Your mind is somewhat like a seesaw. As your trust in The LORD goes up, fear and worry automatically go down. Time spent with GOD not only increases your trust; it also helps you discern what is important and what is not. Energy and time are precious, limited entities. Therefore, you need to use them wisely, focusing on what is truly important. As you walk close to GOD, saturating your mind with Scripture, GOD will show you how to spend your time and energy. The LORD’S Word is a lamp to your feet; GOD’S Presence is a Light for your path.”

“WEAR GOD’S ROBE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS with ease. The LORD custom-made it for you, to cover you from head to toe. The price JESUS CHRIST, The LORD paid for this covering was astronomical— HIS own blood. You could never purchase such a royal garment, no matter how hard you worked. Sometimes you forget that God’S righteousness is a gift, and you feel ill at ease in your regal robe. The LORD weeps when HE sees you squirming under the velvety fabric, as if it were made of scratchy sackcloth. The LORD wants you to trust HIM enough to realize your privileged position in GOD’S kingdom. Relax in the luxuriant folds of your magnificent robe. Keep your eyes on GOD, as you practice walking in this garment of righteousness. When your behavior is unfitting for one in GOD’S kingdom, do not try to throw off your royal robe. Prayer: Sweet Jesus, thank you that because of your great sacrifice, when God looks at me, he sees righteousness. Not because of anything I’ve done, but because of Jesus.
