You need the certainty of GOD’S loving Presence in order to weather the storms of life. During times of severe testing, even the best theology can fail you if it isn’t accompanied by experiential knowledge of The LORD. The ultimate protection against sinking during life’s storms is devoting time to develop your friendship with GOD.”

The LORD appeared to us in the past, saying: “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness.” JEREMIAH 31 : 3

Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. I say to myself, “The LORD is my portion; therefore I will wait for him.” The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him; it is good to wait quietly for the salvation of the LORD. LAMENTATIONS 3 : 22 – 26

Prayer: Lord, oh how important it is for my soul to be still in your presence. I need to feel you and experience your presence to weather the storms of life. Thank you for your compassion which is new every morning. Everyday you give me a clean slate because of Jesus. Thank you Lord. Amen.

Help is sometimes an ouch word!!! If your pride is full then help hurts, if your humility is full then help is a necessity. Help from God keeps us moving forward because his help is motivated by love, help from man can sometimes be not so pure. “PROBLEMS ARE PART OF LIFE. They are inescapable: woven into the very fabric of this fallen world. You tend to go into problem-solving mode all too readily, acting as if you have the capacity to fix everything. This is a habitual response, so automatic that it bypasses your conscious thinking. Not only does this habit frustrate you, it also distances you from GOD. Do not let fixing things be your top priority. You are ever so limited in your capacity to correct all that is wrong in the world around you. Don’t weigh yourself down with responsibilities that are not your own. Instead, make your relationship with GOD your primary concern. Talk with The LORD about whatever is on your mind, seeking HIS perspective on the situation. Rather than trying to fix everything that comes to your attention, ask GOD to show you what is truly important. Remember that you are en route to heaven, and let your problems fade in the Light of eternity.”

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. PSALM 32 : 8

“Martha, Martha,” the Lord answered, “you are worried and upset about many things, but only one thing is needed. Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her.” LUKE 10 : 41 – 42

But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, who, by the power that enables him to bring everything under his control, will transform our lowly bodies so that they will be like his glorious body. PHILIPPIANS 3 : 20 – 21

Prayer: Lord, no matter what is going on in my life, help me to make my relationship with you my primary concern. To linger with the Almighty each day because I know that is the very best defense against enemy attacks. No weapon formed against me will prosper as long as my eyes are fixed on Jesus. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

We are a redeemed people in Christ Jesus!!!! Redemption was brought only by the cross and we are responsible to tell all about it. Today’s prayer is that we would be bold for Christ!!! And always give praise for his redemption….Be Blessed

Prayer: Lord God, infuse your peace in my innermost being. As I sit quietly with you I can feel your peace growing within me. Help me to put my spiritual armor on each day, prepared for spiritual battle. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge— that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God. EPHESIANS 3 : 16 – 19

Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy. PSALM 107 : 21 – 22

Prayer: Lord thank you for your unfailing love. Help me to be present in every moment today, finding the good, being thankful, and being a light in the darkness. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are we telling everyone we meet about God or are we afraid that we might offend them? Well God asked us to tell all the good news !!! But in this sensitive world we pull back, did Jesus pull back on the cross for us? No!!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would speak out about what Jesus has done in our lives and let everyone know that God would have no one perish but that all would have eternal life….. Thank you Jesus!!!! Isn’t it nice to know we are forgiven? That our sins have been washed away!! How are we doing at keeping that sinful nature away ? If you are serious about learning to pray continually, the best approach is to thank GOD in every situation. These thankful prayers provide a solid foundation on which you can build all your other prayers. Moreover, a grateful attitude makes it easier for you to communicate with The LORD. When your mind is occupied with thanking GOD, you have no time for worrying or complaining. If you practice thankfulness consistently, negative thought patterns will gradually grow weaker and weaker.
