“LET GOD TEACH YOU THANKFULNESS. Begin by acknowledging that everything — all your possessions and all that you are — belongs to GOD. The dawning of each new day is a gift from The LORD, not to be taken for granted. The earth is vibrantly alive with GOD’S blessings, giving vivid testimony to HIS Presence. If you slow down your pace of life, you can find The LORD anywhere. Some of GOD’S most precious children have been laid aside in sick beds or shut away in prisons. Others have voluntarily learned the discipline of spending time alone with The LORD. The secret of being thankful is learning to see everything from GOD’S perspective. The LORD’S world is your classroom. HIS Word is a lamp to your feet and a light for your path.”

Scripture

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” HEBREWS 12 : 28 – 29

Prayer

Prayer: Lord help me to slow down my pace of life so I can find you everywhere. Help me to see things from your perspective and find your beauty and blessings all around me. All good things come from you Lord. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians‬ ‭13 : 4 – 7‬

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭13 : 4 – 7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Love is defined in many ways, but I believe this scripture defines love in its true meaning. That last description is “always perseveres”. To persevere means to continue in a course of action even in the face of difficulty or with little or no prospect of success. True love never fails no matter what the circumstance. Today’s prayer is that we would have this kind of love for our spouse, children, boyfriend, girlfriend, family, strangers, and most of all our LORD …… Be Blessed & Love in all things

“AS YOU LOOK into the day that stretches out before you, you see many choice-points along the way. The myriad possibilities these choices present can confuse you. Draw your mind back to the threshold of this day, where GOD stands beside you, lovingly preparing you for what is ahead. You must make your choices one at a time, since each is contingent upon the decision that precedes it. Instead of trying to create a mental map of your path through this day, focus on GOD’S loving Presence with you. The LORD will equip you as you go, so that you can handle whatever comes your way. Trust The LORD to supply what you need when you need it.”

Scripture

Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. LAMENTATIONS 3 : 22 – 26 

Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! PSALM 34 : 8 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me take this day one step at a time instead of trying to figure everything out ahead of time. Keep my focus on You, and give me what I need for each decision as it comes. I trust You to guide me through it. Amen.

Joshua was up against many oppositions but GOD was with him all the way. Everyday life for us is filled with many trials but just as GOD was with Joshua HE is with us. Today’s prayer is that when opposition raises its ugly head against us we would know that GOD is with us every step of the way …… Be Blessed !!

“WELCOME PROBLEMS as perspective-lifters. GOD’S children tend to sleepwalk through their days until they bump into an obstacle that stymies them. If you encounter a problem with no immediate solution, your response to that situation will take you either up or down. You can lash out at the difficulty, resenting it and feeling sorry for yourself. This will take you down into a pit of self-pity. Alternatively, the problem can be a ladder, enabling you to climb up and see your life from GOD’S perspective. Viewed from above, the obstacle that frustrated you is only a light and momentary trouble. Once your perspective has been heightened, you can look away from the problem altogether. Turn toward GOD, and see the Light of GOD’S Presence shining upon you.”

Scripture

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 18 

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me respond to problems in a way that draws me closer to You, not deeper into frustration. Lift my perspective so I can see beyond the moment and trust You in it. Turn my focus toward Your Presence and fill me with Your peace. Amen.

1 John 1  : 5 – 7

This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. 1 John 1  : 5 – 7 NKJV

It is so important as Christians to let our light shine, it is so easy when trials arise to shut the light off and let the dark show and that is exactly what the devil wants. To have true fellowship with The LORD is defined by our actions, remember non believers and some believers are watching what we do under the gun. Today I pray that we all will light our light shine to the glory of GOD , for HE created light and HE is light ……….. Be Blessed

“MAKE GOD YOUR FOCAL POINT as you move through this day / week. Just as a spinning ballerina must keep returning her eyes to a given point to maintain her balance, so you must keep returning your focus to GOD. Circumstances are in flux, and the world seems to be whirling around you. The only way to keep your balance is to fix your eyes on GOD, the One who never changes. If you gaze too long at your circumstances, you will become dizzy and confused. Look to GOD, refreshing yourself in The LORD’S Presence, and your steps will be steady and sure.”

Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. HEBREWS 12 : 2 

But you remain the same, and your years will never end. PSALM 102 : 27

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, help me to spend time in your presence each day to refresh me, to fill me, to renew me, to transform me to look a little more like Jesus than I did yesterday. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you – the one who never changes. Amen.

“I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.” ‭‭John‬ ‭13 : 15 – 17‬ ‭NIV‬‬

This scripture is a great reminder of how we should always want to be, We should lead by example and not by dictatorship and I believe this is what JESUS CHRIST is talking about here. Today’s prayer is that we would all put this scripture into place in our lives and please our LORD more and more. …… Be Blessed !!!

“But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.” ‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3 : 3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Do you ever feel like everything you do becomes a disaster? Do you feel like when you try to do good it seems it turns out bad? Well that is the work of the devil. This scripture reminds us that GOD always has our back when we are doing things that show HIS love, and that is when the devil shows up the most. Today’s prayer is that we would always remember who has our back, GOD Almighty ……. Be Blessed

And when he comes, he will convict the world of its sin, and of God’s righteousness, and of the coming judgment. John‬ ‭16‬ :‭ 8‬ NLT

The LORD’S Holy Spirit came to convict the world of its sin, before we were believers the  HIS Holy Spirit worked on us in the same way. As believers the Holy Spirit does not convict us of our sin but of our righteousness!!! GOD’S Holy Spirit tells us that’s not who we are when we sin, as GOD’S Holy Spirit convicts the non-believers of their sin and shows them the way. Today I pray that we would be used as an instrument of GOD’S Holy Spirit to win souls for The Lord ….. Be Blessed !
