Matthew 6:31-34

So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Matthew 6:31-34 NIV

How many times in a day do we worry about trivial things? This scripture talks about seeking the kingdom, I think so many times we seek the worldly things and that is where the spirit of fear comes in. Today I pray that we all would rest in the finished works of Jesus and know that he did it all at Calvary!!!!! He wants us to live a life of completeness, not a life of defeat……….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

LET THANKFULNESS TEMPER ALL YOUR THOUGHTS. – 1 CORINTHIANS 10 : 10, HEBREWS 12 : 28 – 29

“LET THANKFULNESS TEMPER ALL YOUR THOUGHTS. A thankful mind-set keeps you in touch with GOD. The LORD hates it when HIS children grumble, casually despising HIS sovereignty. Thankfulness is a safeguard against this deadly sin. Furthermore, a grateful attitude becomes a grid through which you perceive life. Gratitude enables you to see the Light of GOD’S Presence shining on all your circumstances. Cultivate a thankful heart, for this glorifies GOD and fills you with Joy.”

And do not grumble, as some of them did—and were killed by the destroying angel. 1 CORINTHIANS 10 : 10

Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, for our “God is a consuming fire.” HEBREWS 12 : 28 – 29

Prayer: Lord thank you for reminding me how important practicing gratitude is and taking inventory of my heart and thoughts. When a thought doesn’t align with your word, help me to recognize it, and take it captive by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭37:3-13

Trust in the Lord and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this: He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun. Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when people succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret—it leads only to evil. For those who are evil will be destroyed, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land. A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found. But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy peace and prosperity. The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them; but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming.” ‭‭Psalm‬ ‭37:3-13‬ ‭NIV‬‬

News flash: Meek does not mean weak!!!!!! This Psalm lays out the foundation for our lives!!!! Don’t get mad!!!! Don’t let the wrath take you over!!!! The world views the meek as weak, but God views the meek as Children of God!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would all trust in his way and know that the world will throw us nasty curve balls but like the major leaguers take the pitch !!!!! Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

THIS IS A TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU MUST LEARN TO LET GO: of loved ones, of possessions, of control. – PSALM 89 : 15, HEBREWS 13 : 8, ISAIAH 41 : 13

“THIS IS A TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU MUST LEARN TO LET GO: of loved ones, of possessions, of control. In order to let go of something that is precious to you, you need to rest in GOD’S Presence, where you are complete. Take time to bask in the Light of GOD’S Love. As you relax more and more, your grasping hand gradually opens up, releasing your prized possession into The LORD’S care. You can feel secure, even in the midst of cataclysmic changes, through awareness of GOD’S continual Presence. The One who never leaves you is the same One who never changes: GOD is the same yesterday, today, and forever. As you release more and more things into GOD’S care, remember that The LORD never lets go of your hand. Therein lies your security, which no one and no circumstance can take from you.”

Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O LORD. PSALM 89 : 15

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. HEBREWS 13 : 8

“For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.” ISAIAH 41 : 13

Prayer: God, You give me so many precious promises. There is such comfort in knowing you never change, and you never leave me. Help me to spend time in your presence, resting and releasing loved ones, work, and worries into your care. They were yours 1st anyways. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭4‬

Such things were written in the Scriptures long ago to teach us. And the Scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God’s promises to be fulfilled. Romans‬ ‭15‬:‭4‬ NLT

What are you waiting for? What are you hoping for? This scripture tells us that the Bible is to teach us and give us hope in God’s promise. The world today is in a condition that the Bible told us it would be, a MESS!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would stand on God’s promise that as believers all this is temporary and our eternal hope as believers is forever…….Be Blessed

THE LORD IS A GOD of both intricate detail and overflowing abundance. – PSALM 36 : 7 – 9, PSALM 132 : 15, JOHN 6 : 12 – 13

“THE LORD IS A GOD of both intricate detail and overflowing abundance. When you entrust the details of your life to The LORD, you are surprised by how thoroughly HE answers your petitions. GOD takes pleasure in hearing your prayers, so feel free to bring The LORD all your requests. The more you pray, the more answers you can receive. Best of all, your faith is strengthened as you see how precisely GOD responds to your specific prayers. Because GOD is infinite in all HIS ways, you need not fear that GOD will run out of resources. Abundance is at the very heart of who GOD IS. Come to The LORD in joyful expectation of receiving all you need—and sometimes much more! GOD delights in showering blessings on HIS beloved children. Come to GOD with open hands and heart, ready to receive all GOD has for you.”

How priceless is your unfailing love! Both high and low among men find refuge in the shadow of your wings. They feast on the abundance of your house; you give them drink from your river of delights. For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light. PSALM 36 : 7 – 9

I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food. PSALM 132 : 15

When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.” So they gathered them and filled twelve baskets with the pieces of the five barley loaves left over by those who had eaten. JOHN 6 : 12 – 13

Prayer: Lord, I trust every detail of my life to you. Thank you every time you respond so precisely to my prayer. I come to you with open hands and open heart, ready to receive all you have for me today. For your glory and my good. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

REJOICE AND BE THANKFUL! – PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4, PSALM 95 : 1 – 2, PSALM 9 : 10

“REJOICE AND BE THANKFUL! As you walk with GOD through this day, practice trusting and thanking GOD all along the way. Trust is the channel through which GOD’S Peace flows into you. Thankfulness lifts you up above your circumstances. The LORD does HIS greatest works through people with grateful, trusting hearts. Rather than planning and evaluating, practice trusting and thanking GOD continually. This is a paradigm shift that will revolutionize your life.”

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4

Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song. PSALM 95 : 1 – 2

Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. PSALM 9 : 10

Prayer: Lord teach me to trust and thank you throughout the day. Every good thing comes from you so there is much to be grateful for. Gently remind me when I start to plan and evaluate without including you, to bring you into my plan, and instead, surrender my plan to your plan which is far better. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:4

“But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭4:4‬ ‭

Your favorite possession that you have belongs to you, you take care of it, clean it, shine it, etc. How much more does God care for us? He takes care of us, he has cleaned us of all our sin, and we shine in his presence even in our dulled moments!!!! Today’s prayer is when trials come against us we lean into God not away from him and thank him for all he has done, is doing, and will do…..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:6-7

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭3:6-7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We may think what we do is so important but it means nothing!!!! Effort is everything but trust in God means everything!!!! Today’s prayer is that we trust in God’s promise not our efforts and trust that God will prevail which he will……. Be Blessed

TRUST GOD AND DON’T BE AFRAID, for GOD is your Strength and Song. – ISAIAH 12 : 2 – 3, PSALM 21 : 6

“TRUST GOD AND DON’T BE AFRAID, for GOD is your Strength and Song. Think what it means to have The LORD as your Strength. GOD spoke the universe into existence; HIS Power is absolutely unlimited! Human weakness, consecrated to The LORD, is like a magnet, drawing HIS Power into your neediness. However, fear can block the flow of GOD’S Strength into you. Instead of trying to fight your fears, concentrate on trusting GOD. When you relate to GOD in confident trust, there is no limit to how much The LORD can strengthen you. Remember that GOD is also your Song. GOD wants you to share HIS Joy, living in conscious awareness of HIS Presence. Rejoice as you journey together toward heaven; join GOD in singing HIS Song.”

“Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.” With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation. ISAIAH 12 : 2 – 3

Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. PSALM 21 : 6

Prayer: Lord when I am fearful, gently remind me to surrender to you. Nothing is too hard for you and you know exactly what to do. Your plan is good and perfect. You are my strength and my song. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
