John 15:18 – 19

“If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. John 15:18 – 19 NKJV

Is there a reason why you don’t tell everyone you meet about Jesus ? This scripture describes why. People that don’t know Jesus don’t want to hear about him, but as believers we don’t care what the world thinks!!! We are in this world but not of this world!!! Our home is heaven and Jesus says to bring heaven to earth. Today’s Christians are trying to adapt to the way the world does things instead of bringing the world to the way Jesus does things. Stand firm in your faith and profess Jesus to all!!!!! Don’t worry what people think or say,,, Jesus didn’t…….be blessed and share Jesus with someone today

1 Peter‬ ‭2‬:‭11-12

Dear friends, I warn you as “temporary residents and foreigners” to keep away from worldly desires that wage war against your very souls. Be careful to live properly among your unbelieving neighbors. Then even if they accuse you of doing wrong, they will see your honorable behavior, and they will give honor to God when he judges the world. 1 Peter‬ ‭2‬:‭11-12‬ NLT

Have you ever known someone that said to you “I don’t believe in that Jesus stuff”? ” it’s not for me”? Then you hear years later that they have come to know The Lord. The type of wittiness that we are plays a huge part in winning souls to The Lord. As Christians we have all eyes on us, at all times waiting for the mess up so they can say ” see they’re no better than I am”. Today I pray that we would be a living example of Jesus Christ and live out our lives to the best of our ability to win souls for our Lord……..Be Blessed

“SIT QUIETLY IN GOD’S PRESENCE while HE blesses you. Make your mind like a still pool of water, ready to receive whatever thoughts GOD drops into it. Rest in The LORD’S sufficiency, as you consider the challenges this day presents. Do not wear yourself out by worrying about whether you can cope with the pressures. Keep looking to GOD and communicating with HIM, as you walk through this day together. Take time to rest by the wayside, for GOD is not in a hurry. A leisurely pace accomplishes more than hurried striving. When you rush, you forget who you are and whose you are. Remember that you are royalty in GOD’S kingdom.”

Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. PSALM 37 : 7

The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory. ROMANS 8 : 16 – 17

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 1 PETER 2 : 9

Prayer: Lord help me to sit quietly in your presence. It is in this time you give me rest and the fruits of the Spirit. Help me not to rush through this day, but to walk in the Spirit – looking for opportunities to bless you and others and thanking you for all good things. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6 NKJV

Jesus said “I am the way” the way to eternal life is through salvation in Jesus which is a gift!!! Not of man’s effort. Jesus said ” I am the truth” this means that every spoken word from him is absolute!!!! We should strive to be like him. He said ” I am the life” there is no life worth living aside from Jesus !!!! He is our comfort, counselor , best friend, our everything. Today meditate on the gift of salvation and give thanks for that unconditional love…….Be Blessed

“WATCH YOUR WORDS DILIGENTLY. Words have such great power to bless or to wound. When you speak carelessly or negatively, you damage others as well as yourself. This ability to verbalize is an awesome privilege, granted only to those GOD created in HIS image. You need help in wielding this mighty power responsibly. Though the world applauds quick-witted retorts, The LORD’S instructions about communication are quite different: Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. Ask GOD’S Holy Spirit to help you whenever you speak. GOD has trained you to pray—“Help me, Holy Spirit”—before answering the phone, and you have seen the benefits of this discipline. Simply apply the same discipline to communicating with people around you. If they are silent, pray before speaking to them. If they are talking, pray before responding. These are split-second prayers, but they put you in touch with GOD’S Presence. In this way, your speaking comes under the control of GOD’S Holy Spirit. As positive speech patterns replace your negative ones, the increase in your Joy will amaze you.”

My dear brothers, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. JAMES 1 : 19

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. EPHESIANS 4 : 29

Prayer: Lord help me to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry. Remind me to ask the Holy Spirit for help to speak words or life and not death in all situations. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Are you free of sin? Are you ok to judge another for their actions? I believe not!!!!! This scripture speaks about lifting another with gentleness not condemnation!!!!! Because truth be known we all fall flat on our face daily!!!!! Today’s prayer is that we would humble ourselves at the foot of the cross and ask for God’s wisdom on how we can strengthen our walk along with uplifting our brothers and sisters……..Be Blessed

There are so many things that are weapons! The most powerful one is the tongue, people will say hurtful things, condemning things that can do some severe damage. As a Christian we are to understand that we are under attack by the things of the world, but Jesus is right there with us. Today’s prayer is that we would never retaliate with actions, but retaliate with kindness knowing that God has our back……Be Blessed

“BRING GOD THE SACRIFICE of your time: a most precious commodity. In this action-addicted world, few of GOD’S children take time to sit quietly in HIS Presence. But for those who do, blessings flow like streams of living water. The LORD, the One from whom all blessings flow, is also blessed by your time together. This is a deep mystery; do not try to fathom it. Instead, glorify GOD by delighting in HIM. Enjoy The LORD now and forever!”

Surely you have granted him eternal blessings and made him glad with the joy of your presence. PSALM 21 : 6

Prayer: Lord you have given everyone the same 24 hours in a day and given us the choice of how to spend it. Today, help me to demonstrate that you are 1st priority in my life by spending time in your presence and your word. Help me to delight in this time with you. Satisfy my thirsty soul. In Jesus’ name.
