I have seen this scripture all over lately, it’s very simple “put God first in everything” in the world today we live in a “Me” mentality and I believe that is the cause of the epic failure we see in society. Today’s prayer is simple put God first in everything you do and he will always be Greater……..Be Blessed

“GOD HAS PROMISED to meet all your needs according to HIS glorious riches. Your deepest, most constant need is for The LORD’S Peace. GOD has planted Peace in the garden of your heart, where HE lives; but there are weeds growing there also: pride, worry, selfishness, unbelief. GOD is the Gardener, and HE is working to rid your heart of those weeds. The LORD does HIS work in various ways. When you sit quietly with GOD, HE shines the Light of HIS Presence directly into your heart. In this heavenly Light, Peace grows abundantly and weeds shrivel up. GOD also allows trials into your life. When you trust The LORD in the midst of trouble, Peace flourishes and weeds die away. Thank GOD for troublesome situations; the Peace they can produce far outweighs the trials you endure.”

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 17

Prayer

Prayer: Lord, shine the light of your presence in my heart. Tend the garden of my heart and pull up anything that is not of you – pride, worry, selfishness, unbelief. May peace grow and rule in my heart instead as I surrender more areas of my life to you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

As a believer the personal relationship with the Lord is priceless. This Psalm speaks of spending one day with the Lord rather than a thousand elsewhere. When you have a personal relationship with Jesus and don’t spend time with him in fellowship, prayer would be like not talking to your husband or wife while they’re sitting right next to you, sooner or later the question will come up ” what’s wrong”. Today’s prayer is that we would take every opportunity to have lines of communication with Jesus for he is there waiting…….Be blessed

“GOD IS CALLING YOU to a life of constant communion with HIM. Basic training includes learning to live above your circumstances, even while interacting on that cluttered plane of life. You yearn for a simplified lifestyle, so that your communication with The LORD can be uninterrupted. But GOD challenges you to relinquish the fantasy of an uncluttered world. Accept each day just as it comes, and find GOD in the midst of it all. Talk with The LORD about every aspect of your day, including your feelings. Remember that your ultimate goal is not to control or fix everything around you; it is to keep communing with GOD. A successful day is one in which you have stayed in touch with GOD, even if many things remain undone at the end of the day. Do not let your to-do list (written or mental) become an idol directing your life. Instead, ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to guide you moment by moment. GOD will keep you close to HIM.”

Pray continually. 1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 17

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. PROVERBS 3 : 6

Prayer: Holy Spirit, guide me moment by moment today. Help me to accept each day just as it comes. Teach me to live with you above my circumstances and communicate with you throughout the day more and more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Hebrews 12:1-3

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:1-3 NIV

What an awesome promise we have!!!! Jesus did it all, and he sits at the right hand of the father interceding for us. Today I pray that we all will stand on the promise, run the race knowing that even if we trip or get behind the end result is we WIN!!!!!! And take heart knowing that Jesus did it all !!!He Has Risen!!!! Happy Easter All …….Be Blessed

Luke 15:1-7

Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.” Then Jesus told them this parable: “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent. Luke 15:1-7 NIV

Jesus knew the hearts of his sheep, he also knew the reason he was sent to earth. The Bible says he did not come to condemn the world, but to save the world. Jesus knew the sinners needed to be near to see the miracles that he was to perform. Today I pray that we can show the same love to the sinner and win souls for Jesus……tell someone who is a non believer your awesome testimony ……..Be Blessed

1 Corinthians 2:12

What we have received is not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. 1 Corinthians 2:12 NIV

The spirit of the world says you can’t do this, you can’t overcome that sickness, you can’t break that stronghold, but the Holy Spirit of God that lives inside of us gives us everything of the finished works that Jesus took upon himself at Calvary. The finished works include healing, prosperity, freedom from strongholds and freedom from sin…… Today I pray that we all take hold of the spirit that dwells inside of us and live in the finished works of Jesus Christ…….Be Blessed

“STOP TRYING TO WORK THINGS OUT before their times have come. Accept the limitations of living one day at a time. When something comes to your attention, ask GOD whether or not it is part of today’s agenda. If it isn’t, release it into GOD’S care and go on about today’s duties. When you follow this practice, there will be a beautiful simplicity about your life: a time for everything, and everything in its time. A life lived close to GOD is not complicated or cluttered. When your focus is on The LORD’S Presence, many things that once troubled you lose their power over you. Though the world around you is messy and confusing, remember that The LORD has overcome the world. GOD has told you these things, so that in The LORD you may have Peace.”

Prayer

Prayer: Jesus, help me to remember today, on Good Friday – the greatest sacrifice ever made. Thank you for paying my debt in full, I can hardly fathom. Though this broken world is messy and confusing, I tuck myself in your sweet presence where life is simple, my eternity is secure, and all is well with my soul. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9 NIV

God calls us a royal priesthood, a chosen people, what an honor that with all the baggage from our past and present that God views us this way. When Jesus died on the cross his precious blood made it possible for God to see us this way……. Today I pray we all would embrace the mercy and love from the Father and see ourselves the way God sees us ………..Be Blessed

“THE LORD IS A GOD WHO GIVES and gives and gives. When The LORD, JESUS CHRIST died for you on the cross, The LORD held back nothing; HE poured out HIS Life like a drink offering. Because giving is inherent in JESUS CHRIST’S nature, GOD searches for people who are able to receive in full measure. To increase your intimacy with GOD, the two traits you need the most are receptivity and attentiveness. Receptivity is opening up your innermost being to be filled with GOD’S abundant riches. Attentiveness is directing your gaze to The LORD: searching for HIM in all your moments. It is possible to stay your mind on GOD, as the prophet Isaiah wrote. Through such attentiveness you receive a glorious gift: GOD’S perfect Peace.”

But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. PHILIPPIANS 2 : 17

You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. ISAIAH 26 : 3 (NKJV)

Prayer

Prayer: Lord thank you for your extravagant generosity. Help me to be more like Jesus Christ this week, to be open to wherever you lead, and attentive to your voice and calling. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
