“SEEK GOD’S FACE, and you will find all that you have longed for. The deepest yearnings of your heart are for intimacy with The LORD. GOD knows, because HE designed you to desire HIM. Do not feel guilty about taking time to be still in GOD’S Presence. You are simply responding to the tugs of divinity within you. GOD made you in HIS image, and GOD hid heaven in your heart. Your yearning for The LORD is a form of homesickness: longing for your true home in heaven. Do not be afraid to be different from other people. The path GOD has called you to travel is exquisitely right for you. The more closely you follow GOD’S leading, the more fully The LORD can develop your gifts. To follow GOD wholeheartedly, you must relinquish your desire to please other people. However, your closeness to The LORD will bless others by enabling you to shine brightly in this dark world.”

Prayer

Prayer: Lord only you can truly satisfy and fulfill my soul. It is you my heart longs for. Help me to spend time in your presence each day, while you fill me to overflowing so I can bless others for your glory. The closer I am to you, the more at peace my soul is. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Revelation‬ ‭3:15-16

“I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭3:15-16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

There is no such thing as a little bit of Jesus! To be only a Sunday Christian is a shame. Jesus is coming back for a church that is without spot or blemish. Today’s prayer is that we as a church would be so on fire for Jesus that it is impossible for non believers not to want what we have…….Be Blessed and turn up the heat

“BRING GOD ALL YOUR FEELINGS, even the ones you wish you didn’t have. Fear and anxiety still plague you. Feelings per se are not sinful, but they can be temptations to sin. Blazing missiles of fear fly at you day and night; these attacks from the evil one come at you relentlessly. Use your shield of faith to extinguish those flaming arrows. Affirm your trust in GOD, regardless of how you feel. If you persist, your feelings will eventually fall in line with your faith. Do not hide from your fear or pretend it isn’t there. Anxiety that you hide in the recesses of your heart will give birth to fear of fear: a monstrous stepchild. Bring your anxieties out into the Light of GOD’S Presence, where you can deal with them together. Concentrate on trusting GOD, and fearfulness will gradually lose its foothold within you.”

In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. EPHESIANS 6 : 16

This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all. If we claim to have fellowship with him yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live by the truth. But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 JOHN 1 : 5 – 7

“Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.” ISAIAH 12 : 2

Prayer: Lord, I affirm my trust in You, regardless of my feelings. I bring all my feelings to you to sort out and work through. Help me to put on the full armor you have given me and to activate them all with prayer. In the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.

Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭17-18

God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. ‭Hebrews‬ ‭6‬:‭17-18‬ NLT

There are things we do that make us feel that we are unworthy to serve God. When we became Christians, that was sealed by the blood of Jesus on the Cross. God is not a changing God, he doesn’t disregard you when you miss the mark, I’m sure he is disappointed but still has everlasting love for you good and bad. Today’s prayer is that when we miss the mark we would go to God in repentance and ask by his Holy Spirit to instruct and fix that problem so that we can do bigger things for the kingdom…….Be Blessed

“GOD IS NEARER than you think, richly present in all your moments. You are connected to GOD by Love-bonds that nothing can sever. However, you may sometimes feel alone, because your union with The LORD is invisible. Ask The LORD to open your eyes, so that you can find HIM everywhere. The more aware you are of GOD’S Presence, the safer you feel. This is not some sort of escape from reality; it is tuning into ultimate reality. GOD is far more Real than the world you can see, hear, and touch. Faith is the confirmation of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality, perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.”

“God did this so that men would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us. ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’” ACTS 17 : 27 – 28

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. HEBREWS 11 : 1

Prayer: Lord open my eyes, my spouse’s eyes, and my children’s eyes to find you everywhere. To know you are more real than anything on this earth. Help us to live out our purpose this week – to love God and love others. With your help we can do both well. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Do you ever find yourself struggling to witness the gospel of Christ? You feel the opportunity but don’t take it ? This scripture speaks about witnessing to outsiders of the faith, to always be wise and to make what you say penetrate. Today’s prayer is that we would seize God every moment that we can knowing the Holy Spirit will give us the words to speak…..In Jesus Name be blessed

“COME AWAY WITH GOD for a while. The world, with its nonstop demands, can be put on hold. Most people put GOD on hold, rationalizing that someday they will find time to focus on The LORD. But the longer people push GOD into the background of their lives, the harder it is for them to find HIM. You live among people who glorify busyness; they have made time a tyrant that controls their lives. Even those who know The LORD as Savior tend to march to the tempo of the world. They have bought into the illusion that more is always better: more meetings, more programs, more activity. GOD has called you to follow HIM on a solitary path, making time alone with GOD your highest priority and deepest Joy. It is a pathway largely unappreciated and often despised. However, you have chosen the better thing, which will never be taken away from you. Moreover, as you walk close to GOD, HE can bless others through you.”

James‬ ‭4:17

“If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.” ‭‭James‬ ‭4:17‬ ‭

Do you find yourself doing things you know you should not be doing but you do them anyway with the attitude “a little won’t hurt” well that is the plan of the devil, a little at a time. When you received Jesus you became a new creation, the old passed away and although your sin is covered never use salvation as an insurance policy, Repent and ask the Lord to change your doings. Today’s prayer is that we would try to live as Jesus did Sin free and when we miss the mark (as we all do) Repent and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your ways…..In Jesus name be blessed

1 John‬ ‭2:5-6‬

“But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:5-6‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This scripture breaks it down in such simple terms it’s amazing. If someone asked you “Do you love God” what would your response be? Of course it would be YES so if you love God don’t you want to try to please him at all times? To live like Jesus is to live a life that is pleasing to God, to have the heart of a servant. Today’s prayer is that we would wake up daily and start our day out by praying “Heavenly Father let me not serve myself today, but serve only you” let your will be done throughout my day and make this day not mine but yours” I believe this confession will help us all live more like Jesus……..Be Blessed

How are you doing with what the Lord has given you? Are you faithful with your gift?. When the Lord returns the most important words I would like to hear are “well done my good and faithful servant” Today’s prayer is that we would do all that we can for serving the Lord by sharing our gifts and the gospel while we are here on earth…….Be Blessed
