1Peter‬ ‭1:6-7

“So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.” ‭‭1Peter‬ ‭1:6-7‬ ‭NLT‬‬

How do you deal with the trials of life? Do you stress,worry,curse,cry or pray?. Prayer and communication with our Lord during trials are critical!!! Not communicating with God shows your dependence on your own self effort. Today’s prayer is that you exercise your faith in God not yourself! When trials rear their ugly heads seek God for counsel…….Be Blessed

“REST WITH GOD A WHILE. You have journeyed up a steep, rugged path in recent days. The way ahead is shrouded in uncertainty. Look neither behind you nor before you. Instead, focus your attention on GOD, your constant Companion. Trust that GOD will equip you fully for whatever awaits you on your journey. The LORD designed time to be a protection for you. You couldn’t bear to see all your life at once. Though GOD is unlimited by time, it is in the present moment that The LORD meets you. Refresh yourself in GOD’s company, breathing deep breaths of HIS Presence. The highest level of trust is to enjoy GOD moment by moment. GOD is with you, watching over you wherever you go.”

Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I lift up my soul. PSALM 143 : 8

“I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.” GENESIS 28 : 15

Prayer: God help me to remember above all else the most important thing to do this week is to love you Lord with all my heart, mind, soul, and strength and to love my neighbor as myself. In your power, for your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

Where do you turn to for help? Are you turning to the temporary help of the world or the everlasting help of the Lord. The world condemns when you make a mistake, the Lord councils by his Holy Spirit. Today’s prayer is that when we miss the mark run to the Lord, not run away from him, his grace is there waiting and the council of the Holy Spirit is there to correct……Be Blessed

“STAY CALMLY conscious of GOD today, no matter what. Remember that GOD goes before you as well as with you into the day. Nothing takes The LORD by surprise. GOD will not allow circumstances to overwhelm you, so long as you look to HIM. GOD will help you cope with whatever the moment presents. Collaborating with The LORD brings blessings that far outweigh all your troubles. Awareness of GOD’S Presence contains Joy that can endure all eventualities.”

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. PSALM 23 : 1 – 4 (NKJV)

Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 2 CORINTHIANS 4 : 16 – 17

Prayer: Lord when circumstances threaten to overwhelm me, help me to fix my eyes on you Jesus. To rely on your strength and not my own. You are with me every step of the way and will show me the way, one step at a time. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.

Exodus‬ ‭19:3-6

“Moses went up to God, and the LORD called to him from the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob and tell the sons of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles’ wings, and brought you to Myself. Now then, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be My own possession among all the peoples, for all the earth is Mine; and you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.’ These are the words that you shall speak to the sons of Israel.”” Exodus‬ ‭19:3-6‬ ‭NASB

Meditate when you read this passage, what exactly does it mean to you and me? What this scripture says to me is that we are the property of God almighty, that we are considered Holy and redeemed in God’s eyes, that we are his children for eternity. Today’s prayer is that when we read scripture we truly understand that God is speaking directly to us and about us………Be Blessed

We have so many things that we hope for, that we dream about, that we pray for, but the reality is all of those things are temporary. The promise that we have of our Lords return is eternal….. Today I pray that we all would not loose sight of the return of Jesus, nice things are great but nothing compared to the eternal promise of Heaven…..Be Blessed & Be A Blessing

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. ‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28-29‬ NLT

Do you ever feel like you’re not good enough? Somehow you seem to fall short? God knew the direction of your life before you were born, he knew every up and down along the way. His plan is for all that love him to rise above, not fall beneath….Today I pray that we would all feel the love of God in our lives, it may look like that test is never going to end, but God will shape that test into your Testimony……Be Blessed

“LET GOD’S LOVE STREAM THROUGH YOU, washing away fear and distrust. A trusting response includes GOD in your thoughts as you consider strategies to deal with a situation. The LORD’S continual Presence is a promise, guaranteeing that you never have to face anything alone. GOD’S children teethe on the truth that HE is always with them, yet they stumble around in a stupor, unaware of HIS loving Presence all around them. How that grieves The LORD! When you walk through a day in trusting dependence on GOD, HIS aching heart is soothed. Gently bring your attention back to The LORD whenever it wanders away. GOD looks for persistence— rather than perfection—in your walk with HIM.”

Has someone or something taken your joy? Well it’s temporary. Joy in things of the world will at some point leave you wanting something more, something bigger, but joy in the Lord our one true hope will never leave us craving more. THANK GOD for the very things that are troubling you. – PSALM 116 : 17, PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4 – 6

“THANK GOD for the very things that are troubling you. You are on the brink of rebellion, precariously close to shaking your fist in GOD’S Face. You are tempted to indulge in just a little complaining about The LORD’S treatment of you. But once you step over that line, torrents of rage and self-pity can sweep you away. The best protection against this indulgence is thanksgiving. It is impossible to thank GOD and curse GOD at the same time. Thanking GOD for trials will feel awkward and contrived at first. But if you persist, your thankful words, prayed in faith, will eventually make a difference in your heart. Thankfulness awakens you to GOD’S Presence, which overshadows all your problems.”

I will offer to You the sacrifice of thanksgiving, And will call upon the name of the LORD. PSALM 116 : 17 (NKJV)

Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. PHILIPPIANS 4 : 4 – 6

Prayer: Lord teach me to thank you in the highs and the lows of life. Jesus you told us in this life we will have trouble, but you also promise to use everything for the good of those who love you. So no matter what happens in the future, I will love and trust you. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
