Luke‬ ‭9 : 23

“Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” ‭‭Luke‬ ‭9 : 23‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Do you carry your cross daily? And do you truly understand what it means to carry your cross? The LORD, JESUS CHRIST spoke about being disciples and denying themselves. To deny yourself is to give up earthly desires to not only live as JESUS CHRIST did but to also expect persecution as The LORD did. As Christians we are under attack not only from the devil but also the world. Today’s prayer is that we would embrace GOD’S amazing grace and pray to be shaped into the disciples that The LORD longs for …… Be Blessed

    Not one of us is different when it comes to the opportunity of receiving salvation. The difference begins when we choose to reject what The LORD, JESUS CHRIST did on The Cross. The LORD died that day so that all of us could be set free from the of bondage and sin that we were born into, the sad truth is that many will reject the opportunity. Today’s prayer is that we would be a living testimony to what our salvation has done and is doing in our lives every single day …… Be Blessed

    “REMEMBER THAT YOU LIVE in a fallen world: an abnormal world tainted by sin. Much frustration and failure result from your seeking perfection in this life. There is nothing perfect in this world except GOD. That is why closeness to GOD satisfies deep yearnings and fills you with Joy. GOD has planted longing for perfection in every human heart. This is a good desire, which GOD alone can fulfill. But most people seek this fulfillment in other people and earthly pleasures or achievements. Thus they create idols, before which they bow down. The LORD will have no other gods before HIM! Make GOD the deepest desire of your heart. Let GOD fulfill your yearning for perfection.”

    Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart. PSALM 37 : 4

    Prayer

    Prayer: Lord, help me stop looking for perfect circumstances, perfect people, or perfect outcomes to satisfy my heart. Remind me that You alone are enough and that every longing I have ultimately finds its fulfillment in You. Make You the deepest desire of my heart, and fill me with the fullness of joy that comes from walking close to You. Amen.

    The LORD, JESUS CHRSIT said HE gave us perfect unity so that our witness will be different from the world, how is your witness working out? Do you respond to situations like someone who doesn’t know The LORD? Or do you respond on the values of the promise HE gave us? Today I pray that our responses would be filled with faith and on the foundation of GOD’S Living Word and Promise ….. Be Blessed

    There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 JOHN 4 : 18

    Prayer

    Prayer: Lord, help me keep You at the center of my heart and mind today. When fear and worry try to take hold, help me to respond with trust and gratitude. Let me rest in Your perfect love and fill me with the peace that comes from knowing You are always with me and you are in control. Amen.

    Remember when you didn’t belong to JESUS CHRIST ? Your life had a very trivial meaning. The life you lived in sin was destined for an eternity of doom!! But now you have a life of eternity in heaven. Today’s prayer is that we would always give thanks to GOD for the precious gift that HE has given us ……. Be Blessed !

    “RELAX IN GOD’S HEALING, Holy Presence. Be still, while GOD transforms your heart and mind. Let go of cares and worries, so that you can receive The LORD’S Peace. Cease striving, and know that The LORD is God. Do not be like Pharisees who multiplied regulations, creating their own form of “godliness.” They got so wrapped up in their own rules that they lost sight of GOD. Even today, man-made rules about how to live the Christian life enslave many people. Their focus is on their performance, rather than on The LORD. It is through knowing GOD intimately that you become like HIM. This requires spending time alone with GOD. Let go, relax, be still, and know that The LORD is GOD. Be still, and know that HE IS God;

    Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when he appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 1 JOHN 3 : 2

    Prayer: Lord, I want to know you intimately. Help me to spend time in your word and be still in your presence while you transform my heart and mind. Align my heart’s desires with yours. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

    Yet it was our weaknesses he carried; it was our sorrows that weighed him down. And we thought his troubles were a punishment from God, a punishment for his own sins! But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. Isaiah‬ ‭53 ‬: ‭4 – 5‬ NLT

    Reality check! We sometimes think life is unfair, we complain about the most trivial things, we exchange our thankfulness of life in general for what? Today I pray that we would all remember the gift we were given when The LORD, JESUS CHRIST so graciously went to The Cross in our place, that gift was Love and Life ……. Be Blessed

At the same time, trust that GOD’S way is perfect, even in the midst of such messy imperfection. Stay conscious of The LORD as you go through this day, remembering that The LORD never leaves your side. Let The HOLY SPIRIT guide you step by step, protecting you from unnecessary trials and equipping you to get through whatever must be endured. As you trudge through the sludge of this fallen world, keep your mind in heavenly places with GOD.     Prayer

    Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are present in every moment of my day and that nothing catches You by surprise. Help me trust You when life feels messy or uncertain, and guide me by Your Spirit. Keep my heart fixed on You so that Your peace and joy remain, no matter what the circumstance. Amen.

    Do you have a friend that would lay their life for you? But the strange thing is we put our trust in them. The LORD, JESUS CHRIST calls us friends and HE did in fact lay HIS life down for us, that we could live a life of freedom. Today’s prayer is that we would put our total trust in The LORD, JESUS CHRIST as HE is our eternal BFF ……… Be Blessed !!!
