Life is tough at times!!!! Down right ridiculous at times if you focus on all the tough times. I bet every one of us can think of a time that we could not imagine peace, I can think of many of them but by God’s grace made it through them. Today’s prayer is that we would look through the problem to find the solution!!! Jesus the author and finisher of our Faith. One of my favorite poems since I was a kid “Christian and not” is “Footprints In The Sand”, it is true !!!!!! ……. Be Blessed

BE STILL IN THE LIGHT OF GOD’S Presence, while GOD communicates Love to you. There is no force in the universe as powerful as GOD’S Love. You are constantly aware of limitations: your own and others’. But there is no limit to GOD’S Love; it fills all of space, time, and eternity. Now you see through a glass, darkly, but someday you will see The LORD face to Face. Then you will be able to experience fully how wide and long and high and deep is GOD’S Love for you. If you were to experience that now, you would be overwhelmed to the point of feeling crushed. But you have an eternity ahead of you, absolutely guaranteed, during which you can enjoy The LORD’S Presence in unrestricted ecstasy. For now, the knowledge of GOD’S loving Presence is sufficient to carry you through each day.”

Scripture

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known. 1 CORINTHIANS 13 : 12 (KJV)

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. EPHESIANS 3 : 16 – 19

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to make time each day to be still in your presence, so you can communicate your love and your presence to me. Show me a little more today how wide and long and high and deep Christ’s love is for me so that I can be filled and share your love with others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Peter 1 : 18 – 21

knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. He indeed was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you who through Him believe in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. 1 Peter 1 : 18 – 21 NKJV

Payments for things of the world are all temporary, you pay your mortgage and payment is required a month later, you pay your car payment and it’s again due next month. On that day at Calvary payment for our lives was given once and for all!!!!! Never again is payment needed, you could say Jesus has the title to our souls. Today, realize the liberty we have in Jesus and praise his Holy name, all around us is temporal but heaven is eternal …………. Be Blessed

“TRUST AND THANKFULNESS WILL get you safely through this day. Trust protects you from worrying and obsessing. Thankfulness keeps you from criticizing and complaining: those “sister sins” that so easily entangle you. Keeping your eyes on GOD is the same thing as trusting GOD. It is a free choice that you must make thousands of times daily. The more you choose to trust GOD, the easier it becomes. Thought patterns of trust become etched into your brain. Relegate troubles to the periphery of your mind, so that GOD can be central in your thoughts. Thus you focus on GOD, entrusting your concerns into HIS care.”

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7

But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death. PSALM 141 : 8

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 1 PETER 5 : 7

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, you know just what I need at just the right time. When I focus on thanking you, on praising you, you change my perspective and outlook entirely. Thank you for never giving up on me. Help me to do the same for others. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Have you ever noticed how most things finish better than they start if we have patience? Do you ever get the I want it now attitude? Well I know I have fallen into this trap and made a mess of many things. This scripture paints a clear picture that good things come to those who wait. The best we have to look forward to is THE LORD’S return. Today’s prayer is that we would all pray for patience and in the process be humble ……. Be Blessed

‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4‬ :‭ 18

Yes, and the Lord will deliver me from every evil attack and will bring me safely into his heavenly Kingdom. All glory to God forever and ever! Amen. ‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4‬ :‭ 18‬ NLT

Sometimes it seems like the attacks are never ending, we are surrounded by evil all day every day, but in this scripture Paul writes take heart God will deliver us from all evil. God’s plan for us is not to suffer but to have peace and joy knowing what awaits us when this life is done. Today I pray that we would all meditate on this scripture and know that we serve an all loving, caring, and protecting God ……. Be Blessed

We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair.” ‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭4 : 8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Day to day can sometimes seem impossible, always issues in one way or another. This scripture reminds us that no matter what we cannot be defeated in Christ!!! Today’s prayer is that we would take hold of this scripture and push on through the troubles in front of us ….. Be Blessed

THANK GOD for the conditions that are requiring you to be still. – ZECHARIAH 2 : 13, ISAIAH 30 : 15, 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9

“THANK GOD for the conditions that are requiring you to be still. Do not spoil these quiet hours by wishing them away, waiting impatiently to be active again. Some of the greatest works in GOD’S kingdom have been done from sick beds and prison cells. Instead of resenting the limitations of a weakened body, search for The LORD’S way in the midst of these very circumstances. Limitations can be liberating when your strongest desire is living close to The LORD. Quietness and trust enhance your awareness of GOD’S Presence with you. Do not despise these simple ways of serving The LORD. Although you feel cut off from the activity of the world, your quiet trust makes a powerful statement in spiritual realms. GOD’S Strength and Power show themselves most effectively in weakness.”

“Be still before the LORD, all mankind, because he has roused himself from his holy dwelling.” ZECHARIAH 2 : 13

This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it.” ISAIAH 30 : 15

But he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9

Prayer: Lord thank you for the conditions that require me to be still and rest and listen to you. Slow me down when I need this reminder. May your power and strength show themselves most effectively in my weakness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Romans‬ ‭5‬ :‭ 6 – 9‬

When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners. Now, most people would not be willing to die for an upright person, though someone might perhaps be willing to die for a person who is especially good. But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation. ‭Romans‬ ‭5‬ :‭ 6 – 9‬ NLT

Are you or someone waiting until you get your act cleaned up before you go to the lord for salvation? Do you say “I will get right someday” ? Today is that day! Jesus did not put a requirement to be perfect before you can make him Lord of your life!!! He died for ALL and all you have to do is call upon his name. Today I pray that any who are waiting to know the Lord would lay down the pride and foolishness and accept what Jesus did for us on the cross……Be Blessed

YOU ARE FEELING WEIGHED DOWN by a plethora of problems, both big and small. – EXODUS 3 : 14, HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19

“YOU ARE FEELING WEIGHED DOWN by a plethora of problems, both big and small. They seem to require more and more of your attention, but you must not give in to those demands. When the difficulties in your life feel as if they’re closing in on you, break free by spending quality time with GOD. You need to remember who GOD is in all HIS Power and Glory. Then, humbly bring GOD your prayers and petitions. Your problems will pale when you view them in the Light of GOD’S Presence. You can learn to be joyful in The LORD, your Savior, even in the midst of adverse circumstances. Rely on GOD, your Strength; The LORD makes your feet like the feet of a deer, enabling you to go on the heights.”

God said to Moses, “I am who I am . This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’” EXODUS 3 : 14

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign LORD is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights. For the director of music. On my stringed instruments. HABAKKUK 3 : 17 – 19

Prayer

Prayer: God help me to break free from worry by spending time with you. Then I can see things more clearly from your perspective. Help me to rely on you and your strength, and not my own. With you, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
