KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD, not only for direction but also for empowerment. – PSALM 141 : 8, PSALM 16 : 11

“KEEP YOUR EYES ON GOD, not only for direction but also for empowerment. GOD never leads you to do something without equipping you for the task. That is why it’s so important to seek GOD’S will in everything you do. There are many burned-out Christians who think more is always better, who deem it non spiritual to say no. In order to know GOD’S will, you must spend time with HIM — enjoying The LORD’S Presence. This is not an onerous task but a delightful privilege. GOD will show you the path of Life; in HIS Presence is fullness of Joy; at HIS right hand there are pleasures forevermore.”

But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge—do not give me over to death. PSALM 141 : 8

You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore. PSALM 16 : 11 (NKJV)

Prayer: Lord in your presence you fill me up with peace and joy despite any circumstance. The more I follow your lead the more pleasures and treasures of life you reveal to me. I am in awe of your goodness and kindness, Lord. Help me to focus on glorifying you with my thoughts, words, and actions today by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3:5

“May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.”
‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭3:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The Bible says the condition of a man’s heart defines him, what is the condition of your heart? Do you give and expect something in return? Do you help out but complain? God knows our heart even though we can camouflage it. Today’s prayer is that we would have the heart of Jesus, all giving and giving with nothing but love never expecting anything in return…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Ezekiel‬ ‭14:3‬

““Mortal man,” he said, “these men have given their hearts to idols and are letting idols lead them into sin. Do they think I will give them an answer?” ‭‭Ezekiel‬ ‭14:3‬ ‭GNT‬‬

What things do you have in your life that cause you to sin? More so, what thing do you put before God that keeps you in Sin? Today’s prayer is that anything in our lives that makes us sin or that we put before God we would get rid of immediately!!!! Pray that God would take them and replace them with a servant’s heart…….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭21

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians‬ ‭5‬:‭21‬ NKJV

Jesus became Sin for us, he never sinned in his 33 years on earth, was this all done in vain? I think NOT, he took all of our sin so we could be in right standing with God the Father. Today I pray that no matter where we are in our walk with The Lord that we would openly confess ” that we are the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus” …… Be Blessed All

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. – GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27, ROMANS 8 : 6

“LET GOD CONTROL YOUR MIND. The mind is the most restless, unruly part of mankind. Long after you have learned the discipline of holding your tongue, your thoughts defy your will and set themselves up against GOD. Man is the pinnacle of GOD’S creation, and the human mind is wondrously complex. GOD risked all by granting you freedom to think for yourself. This is a godlike privilege, forever setting you apart from animals. The LORD made you in HIM image, precariously close to deity. Though CHRIST, The LORD’s blood has fully redeemed you, your mind is the last bastion of rebellion. Open yourself to GOD’S radiant Presence, letting HIS Light permeate your thinking. When GOD’S Holy Spirit is controlling your mind, you are filled with Life and Peace.”

Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. GENESIS 1 : 26 – 27

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit, control my mind and teach me the discipline of holding my tongue. Fill me with thoughts that align with your word and with life and peace only you can provide. And when my thoughts wander from truth, help me to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. In Christ’s name I pray. Amen.

Ephesians‬ ‭5:8

“For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light” Ephesians‬ ‭5:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Remember being a kid and being afraid of the dark? I do, I remember when it was dark you heard every noise and the wind outside sounded like the biggest ugliest monster there was. To live in the dark is to hide all the things that are not of the Lord. The light shines and exposes everything it shows the true definition of all. Today’s prayer is that we would all shine bright for Jesus!!! Remember on the first day God said “let there be light” …….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

DO NOT BE AFRAID, for GOD is with you. – Mark 4 : 39, DEUTERONOMY 31 : 6, PSALM 46 : 2, PSALM 73 : 23 – 24

DO NOT BE AFRAID, for GOD is with you. Hear GOD saying Peace, be still to your restless heart. No matter what happens, GOD will never leave you or forsake you. Let this assurance soak into your mind and heart, until you overflow with Joy. Though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, you need not fear! The media relentlessly proclaim bad news: for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A steady diet of their fare will sicken you. Instead of focusing on fickle, ever-changing news broadcasts, tune in to the living Word—the One who is always the same. Let Scripture saturate your mind and heart, and you will walk steadily along the path of Life. Even though you don’t know what will happen tomorrow, you can be absolutely sure of your ultimate destination. GOD holds you by your right hand, and afterward GOD will take you into Glory.”

Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. Mark 4 : 39 (NKJV)

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” DEUTERONOMY 31 : 6

Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea. PSALM 46 : 2

Yet I am always with you; you hold me by my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will take me into glory. PSALM 73 : 23 – 24

Personal Note: This work week has been very busy and is why I’m posting this in evening vs the morning / afternoon as usual and making time to read / share the Word really hits home on a day / week like this

Prayer: Lord with all the distractions lobbying for my attention, help me to be intentional in spending time with you in your living word, the only thing that fills me with true joy and peace. To not be afraid and hear you saying, be still my restless soul. Thank you sweet Jesus. It’s in your name I pray. Amen.

‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-18‬ NLT

Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus. ‭1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5‬:‭16-18‬ NLT

To have a joyful heart is to know how blessed you are, to pray in all circumstances is to acknowledge that Jesus is in control, to give thanks in all circumstances is our reasonable service for what God has done for us… Today I pray that all would be joyful, thankful, and pray through all situations……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

GOD LOVES YOU regardless of how well you are performing. – JEREMIAH 31 : 3, ISAIAH 61 : 10, PSALM 31 : 16 , PSALM 107 : 8

“GOD LOVES YOU regardless of how well you are performing. Sometimes you feel uneasy, wondering if you are doing enough to be worthy of GOD’S Love. No matter how exemplary your behavior, the answer to that question will always be no. Your performance and GOD’S Love are totally different issues, which you need to sort out. The LORD loves you with an everlasting Love that flows out from eternity without limits or conditions. The LORD has clothed you in HIS robe of righteousness, and this is an eternal transaction: Nothing and no one can reverse it. Therefore, your accomplishment as a Christian has no bearing on GOD’S Love for you. Even your ability to assess how well you are doing on a given day is flawed. Your limited human perspective and the condition of your body, with its mercurial variations, distort your evaluations. Bring your performance anxiety to The LORD, and receive in its place HIS unfailing Love. Try to stay conscious of GOD’S loving Presence with you in all that you do, and HE will direct your steps.”

The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” JEREMIAH 31 : 3

I delight greatly in the LORD; my soul rejoices in my God. For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels. ISAIAH 61 : 10

Let your face shine on your servant; save me in your unfailing love. PSALM 31 : 16

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men, PSALM 107 : 8

Prayer: Lord thank you that your love is completely independent of how well or not so well I perform. Thank you for your love without limits or conditions. Help me to love others like you love me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28-30‬

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” ‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28-30‬ NLT

So many of us try to make it through the day by our works, we think we can fix all the problems that surround us. Jesus says come to him!!! He can fix it. In our lives sometimes we create our own burdens by the choices we make, let the spirit guide you towards the right choices……today I pray that all would trust in Jesus first to handle their problems. Works without faith is dead, but effort and obedience to the spirit is essential ………. Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17
