“GOD IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, as well as your King. Walk hand in hand with GOD through your life. Together you will face whatever each day brings: pleasures, hardships, adventures, disappointments. Nothing is wasted when it is shared with The LORD. GOD can bring beauty out of the ashes of lost dreams. GOD can glean Joy out of sorrow, Peace out of adversity. Only a Friend who is also the King of Kings could accomplish this divine alchemy. There is no other like GOD! The friendship GOD offers you is practical and down-to-earth, yet it is saturated with heavenly Glory. Living in The LORD’S Presence means living in two realms simultaneously: the visible world and unseen, eternal reality. GOD has equipped you to stay conscious of HIM while walking along dusty, earthbound paths.”

Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends. You are my friends if you do what I command. I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. JOHN 15 : 13 – 15 

. . . and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendor. ISAIAH 61 : 3

. . . sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything. 2 CORINTHIANS 6 : 10

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for being both my King and my closest Friend. Thank you for walking with me hand in hand in whatever today brings; Whether trials or triumphs we will handle it together. Lead the way, Lord. In Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. Isaiah‬ ‭43‬ :‭ 18 – 19‬ NIV

Sometimes it is hard to get over the past, someone wronged you, you got so far into debt you didn’t see a way out. The enemy wants you to dwell on those situations so you will look thru God’s  blessings that are all around you. Today’s prayer is that we would all view the past as a stepping stone in the road that leads us straight to GOD’S blessings, if you’re still battling it’s time to look to the blessings that are there …… Be Blessed

Feeling dry today? Feeling worthless, down, lost? This scripture speaks about bringing dry bones back to life. God gives us life by HIS Holy Spirit! The world takes life by the day to day events! Today’s prayer is that we would all pray that the Holy Spirit of GOD would breathe fresh life into our dry bones and reveal to us just how important we are….. Be Blessed!

Isn’t nice to know what we have to look forward to? Eternity in Heaven!!! Our time on earth is temporary so we need do to our best to live a righteous life. Today’s prayer is we would judge where we are at in our walk and look at what we have done, what are we doing, and what are we going to do for the kingdom of GOD ……… Be Blessed

“IN CLOSENESS TO GOD, you are safe. In the intimacy of GOD’S Presence, you are energized. No matter where you are in the world, you know you belong when you sense GOD’S nearness. Ever since the Fall, man has experienced a gaping emptiness that only GOD’S Presence can fill. The LORD designed you for close communication with HIM, your Creator. How GOD enjoyed walking in the garden with Adam and Eve, before the evil one deceived them! When you commune with GOD in the garden of your heart, both you and The LORD are blessed. This is GOD’S way of living in the world — through you! Together you will push back the darkness, for GOD is the Light of the world.”

Scripture

You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. PSALM 32 : 7 

Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden. But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?” GENESIS 3 : 8 – 9 

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” JOHN 8 : 12

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, I long to walk with you in the cool of the morning and evening in the garden. Until then, help me to commune with you in the garden of my heart and let Your light shine through me to push back the darkness in this world. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Peter‬ ‭1 : 6 – 7

“So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.” ‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭1 : 6 – 7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

How do you deal with the trials of life? Do you stress, worry, curse, cry or pray? Prayer and communication with our Lord during trials are critical!!! Not communicating with God shows your dependence on your own self effort. Today’s prayer is that you exercise your Faith in GOD not yourself! When trials rear their ugly head seek GOD for council ……. The world has changed enormously since GOD first gave the command to be still and know that HE is GOD. However, this timeless truth is essential for the well-being of your soul. As dew refreshes grass and flowers during the stillness of the night, so GOD’S Presence revitalizes you as you sit quietly with HIM. A refreshed, revitalized mind is able to sort out what is important and what is not. In its natural condition, your mind easily gets stuck on trivial matters. Like the spinning wheels of a car trapped in mud, the cogs of your brain spin impotently when you focus on a trivial thing. As soon as you start communicating with GOD about the matter, your thoughts gain traction and you can move on to more important things. Communicate with GOD continually, and The LORD will put HIS thoughts into your mind.”

She had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord’s feet listening to what he said. But Martha was distracted by all the preparations that had to be made. For God is not the author of confusion but of peace, as in all the churches of the saints. 1 CORINTHIANS 14 : 33 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Father, thank You for the gentle refreshment of Your Presence that renews my spirit. Teach me to rest in stillness with You, so my mind may be cleared of distractions and filled with Your life-giving thoughts and perspective. Amen.

The mind is a powerful thing! What you think you become! What are you thinking about? Things of God or things of the world? Today’s prayer is that we would all think of the acronym WWJD ( What Would Jesus Do ) and follow HIS model, life will become more clear, more fruitful, less stressed, and we will have HIS perfect peace …….. LIVING IN DEPENDENCE ON GOD is a glorious adventure. – 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9 – 10, ACTS 17 : 28, COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7, JOHN 14 : 20

“LIVING IN DEPENDENCE ON GOD is a glorious adventure. Most people scurry around busily, trying to accomplish things through their own strength and ability. Some succeed enormously; others fail miserably. But both groups miss what life is meant to be: living and working in collaboration with GOD. When you depend on GOD continually, your whole perspective changes. You see miracles happening all around, while others see only natural occurrences and “coincidences.” You begin each day with joyful expectation, watching to see what The LORD will do. You accept weakness as a gift from GOD, knowing that The LORD’S Power plugs in most readily to consecrated weakness. You keep your plans tentative, knowing that The LORD’S plans are far superior. You consciously live, move, and have your being in GOD, desiring that GOD lives in you. The LORD in you, and you in The LORD. This is the intimate adventure GOD offers you.”

Scripture

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 CORINTHIANS 12 : 9 – 10 

“‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’” ACTS 17 : 28

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. COLOSSIANS 2 : 6 – 7 

On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you. JOHN 14 : 20

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus, thank You for inviting me into the adventure of living in dependence on You. Keep my heart surrendered and my plans open to Yours, and let me walk each day with joyful expectation of what You will do in and through me. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭12‬ :‭ 21‬

And his name will be the hope of all the world.” Matthew‬ ‭12‬ :‭ 21‬ NLT

Isaiah spoke plain and clear about Jesus Christ in this prophecy. What are you hoping for? Who have you put your hope in? Today’s prayer is that we all would remember who we put our trust in, we put our trust in Jesus Christ the hope of the world, so when the waters get rough remember this scripture …… Be Blessed
