture

“What good is it for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?” MARK 8 : 36

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. PSALM 139 : 13 – 16

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

Prayer

Prayer: Lord you know me intimately, better than I know myself because you created me. You created me for your pleasure and purpose. Keep me close to you and transform me to look more like Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭3 : 9 – 11

“For we are co-workers in God’s service; you are God’s field, God’s building. By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as a wise builder, and someone else is building on it. But each one should build with care. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3 : 9 – 11‬ ‭NIV‬‬

How’s construction coming? How solid is your foundation? The most important part of a structure is the foundation, it supports the weight, stress, and whatever is placed on it. Much like our Christian faith the most important part is to build our foundation as Jesus Christ! Being a Christian is difficult but rewarding and having Jesus as our foundation relieves the weight, stress or whatever is placed upon us. Today’s prayer is that we all check our foundation, make sure 100% that it is Jesus! Having him as our solid foundation will relieve many of the trials we face daily……Be Blessed & be your own building inspector

COME TO GOD AND REST. – MATTHEW 7 : 1, JOHN 17 : 3, ROMANS 9 : 20 – 21, 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15

“COME TO GOD AND REST. Give your mind a break from its habitual judging. You form judgments about this situation, that situation, this person, that person, yourself, even the weather—as if judging were your main function in life. But GOD created you first and foremost to know HIM and to live in rich communication with HIM. When you become preoccupied with passing judgment, you usurp The LORD’S role. Relate to GOD as creature to Creator, sheep to Shepherd, subject to King, clay to Potter. Allow GOD to have HIS way in your life. Rather than evaluating GOD’S ways with you, accept them thankfully. The intimacy GOD offers you is not an invitation to act as if you were GOD’S equal. Worship The LORD as King of kings while walking hand in hand with GOD down the path of Life.”

Scripture

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged.” MATTHEW 7 : 1

Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. JOHN 17 : 3

But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? “Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, ‘Why did you make me like this?’” Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? ROMANS 9 : 20 – 21

. . . which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords. 1 TIMOTHY 6 : 15

Prayer

Prayer: Lord you are King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I come to worship you for who you are, what you’ve done, and for what you are doing and going to do in my life. Thank you for adopting me into your family and walking hand in hand with me through life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Ephesians‬ ‭3‬ :‭ 20

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians‬ ‭3‬ :‭ 20‬ NLT

Are great things happening in your life? Do you accomplish things that you never thought you could? Are you blessed beyond words? And the key, are you giving all the glory to God or taking all the credit yourself? Today I pray that we would recognize God in all of our victories and blessings and thank him continuously in all things…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

Psalm‬ ‭100 : 4

“Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.” Psalm‬ ‭100 : 4

What are you thankful for today? Are you thankful in all things? The key to being thankful is in all things, because if you really look hard you will find a reason to be thankful in all things. Today’s prayer is that we would be thankful in the good and the bad, because God will turn the tests into testimonies, and the good for his glory…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ :‭ 5

As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. ‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭11‬ :‭ 5‬ NIV

Trying to figure out everything that is going on in the world and in your life will always end with the same result “you will never understand”. Worry and control are extremely exhausting, Today’s prayer is that we would trust in the Lord and all His ways, as the Bible says all things work for the good of those who love God……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5 : 17

RECEIVE GOD’S PEACE. – JOHN 14 : 27, ISAIAH 30 : 15, 2 CORINTHIANS 10 : 4

“RECEIVE GOD’S PEACE. It is GOD’S continual gift to you. The best way to receive this gift is to sit quietly in GOD’S Presence, trusting The LORD in every area of your life. Quietness and trust accomplish far more than you can imagine: not only in you, but also on earth and in heaven. When you trust GOD in a given area, you release that problem or person into The LORD’S care. Spending time alone with The LORD can be a difficult discipline, because it goes against the activity addiction of this age. You may appear to be doing nothing, but actually you are participating in battles going on within spiritual realms. You are waging war—not with the weapons of the world, but with heavenly weapons, which have divine power to demolish strongholds. Living close to GOD is a sure defense against evil.”

Scripture

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” JOHN 14 : 27

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” ISAIAH 30 : 15

The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 2 CORINTHIANS 10 : 4

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I want to receive your peace by sitting still and quiet in your presence, allowing your peace to permeate every inch of my being. When I do, I am waging war against spiritual battles with spiritual weapons. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
