Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭5-11

You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had. Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal’s death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. ‭Philippians‬ ‭2‬:‭5-11‬ NLT

What kind of attitude did Jesus have? The scripture says he laid aside his Divine nature and humbled himself as a man. Can you imagine the frustration Jesus had being rejected and mocked through his whole ministry? Today I pray that we all would have the same mind as Christ, knowing that when we are not treated right or go through trials that Jesus is right there with us saying ” I know what rejection feels like and I have you in my arms”……..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

TRUSTING GOD is a moment-by-moment choice. – EXODUS 1 : 22 – 25, PSALM 31 : 14

“TRUSTING GOD is a moment-by-moment choice. GOD’S people have not always understood this truth. After GOD performed miracles in the wilderness, HIS chosen children trusted HIM intensely—but only temporarily. Soon the grumbling began again, testing GOD’S patience to the utmost. Isn’t it often the same way with you? You trust The LORD when things go well, when you see CHRIST working on your behalf. This type of trust flows readily within you, requiring no exertion of your will. When things go wrong, your trust-flow slows down and solidifies. You are forced to choose between trusting GOD intentionally or rebelling: resenting The LORD’s ways with you. This choice constitutes a fork in the road. Stay on the path of Life with GOD, enjoying GOD’S Presence. Choose to trust GOD in all circumstances.”

Then Moses led Israel from the Red Sea and they went into the Desert of Shur. For three days they traveled in the desert without finding water. When they came to Marah, they could not drink its water because it was bitter. (That is why the place is called Marah.) So the people grumbled against Moses, saying, “What are we to drink?” Then Moses cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a piece of wood. He threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the LORD made a decree and a law for them, and there he tested them. EXODUS 1 : 22 – 25

But I trust in you, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.” PSALM 31 : 14

Prayer: Lord, I want to trust You in all circumstances. Through the highest mountains and the darkest valleys. You promise to be with me through it all. Help me to stay close to you as my rock, my strength, my everything – all the days of my life. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Corinthians 10:13

The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. 1 Corinthians 10:13 NLT

Have you ever been in a situation that makes you feel like there’s no way out? Temptation is a stronghold of the devil. As believers we are to focus on things of God, not things of the world. Today I pray that in the time of temptation that we would thank God for his grace to help us overcome the temptation, and confess that we are the righteous of God through Christ Jesus …….Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

THIS IS THE DAY THAT GOD HAS MADE. – PSALM 118 : 24, PHILIPPIANS 3 : 13 – 14

“THIS IS THE DAY THAT GOD HAS MADE. Rejoice and be glad in it. Begin the day with open hands of faith, ready to receive all that GOD is pouring into this brief portion of your life. Be careful not to complain about anything, even the weather, since GOD is the Author of your circumstances. The best way to handle unwanted situations is to thank The LORD for them. This act of faith frees you from resentment and frees GOD to work HIS ways into the situation, so that good emerges from it. To find Joy in this day, you must live within its boundaries. The LORD knew what HE was doing when HE divided time into twenty-four-hour segments. GOD understands human frailty, and GOD knows that you can bear the weight of only one day at a time. Do not worry about tomorrow or get stuck in the past. There is abundant Life in The LORD’S Presence today.”

This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. PSALM 118 : 24

Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus. PHILIPPIANS 3 : 13 – 14

Prayer: Lord help me to begin today with open hands, ready to receive whatever you have for me, whether the path is smooth or bumpy. I trust you know what’s best. Help me cling to your hand and remain grateful throughout the day. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Luke 15:1-7

Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Luke 15:1-7 NIV

Jesus knew the hearts of his sheep, he also knew the reason he was sent to earth. The Bible says he did not come to condemn the world, but to save the world. Jesus knew the sinners needed to be near to see the miracles that he was to perform. Today I pray that we can show the same love to the sinner and when souls for Jesus……tell someone who is a non believer your awesome testimony ……..Be Blessed

TRUST GOD IN EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR LIFE. – JEREMIAH 17 : 7, ROMANS 8 : 28, PSALM 40 : 2, 1 PETER 2 : 9

“TRUST GOD IN EVERY DETAIL OF YOUR LIFE. Nothing is random in GOD’S kingdom. Everything that happens fits into a pattern for good, to those who love The LORD. Instead of trying to analyze the intricacies of the pattern, focus your energy on trusting GOD and thanking HIM at all times. Nothing is wasted when you walk close to GOD. Even your mistakes and sins can be recycled into something good, through The LORD’s transforming grace. While you were still living in darkness, GOD began to shine the Light of HIS Presence into your sin-stained life. Finally, GOD lifted you up out of the mire into HIS marvelous Light. Having sacrificed HIS very Life for you, CHRIST, The LORD can be trusted in every facet of your life.”

“But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.” JEREMIAH 17 : 7

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. ROMANS 8 : 28

He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. PSALM 40 : 2

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light. 1 PETER 2 : 9 (NKJV)

Prayer: God there is such hope knowing that even though I still mess up, you died for that sin also and you recycle my mistakes and sin into something good every time! Transform me by the renewing of my mind to be more like Christ this week. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭1‬-‭6

“Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. And behold, there was a great earthquake; for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat on it. His countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men. But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭1‬-‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

He has Risen!!!! Today we celebrate the resurrection of our Risen Lord!!!! Today’s prayer is we would all spend time alone with God thanking, praising, and maybe just silence….Be Blessed. Happy Easter

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Luke‬ ‭23:34

“Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭23:34‬ ‭NIV‬‬

To his last breath Jesus was pleading the case for the sinner, hanging on the cross beaten and torn; he was asking the Father to forgive them for what they had done and were doing. Is there someone that you are holding unforgiveness against? If so, think of the words of Jesus from the cross. Today’s prayer is that we would forgive as Jesus did and not condemn those who persecute us but pray to the Father to forgive them…..There is power and freedom in forgiveness……..Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new 2 Corinthians 5:17

Isaiah‬ ‭40:28-31‬

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” ‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:28-31‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We all know and we have all heard but do we choose to believe or disbelieve? God’s word is the everlasting truth! It never fails. There are times that we all feel like giving in, but that’s when we run to God not walk. God is faithful to those who diligently seek his refuge. Today’s prayer that in the good and bad times we seek God for his guidance and peace……Be Blessed

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new

GOD IS THE POTTER; you are HIS clay. – ISAIAH 64 : 8, PSALM 27 : 8

“GOD IS THE POTTER; you are HIS clay. GOD designed you before the foundation of the world. GOD arranges the events of each day to form you into this preconceived pattern. The LORD’S everlasting Love is at work in every event of your life. On some days your will and GOD’S flow smoothly together. You tend to feel in control of your life when your wills are in harmony. On other days you feel as if you are swimming upstream, against the current of The LORD’S purposes. When that happens, stop and seek GOD’S Face. The opposition you feel may be from GOD, or it may be from the evil one. Talk with GOD about what you are experiencing. Let GOD’S Holy Spirit guide you through treacherous waters. As you move through the turbulent stream with The LORD, let circumstances mold you into the one GOD desires you to be. Say yes to your Potter as you go through this day.”

Yet, O LORD, you are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand. ISAIAH 64 : 8

My heart says of you, “Seek his face!” Your face, LORD, I will seek. PSALM 27 : 8

Prayer: Lord thank you that clay is never above redemption and neither am I. Thank you for your mercy and grace and continuing to shape me to look more like Jesus. Thank you for sending Jesus to mend my broken pieces with his blood; More precious and valuable than gold. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
