1 Peter‬ ‭4 : 7 – 10

“The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray. Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” 1 Peter‬ ‭4 : 7 – 10‬ ‭NIV‬‬

My friends, this scripture sends not only a warning but also instruction. To be of a sober mind is to have the mind of JESUS CHRIST, and what kind of mind would that be? A mind that only serves the will of GOD. As for the end is near warning I fully believe this is true today as we look at all the situations in the world. Today’s prayer is that we would have the mind of JESUS CHRIST and walk a walk filled with love for all …… Be Blessed

“GOD IS THE GIFT that continuously gives — bounteously, with no strings attached. Unconditional Love is such a radical concept that even GOD’S most devoted followers fail to grasp it fully. Absolutely nothing in heaven or on earth can cause GOD to stop loving you. You may feel more loved when you are performing according to your expectations. But GOD’S Love for you is perfect; therefore it is not subject to variation. What does vary is your awareness of The LORD’S loving Presence. When you are dissatisfied with your behavior, you tend to feel unworthy of The LORD’S Love. You may unconsciously punish yourself by withdrawing from GOD and attributing the distance between you to HIS displeasure. Instead of returning to GOD and receiving HIS Love, you attempt to earn The LORD’S approval by trying harder. All the while, The LORD is aching to hold you in HIS everlasting arms, to enfold you in HIS Love. When you are feeling unworthy or unloved, come to GOD. Then ask for receptivity to GOD unfailing Love.”

Scripture

If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God. And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in him. In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 JOHN 4 : 15 – 18 

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, “Destroy him!” DEUTERONOMY 33 : 27 

But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. PSALM 13 : 5

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, thank You that Your love for me never changes and is never earned. When I feel unworthy or pull away, help me come back to You instead of trying harder on my own. Open my heart to receive Your steady, unfailing love. Amen.

“And now, dear children, remain in fellowship with Christ so that when he returns, you will be full of courage and not shrink back from him in shame.” ‭‭1 John‬ ‭2 : 28‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Imagine on the day of The L;ORD’S return you think about all you could have done. Think about the calling GOD put on your life that you ignored because the enemy made you feel unworthy. What about all the time you could have spent with HIM in fellowship but chose other earthly things, the reality of this is staggering. Today’s prayer is that we would stay in constant fellowship with The LORD, pray for the faith to step out into your calling and know that on that day The LORD will say “enter my faithful servant you have made me proud” …………. Be Blessed!!!

Isn’t nice to know that we serve GOD who not only laid out the instruction manual for our lives but also gave us an internal counselor. The Bible directs us on how we are to live and the HOLY SPIRIT convicts us how we should live! Praise GOD!!! Today’s prayer is that we would be sensitive to not only the word of GOD but also the HOLY SPIRIT …….. Be Blessed

The Savior—yes, the Messiah, the Lord—has been born today in Bethlehem, the city of David!  Luke‬ ‭2‬ :‭ 11‬

Christmas is not only a day of presents and time with family but most important it’s about celebrating the birth of our Lord and Savior. Today’s prayer is that we all had a day of peace and joy with our loved ones and reflected on the true meaning of why we celebrate Christmas ….. Merry Christmas to all and Be Blessed

“AS YOU WAIT attentively in GOD’S Presence, the Light of the knowledge of The LORD’S Glory shines upon you. This radiant knowledge transcends all understanding. It transforms every fiber of your being: renewing your mind, cleansing your heart, invigorating your body. Open yourself fully to GOD’S Presence; be awed by HIS glorious Being. Try to imagine what The LORD gave up when HE came to earth as a baby. The LORD, JESUS CHRIST set aside HIS Glory, so that HE could identify with mankind. The LORD accepted the limitations of infancy under the most humble conditions — a stable. Angels lit up the sky proclaiming “Glory!” to awe-struck shepherds. As you sit quietly with GOD, Heaven’s vistas open up before you — granting you glimpses of GOD’S Glory. The LORD, JESUS CHRIST became poor so that you might become rich. Sing hallelujahs to HIS holy Name!”

For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 6 

Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. PHILIPPIANS 2 : 6 – 7 

Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.” LUKE 2 : 13 – 14 

For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that you through his poverty might become rich. 2 CORINTHIANS 8 : 9

Prayer

Prayer: Lord Jesus, as I wait quietly with You, let the truth of who You are renew my mind and steady my heart. Thank You for humbling Yourself to come near, giving up glory so I could receive life and hope. Fill me with gratitude and praise as I rest in Your presence today. Amen

‭Matthew ‭2 ‬: ‭10 – 11‬

When they saw the star, they were filled with joy! They entered the house and saw the child with his mother, Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasure chests and gave him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. ‭Matthew ‭2 ‬: ‭10 – 11‬ 

From HIS first hours JESUS CHRIST was receiving gifts, the greatest gift we can give HIM is our worship, give HIM ourselves completely. Today I pray on the day of our Savior’s birth that we give The LORD, JESUS CHRIST our complete worship and thank HIM for all The LORD has done in our lives ……. Be Blessed!

‭‭Matthew ‭6 ‬:‭ 2 ‬- ‭4

“So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.” ‭‭Matthew ‭6 ‬:‭ 2 ‬- ‭4‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Blessed to be a Blessing!!! One of my favorite sayings. Helping someone in need is a critical part of our lives as believers, but helping and telling everyone what you did kind of discounts the whole purpose. Today’s prayer is that we would help others in need to the best of our ability and let GOD be the only one who sees ….. Be Blessed

Worship GOD in HIS holy Majesty; come close to The LORD, and rest in HIS Presence. You need THE LORD both as GOD and as Man. Only The LORD, JESUS CHRIST’S Incarnation on that first, long-ago Christmas could fulfill your neediness. Since JESUS CHRIST went to such extreme measures to save you from your sins, you can be assured that HE will graciously give you all you need. Nurture well your trust in THE LORD as Savior, Lord, and Friend. JESUS CHRIST has held back nothing in HIS provision for you. THE LORD has even deigned to live within you! Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the LORD our Maker; for he is our God and we are the people of his pasture, the flock under his care. PSALM 95 : 6 – 7 

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all— how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things? ROMANS 8 : 32 

And we have the word of the prophets made more certain, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. 2 PETER 1 : 19

Prayer

Prayer:  Lord Jesus, You are King of kings and also my close Shepherd and Friend, and I worship You with gratitude and awe. Thank You for coming near to save me and for holding nothing back in Your love and provision. Help me trust You fully and let Your light shine through my life today.

‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6 ‬: ‭1 – 2

As God’s partners, we beg you not to accept this marvelous gift of God’s kindness and then ignore it. For God says, “At just the right time, I heard you. On the day of salvation, I helped you.” Indeed, the “right time” is now. Today is the day of salvation. ‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6 ‬: ‭1 – 2‬ NLT

Is today that day? Do you have a friend or loved one that doesn’t know The LORD ? We’ll today is that day. We as Christians can not save people, but can be used as a conduit for GOD to reach the unsaved. Our job is to witness by our actions, the love we show, and not only what we do when others are watching, but when they’re not. GOD has a use for each and everyone of us!!!! Ask HIM to show you. Today I pray that we would boldly witness to all that are unsaved and on a road to destruction and make today that day for someone…… In JESUS CHRIST name……. Be blessed!!
