Are you seeking the Lord in all things or just when you need something? This scripture says ” wholeheartedly ” meaning with everything you have. To truly seek the Lord is to stand on his word in tough circumstances, as well as giving thanksgiving for them, to seek him when making every decision and listening to the Holy Spirit’s direction. Sometimes it seems like the attacks are never ending, we are surrounded by evil all day every day, but in this scripture Paul writes to take heart that God will deliver us from all evil. God’s plan for us is not to suffer but to have peace and joy knowing what awaits us when this life is done.
