On earth also, your patient suffering sends out ripples of good tidings in ever-widening circles. When suffering strikes, remember that GOD is sovereign and that HE can bring good out of everything. Do not try to run from pain or hide from problems. Instead, accept adversity in GOD’S Name, offering it up to The LORD for HIS purposes. Thus, your suffering gains meaning and draws you closer to GOD. Joy emerges from the ashes of adversity through your trust and thankfulness.”
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. JAMES 1 : 2 – 4

Prayer: Lord, help me to not run from adversity or pain, but instead accept whatever you allow to come my way in Jesus’ name and offer it up to you for your purposes. All honor and glory and praise to you Father. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Life is very difficult!!! We try to do the best everyday and fail miserably!!! When we know something is wrong we continue to do it!!! Oh life is difficult. Your concern to please others dampens your desire to please GOD, your Creator. It is much more real to see yourself through GOD’S eyes. The LORD’s gaze upon you is steady and sure, untainted by sin. Through GOD’S eyes you can see yourself as one who is deeply, eternally loved. Rest in GOD’S loving gaze, and you will receive deep Peace. Respond to The LORD’s loving Presence by worshiping GOD in spirit and in truth.”

Prayer: Lord, help me to seek your approval above anyone else’s. Yours is the only one that matters and the more you mold me to look like Jesus, the more of a pleasing aroma I can be to others. May I rest in your loving gaze, receiving your deep peace. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
