“WAIT QUIETLY IN GOD’S PRESENCE while GOD’S thoughts form silently in the depths of your being. Do not try to rush this process, because hurry keeps your heart earthbound. GOD is the Creator of the entire universe, yet HE chooses to make HIS humble home in your heart. It is there where you know GOD most intimately; it is there where The LORD speaks to you in holy whispers. Ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to quiet your mind so that you can hear HIS still, small voice within you. Christ, The LORD is speaking to you continually: words of Life . . . Peace . . . Love. Tune your heart to receive these messages of abundant blessing. Lay your requests before The LORD and wait in expectation.”

Prayer: Holy Spirit, quiet my mind so I can hear your still, small voice speaking words of life…peace…and love. Tune my heart to the frequency or your voice. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

‭‭Psalms‬ ‭27:2-3‬

“When evil people come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭27:2-3‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Why be afraid? Why worry? This Psalm tells us that God is there and he protects us with a mighty army!!! Today’s prayer is when fear, stress, doubt, or uncertainty comes in rebuke it in Jesus name and know that God has our back……Be Blessed

“TRY TO SEE THINGS more and more from GOD’S perspective. Let the Light of GOD’S Presence so fully fill your mind that you view the world through GOD. When little things don’t go as you had hoped, look to The LORD lightheartedly and say, “Oh, well.” This simple discipline can protect you from being burdened with an accumulation of petty cares and frustrations. If you practice this diligently, you will make a life-changing discovery: You realize that most of the things that worry you are not important. If you shrug them off immediately and return your focus to GOD, you will walk through your days with lighter steps and a joyful heart. When serious problems come your way, you will have more reserves for dealing with them. You will not have squandered your energy on petty problems. You may even reach the point where you can agree with the apostle Paul that all your troubles are light and momentary, compared with the eternal glory being achieved by them.”

A man’s steps are directed by the LORD. How then can anyone understand his own way? PROVERBS 20 : 24

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 17 – 18

Prayer: Lord, help me to see my problems from your perspective, remembering they are temporary and each trial can draw me closer to you. Help me to keep my eyes fixed on you today and to keep eternity in mind, where there will be no more pain, suffering, or trials of any kind. In Jesus’ name. Amen

“I hate the gatherings of those who do evil, and I refuse to join in with the wicked. I wash my hands to declare my innocence. I come to your altar, O Lord,” ‭‭Psalms‬ ‭26:5-6‬ ‭NLT‬‬

I believe this Psalm speaks of gossip!!! Getting with a group or just one person to talk about someone or something!!!! Today’s prayer is we would ask God to correct our hearts and keep us from this ugly trait!!!! Remember the saying ( If you don’t have something nice to say – say nothing at all )……Be Blessed

“THERE IS A MIGHTY BATTLE going on for control of your mind. Heaven and earth intersect in your mind; the tugs of both spheres influence your thinking. GOD created you with the capacity to experience foretastes of heaven. When you shut out the world and focus on GOD’S Presence, you can enjoy sitting with GOD in heavenly realms. This is an incredible privilege reserved for precious ones who belong to The LORD and seek HIS Face. Your greatest strength is your desire to spend time communing with The LORD. As you concentrate on GOD, HIS Holy Spirit fills your mind with Life and Peace. The world exerts a downward pull on your thoughts. Media bombard you with greed, lust, and cynicism. When you face these things, pray for protection and discernment. Stay in continual communication with GOD whenever you walk through the wastelands of this world. Refuse to worry, because this form of worldliness will weigh you down and block awareness of The LORD’S Presence. Stay alert, recognizing the battle being waged against your mind. Look forward to an eternity of strife-free living, reserved for you in heaven.”

The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace. ROMANS 8 : 6

Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but the man who does the will of God lives forever. 1 JOHN 2 : 15 – 17

Prayer: Jesus, thank you allowing me to feel foretastes of Heaven here on earth. Holy Spirit control my mind today, help me to pay attention to what I let in my mind and how it impacts me. I look so forward to strife-free living in Heaven. Thank you Jesus for making that possible. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Life is full of choices and sadly we make bad choices a lot of the time. God has set a path for us to follow so how do we know what path to follow? God’s word is a GPS for us to read, read, read, pray, pray & pray. Today’s prayer is that we would know in our hearts and spirit what the right thing to do is and do it!!! I was told a long time ago that all of my prized possessions belong to God and I am just a shepherd of them. We like to think that we earned everything we have but if you really take a reality check if not for what Jesus did on the Cross we would not have anything including life!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would all understand that all we have belongs to God and it is up to us to manage it the way he wants us to…..Be Blessed

Everyday is a new day to thank God!!! We will fail, we will do things that are so out of line with God’s word, etc. The Holy Spirit is always there with us convicting is of our righteousness not our sin. The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed! The New Testament is the Old Testament Revealed! This is what Jesus went through to save us! Do you doubt it? Today’s prayer is that when we feel like we are going through the toughest times in our life that we realize that it is only us! Not what Jesus did for every breathing being on earth!!!!!….. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 CORINTHIANS 3 : 17 – 18

Prayer: Lord, I know I find my deepest fulfillment in living close to you and in yielding to your purposes for my life. Lead me and guide me today Lord and walk hand in hand with me. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
