“Before a downfall the heart is haughty, but humility comes before honor.” ‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭18:12‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Are you on top of the world? Is life the best it’s ever been for you? Careful that’s when the enemy will come against you the hardest in my opinion. This proverb speaks of being haughty and humble, which are you? Today’s prayer is that we all would humble ourselves at the foot of our blessings and always stand guard against haughtiness for that will bring destruction…….Be Blessed and Be Humble

“RELAX IN GOD’S PEACEFUL PRESENCE. Do not bring performance pressures into your sacred space of communion with GOD. When you are with someone you trust completely, you feel free to be yourself. This is one of the joys of true friendship. Though GOD is Lord of lords and King of kings, GOD also desires to be your intimate Friend. When you are tense or pretentious in your relationship, The LORD feels hurt. HE knows the worst about you, but GOD also sees the best in you. The LORD longs for you to trust HIM enough to be fully yourself with HIM. When you are real with GOD, GOD is able to bring out the best in you: the very gifts HE has planted in your soul. Relax, and enjoy your friendship with The LORD.”

Scripture

The friendship of the LORD is for those who fear him, and he makes known to them his covenant. PSALM 25 : 14

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. JOHN 15 : 13 – 15

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to be completely myself and open as I spend time with you. Ready for what you have for me each day. I’m in awe that the creator of the universe, the King of Kings and Lord of Lords wants to be my intimate friend. What a privilege and an honor. Help me to take you up on that special offer. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:16

“That is why we never give up. Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4:16‬ ‭NLT‬‬

As we get older the mind says it’s easy to give up! But as Christians we should know these vessels are just temporary. The daily renewing of the spirit is what we should bank on! And the only way to renew is to stay in the Word. Today I pray that all would start their day by at least spending 30 minutes in God’s Word and see if the difference not only applies to your attitude but also your health and well being……Be Blessed and read The Bible.

“TRUST GOD IN ALL YOUR THOUGHTS. GOD knows that some thoughts are unconscious or semiconscious, and GOD does not hold you responsible for those. But you can direct conscious thoughts much more than you may realize. Practice thinking in certain ways—trusting GOD, thanking GOD — and those thoughts become more natural. Reject negative or sinful thoughts as soon as you become aware of them. Don’t try to hide them from The LORD; confess them and leave them with HIM. Go on your way lightheartedly. This method of controlling your thoughts will keep your mind in GOD’S Presence and your feet on the path of Peace.”

Scripture

Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. PSALM 20 : 7

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. 1 JOHN 1 : 9

. . . to shine on those living in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the path of peace.” LUKE 1 : 79

Prayer

Prayer: God guide my feet and my thoughts into the path of peace. Help me to practice trusting you and thanking you more and more. You are in control, I surrender. Nothing is a surprise to you. I trust your plan, Jesus. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

“WHEN YOU SEEK GOD’S FACE, put aside thoughts of everything else. GOD is above all, as well as in all; your communion with GOD transcends both time and circumstances. Be prepared to be blessed bountifully by The LORD’S Presence, for The LORD is GOD of unlimited abundance. Open wide your heart and mind to receive more and more of The LORD. When your Joy in GOD meets HIS Joy in you, there are fireworks of heavenly ecstasy. This is eternal life here and now: a tiny foretaste of what awaits you in the life to come. Now you see only a poor reflection as in a mirror, but then you will see face to Face.”

Prayer

Prayer: God when I spend time with you, help me to put aside thoughts of everything else and allow your presence to bless me. May my joy in you meet your joy in me and ignite fireworks in my heart. Thank you for this tiny foretaste of eternal life with you in Heaven. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew 19 : 26

But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19 : 26 NKJV

Anytime we trust in ourselves we then chance failure, the flesh wants what is easiest and we tend to take short cuts. Seek God in all you do for he has great things in store for your marriage, job, finances, etc….. If you put God first your choices and decisions will be filled with wisdom……. Be Blessed

Nothing can separate you from The LORD’S loving Presence! That is the basis of your security. Whenever you start to feel anxious, remind yourself that your security rests in GOD alone, and GOD is totally trustworthy. You will never be in control of your life circumstances, but you can relax and trust in GOD’S control. Instead of striving for a predictable, safe lifestyle, seek to know The LORD in greater depth and breadth. GOD longs to make your life a glorious adventure, but you must stop clinging to old ways. The LORD is always doing something new within HIS beloved ones. Be on the lookout for all that GOD has prepared for you.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me not to strive for a predictable, safe life, but instead follow you with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength in the glorious adventure you planned in advance for me. All for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lord’s return is eternal….. Today I pray that we all will not lose sight of the return of Jesus, nice things are great but nothing compared to the eternal promise of Heaven…..Be Blessed & Be A Blessing

John‬ ‭8 : 7 – 11

“So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.” And again He stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. And Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, “Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?” She said, “No one, Lord.” And Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”” ‭‭John‬ ‭8 : 7 – 11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

A lot of Christians say God loves me just as I am and this is true, but he does not love our sin and wants us to change. Today’s prayer is that we would let God shape our lives without sin so that we can live a life that is pleasing to him in all areas……Be Blessed
